Abstract

PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi or AdIns is an IT Solution Company which has product called CONFINS (Consumer Finance and Leasing Solution). Production CONFINS department is in charge of maintenance CONFINS system and gives services to client. Outstanding ticket and aging ticket are the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of Production department. There are outstanding ticket target for every team and mandays target for employee in every month. Production Support System have some features to meet the needs of Production Department in monitoring the target. These features include recording outstanding ticket target and mandays employee, recording daily activity that is more standard, get outstanding ticket and mandays data from JIRA system, provide information and achievement report of outstanding ticket target for every team and mandays target for every employee, daily activity report, and monthly report for management. With these features, every member in Production department can monitor the whole target and report can be provided effectively and doesnt need manual processing, as well as employee performance can be monitored through daily activity report.

Abstract

If an institution wants to organize e-learning courses, the institution has to provide Content Mangement System (CMS) server which has a Public IP, so that all the stakeholders of the e-learning processes can communicate. In this paper, the author explains an alternative solution that can be use to organize a tehcnology supported e-learning that has conformance with Learning Technology System Architecture (LTSA), but at the same time does not need the availability of a CMS computer server and its infrstructure. To achieve this end, the author designs and builds a software that run on Android smartphone and the processes in LTSA framework are handled by each lecturer or teacher and his/her student.  The features of the Android based software for the lecturer or teacher are creating and distributing class schedule, lesson content and quizzes to the students and to receive quizzes answers and marks from students, to be further processed with the help of a spreadsheet program. While the features for students are to access lesson content, to work on quizzes and sending answers and marks to lecturer/teacher. Then the application on the students and teachers smartphone will communicate indirectly with each other through preparing text that is ready to be copied and pasted to social media application or email application. With the special way of delivering message between parties but still having the power of Android operating system and the social media application running on it, the need for centralized CMS server for storing data and for doing communication will be eliminated.

Abstract

Web-based educational systems and intelligent guidance systems collect large amounts of student data, from web logs to student models. Data mining applications on such data can help find relevant knowledge to improve computer-aided learning systems. Using knowledge, teachers can better understand [how students learn by studying a group of students in order to improve teaching and learning. In this paper, the process of data mining will be separated into data collection, data transformation, and data analysis. Association rules, classification, and clustering of data mining algorithms that are explored in data analysis for computer-assisted learning systems.

Abstract

Local Government expansions on the system of tax payment transactions especially the UN offline has now added more facilities with the payment system of the UN Online electronic payment through Bank. The existing System of Land and Building Tax Payment Service Line (SOPP-PBB) is very helpful to the government in controlling tax payment transaction data, the convenience is there because the end-to-end or host-to-host facility uses switching techniques between related institutions . By pairing ISO 8583 on Payment Service System of Land and Building Tax (SOPP-PBB) which has been running as interface or bridge between server through each switch owned by local government with BJB Bank to optimize electronic transaction process and As a form of assurance provided by the service provider to cover a wider range of services

Abstract

The weather is the state of the air at a certain point and to a particular region a relatively narrow and in a short time frame. Weather reports in general often called weather forecasting is the use of science and technology to estimate the atmosphere of the earth in the will come to a particular place. The data used to research obtained from world weather online, is a the site that providing data and information on weather conditions daily. Data used having intervals time every three hours starting from August 12, 2016 at 01.00 up to August 20, 2016 at 10 pm. Research aims to get pattern classifications weather with data mining algorithm classifications namely c4.5 algorithm. The results of testing algorithm c4.5 use 10-fold cross validation and provable to the creation of application web for testing so as to produce value accuracy of 88.89 %.

Abstract

Indonesia  has a vast territory and rich with wonderful attractions. During this time a famous tourist area just a few areas such as Bali, Bandung and Yogyakarta. Other areas are less well known because of lack of information about the area. One of them is the West Sumatra. This research was conducted in West Sumatra, especially Padang area. The purpose of this study is to make an application on the introduction of multimedia attractions in the city of Padang and surrounding areas. This application is built using Macromedia Flash software so hopefully this application can be used by the owner of the travel, tour guide and the prospective tourists who will visit the stricken area of West Sumatra city of Padang making it easier to obtain information related to the sights there.

Abstract

PT HFI is a company engaged in the field of heavy equipment financing. Over time the growing company and more diverse data owned. This makes it difficult for the company to analyse the data. Related to this matter, the research conducted aims to design and build a dashboard at PT HFI. Methods of data collection conducted through the interview process, literature study, and observation. The purpose of this paper is to build data warehouse to simplify the process of data analysis, moving operational data from excel file into the SQL Server 2016 operating database, making the dashboard using the application Power BI. The results of this study are a data warehouse that can facilitate the analysis of data owned by the company and dashboard that can present information into the visual form. Dashboard can support the creation of information into the form of visual custom so that the information displayed in accordance with the needs. Benefits obtained are helpful in making decisions, can be used as a tool for making financial reports, and can facilitate users performs financial data analysis stored in the database in visual form.

Abstract

This flood disaster is caused directly by the rain with high intensity in a long time, and indirectly cause by garbage disposal in the river, There is no water catchment, flood from other river, etc. Therefore, we needed early warning sistem that provide information to people whos needed to save theirs homes, goods and ensuring safety for the residents of the house. With automation system of house unflood which is simulated using device such as hydraulic pumps, ultrasonic sensors and arduino uno to monitor the height of water or flood and associated with application, the goal of this research is helping people to reduce disaster losses from flood disaster programs and facilitate people with the automated technology used on this system. The case study on Jatikramat urban village because the floods in this area often happened. Application built using software Visual Studio 2008 and software database Ms.Access 2007. Conclusion of this research is implementation using Simulating a homestead with various device as a data input and connected to the application that we build to moving house using hydrolic during flood is successfully as well as with buzzer as alarm and SMS as notification.

Abstract

The adverse impact of late delivery of orders to consumers will in addition affect the level of trust is also adversely affecting financially to the losses to be received by the company. Optimizing the use of technology in this case by using SMS (short message service) is one form of efforts to minimize problems that occur. Unfortunately not all companies optimize the technology to help improve the performance of a company, for example PT XYZ which is a multi-national company where the product is produced not only for domestic consumption but to foreign countries. Contributed in using SMS technology that helps every problem that occurs either on the problem of sending / receiving data through EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) can be quickly known and taken action by person who has responsibility to the problem.

Abstract

Processing of data efficiently will adversely impact the live cycle time applications. However, on the other hand the concern related to management and structured data is still lacking, so that such a bad impact of system downtime. This happens because the delivery mechanism for data that does not correspond to the role of business models and applications. PT. YZI is an organization engaged in online advertising property, where each day its ad information obtained in real time both the merchant and independent property agent. However, there are some processes that are found are still not in accordance with the role model PT.YZI include a data management and structure are still lacking that declining application performance and her no data encryption to ensure data security. With the basic theory java native and method AES() encryption MySQL then CrondManager is one of alternative tools of data processing that can be implemented right on the system. The end result of this research is the design implementation process CrondManager the background system for PT. YZI who apply online integration of data in the form of a data listing and/or encryption of data that are proven to meet the data security aspects. By implementing this CrondManager expected aspects of performance systems, data security and zero downtime system can be met.
