Abstract

PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi or AdIns is an IT Solution Company which has product called CONFINS (Consumer Finance and Leasing Solution). Production CONFINS department is in charge of maintenance CONFINS system and gives services to client. Outstanding ticket and aging ticket are the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of Production department. There are outstanding ticket target for every team and mandays target for employee in every month. Production Support System have some features to meet the needs of Production Department in monitoring the target. These features include recording outstanding ticket target and mandays employee, recording daily activity that is more standard, get outstanding ticket and mandays data from JIRA system, provide information and achievement report of outstanding ticket target for every team and mandays target for every employee, daily activity report, and monthly report for management. With these features, every member in Production department can monitor the whole target and report can be provided effectively and doesnt need manual processing, as well as employee performance can be monitored through daily activity report.

Abstract

Cibuntu village is a relic of the stone village, where it was found several objects such as axes and other tools made of stone. Cibuntu is 30 km from the city of Cirebon and located on mountain slopes Ciremai. The area is difficult to get a cellular signal due to the lack of BTS (Base Transceiver Station) nearby. The purpose of this study is to amplify the cellular signal through the application of Wajan Bolic. Thus internet access in these areas is easier and more tourism promotion can be intensified by utilizing the internet. Wajan Bolic development using a prototype model that is considered simple to directly apply to the Cibuntu Village. The test results indicated that the measured signal speed on smart phone shows 71 ms or in average less than 100 ms. Implementation Wajan Bolic also influenced by the use of providers that have strong signals and mast heights to catch the signal from the BTS. Wajan Bolic catched average signal times > 50 ms at the time of internet usage.Application of the wireless router connected to the Wajan Bolic can be accessed ± 12 meters from the center of the wireless.

Abstract

If an institution wants to organize e-learning courses, the institution has to provide Content Mangement System (CMS) server which has a Public IP, so that all the stakeholders of the e-learning processes can communicate. In this paper, the author explains an alternative solution that can be use to organize a tehcnology supported e-learning that has conformance with Learning Technology System Architecture (LTSA), but at the same time does not need the availability of a CMS computer server and its infrstructure. To achieve this end, the author designs and builds a software that run on Android smartphone and the processes in LTSA framework are handled by each lecturer or teacher and his/her student.  The features of the Android based software for the lecturer or teacher are creating and distributing class schedule, lesson content and quizzes to the students and to receive quizzes answers and marks from students, to be further processed with the help of a spreadsheet program. While the features for students are to access lesson content, to work on quizzes and sending answers and marks to lecturer/teacher. Then the application on the students and teachers smartphone will communicate indirectly with each other through preparing text that is ready to be copied and pasted to social media application or email application. With the special way of delivering message between parties but still having the power of Android operating system and the social media application running on it, the need for centralized CMS server for storing data and for doing communication will be eliminated.

Abstract

Security and confidentiality are two important aspects of data communications. In maintaining the security and confidentiality of an important message to be delivered, the first message is encrypted and hidden into a medium. Media used in this study is a digital image with a color depth of 24 bits. This research aims to develop a system that can be used to enhance the security of data in the form of important and confidential messages. Cryptographic algorithms used for encryption was aes algorithm and steganography by modifying the method of least significant bit (LSB) which was used to save the message in the image. Modified LSB used in this research was by inserting bits of the ciphertext into a diagonal matrix of pixel color components in the image. The system was developed using the programming language c #. Tests conducted in this study were to look at aspects of imperceptibility and recovery of the method modified LSB. This study confirms that the combination of the aes algorithm and modified LSB can be used to improve data security.

Abstract

Web-based educational systems and intelligent guidance systems collect large amounts of student data, from web logs to student models. Data mining applications on such data can help find relevant knowledge to improve computer-aided learning systems. Using knowledge, teachers can better understand [how students learn by studying a group of students in order to improve teaching and learning. In this paper, the process of data mining will be separated into data collection, data transformation, and data analysis. Association rules, classification, and clustering of data mining algorithms that are explored in data analysis for computer-assisted learning systems.

Abstract

Since 2004, LKBN ANTARA still using SMS-Gateway application as media delivery of news from the field, due to Internet network conditions in the Territory of Indonesia is still limited. SMS-GATEWAY also be used for sending notifications or activities in the workplace from the Leader, editor, Bureau Chief, reporter or IT team. Indicated in case of misuse or SMS sending application that does not comply with labor. Due to these conditions, the research carried out by manual methods as well as methods of K-Nearest Neigbour to know about it. Results of research conducted to get the results on the accuracy of the prediction selection YA number 772 does not fit properly and a number of 32, so that the precision is 96.02%. While predictions TIDAK have the results of a number of 0 and 14 correct errors in the prediction of YA. So that the accuracy of the results obtained number of 96.15%. So the use of SMS-Gateway application used ANTARA environment in accordance with the needs during November 2015. As well as can help ANTARA within the classification SMS content with klasifika YA and TIDAK.

Abstract

The development of computer technology that makes computers much more rapidly found from government agencies, housing, schools, internet cafes, household, personal or even called to make a laptop computer as a requirement for all circles. The works were formerly manual now vastly computerized ranging from homework from school to international companies and all the jobs it is an important information. Like the important information, the security system is a crucial part of a computer application and one way to protect our data from the parties is irresponsible to perform cryptographic would like to use that compiler uses blowfish algorithm. Blowfish or OpenPGP.Cipher.4 is included in the class encryption Symmetric Cryptosystem, the encryption method is similar to the Data Encryption Standard (DES - like - Cipher). Created for use on computers that have a large microprossesor (32 - bit or more with large data caches). Blowfish was developed to meet the design criteria allows the implementation where the optimal state can reach 26 clock cycles perbyte compact, which can run on less than 5 KB of memory, the simple algorithm so easy to determine guilt, and the security which the variable key length varies (minimum 32 bits, 448 bits maximum, Multiple 8 bits, 128 bits default).

Abstract

Local Government expansions on the system of tax payment transactions especially the UN offline has now added more facilities with the payment system of the UN Online electronic payment through Bank. The existing System of Land and Building Tax Payment Service Line (SOPP-PBB) is very helpful to the government in controlling tax payment transaction data, the convenience is there because the end-to-end or host-to-host facility uses switching techniques between related institutions . By pairing ISO 8583 on Payment Service System of Land and Building Tax (SOPP-PBB) which has been running as interface or bridge between server through each switch owned by local government with BJB Bank to optimize electronic transaction process and As a form of assurance provided by the service provider to cover a wider range of services

Abstract

Central Bureau of Statistics Indonesia stated in 2012 the number Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia reached 56,534,592. The biggest problem for SMEs in indonesia is lack of system that can be used to monitor business easily without having to come to the outlet. This research is intended to develop a Web Apps application for SMEs management based on the concept of Single Page Application named SIKASIR. This application can accessed by three actors namely owner as admin, manager, and chasier. Token is needed to run the application, the token will expired every two hours. Some menus in this application are management of stock, staff, and partners and reports. The Waterfall method was used to develop the application using JSON programming language and Agullar JS as a framework. Application was tested using Black Box method. The result of the testing showed that the url of the application could be accessed successfully, and all menus run well. The system of Web Apps can be used as data providers and data monitoring wherever and whenever with high accuracy and updated.

Abstract

The weather is the state of the air at a certain point and to a particular region a relatively narrow and in a short time frame. Weather reports in general often called weather forecasting is the use of science and technology to estimate the atmosphere of the earth in the will come to a particular place. The data used to research obtained from world weather online, is a the site that providing data and information on weather conditions daily. Data used having intervals time every three hours starting from August 12, 2016 at 01.00 up to August 20, 2016 at 10 pm. Research aims to get pattern classifications weather with data mining algorithm classifications namely c4.5 algorithm. The results of testing algorithm c4.5 use 10-fold cross validation and provable to the creation of application web for testing so as to produce value accuracy of 88.89 %.
