Abstract

Adjustment is one of the essential requirements for the creation of life and mental health of individuals. The new environment for some people is a stimulus occurrence of difficulties in adjusting. So is the case with Turkish students who experience anxiety when in a new environment (Indonesia) is very different from the country of origin. However, there are also some students who did not take a long time to get comfortable while in Indonesia. This study included in the quantitative correlational descriptive research. Instrument used in this study using psychological scales measuring tool. Validity test used in this study are product moment correlation and to test the reliability of the scales used psychology alpha formula. Analysis of non-parametric correlation data used is Spearman Rank. The results of calculation of correlation of 0.77, the results of these calculations indicate a positive correlation between the variables X with the variable Y. Thus, the hypothesis (Ha) that reads "Self-efficacy contributes to the ability of the adjustment in student Unnes Turkish citizen" is acceptable, whereas the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Contribution of self-efficacy for self-adjustment is equal to 58, 6%.

Abstract

Findings phenomena through field observations with DCM and interviews with Counselor is the existence of barriers in the selection of secondary school students of the inside and outside. The aim of research to determine the internal and external factors that inhibit the selection of secondary school students of class IX in Junior High School 1 Cluwak Pati academic year 2015/2016. This type of research is a survey research. For the population in this study were all students of class IX, namely a number of 288 students. Samples of 25% which is 72 students, and the data collection instruments constitute the psychological scale election of school. Analysis of the data used is descriptive percentage. Results found that the internal factors that inhibit the selection of secondary school students of class IX amounted to 65.35%, while external factors that inhibit the selection of secondary school students of class IX amounted to 64.58%. The conclusion is that students have the highest barriers on both factors of physical condition and the condition of a friend. Suggestions put forward can be taken into consideration in providing services related to the field of career to students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang peningkatan tanggung jawab belajar melalui layanan konseling individual teknik self-management pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Pemalang. Populasinya adalah siswa  kelas XI Akuntasi 2 yang berjumlah 34 siswa dan sampel yang berjumlah 6 siswa menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala tanggung jawab belajar. Instrumen tersebut telah diuji validitasnya dengan rumus product moment, sedangkan reliabilitas instrumen digunakan rumus Alpha.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif persentase, sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan hasil perhitungan Zhitung = 2.20 > Ztabel = 0 pada n= 6, dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu tanggung jawab belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan konseling individual teknik self-management.Oleh karena itu diharapkan guru pembimbing dapat lebih mengintensifkan layanan konseling individual teknik self-management sebagai strategi alternatif untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan tanggung jawab belajar.The aim of this research is to obtain the empirical data about the improvement of  learning responsibility through self-management technique individual counseling service. The population of this study were students of class XI Accounting 2 which consisted of 34 students. Puposive sampling technique was used to select 6 students as sample. The data collection technique used was learning responsibility scale. The instrument has been tested it’s validity with product moment formula, and reliability of the instrument with Alpha formula. Data analysis technique used were descriptive percentage and Wilcoxon test. The result of this research showed that there was improvement of learning responsibility through self-management technique  individual counseling service with Zcount = 2.20> Ztable = 0, n=6, with 5%  significance level. It could be concluded that learning responsibility could be improved through self-management technique individual counseling service. So,  the teacher can hopefully be more intensivy the self-management technique individual counseling service as an alternative strategy to help the students increase their learning responsibility.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi atau temuan empiris tentang meningkatkan aktualisasi diri melalui layanan penguasaan konten pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Lebaksiu Tegal. Populasinya adalah seluruh  kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Lebaksiu Tegal yang berjumlah 286 siswa dan sampel yang berjumlah 28 siswa menggunakan purposeive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala aktualisasi diri. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment oleh Pearson dan reabilitas instrument dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan Uji t ( t-test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan aktualisasi diri melalui layanan penguasaan konten, dengan nilai thitung = 17,960 > ttabel = 2,052. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yakni aktualisasi diri dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan penguasaan konten. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan guru pembimbing dapat lebih mengintensifkan layanan penguasaan konten kepada siswa sebagai strategi alternatif untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan aktualisasi diri. The aim for this research was to get information or empirical finding about increasing effect of self actualization as the result of content mastery. Population of this study was 7 grade students of the VII class in SMP Negeri 2 Lebaksiu Tegal which consist of 286 students. 28 students was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using self actualization scale. The instrument has been tested for validity using Pearson product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data analysis used pearson product moment, descriptive percentage, and t-test. The result showed there was increasment of self actualization through mastery of content service with tcount = 17,960> ttable = 2,052. From this reasearch it can be concluded that self actualization could be increased through mastery of content service. It is hoped that the teacher as a guide can be more intensively applicate mastery of content service to the students as an alternative strategy to help students increase self actualization.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon that happens to grade VIII SMPIT Bina Amal Semarang which has the social conformity low. The purpose of this research is to proof  the influence of counseling service groups towards the conformity. The type of this research is experimental research. The research was conducted with seven times the grant of preferential treatment on grade VIII SMPIT Bina Amal Semarang, research subject with 8 students. The data collection method used is the psychology scale. Data analysis techniques using deskriptif analysis of percentage and wilcoxon test. The results showed incoming students conformity category is middle (59,75%). After being given the treatment through the counseling of the group, a significant unchanged in conformity of students. Conformity of the students in a middle category (60,37%). It shows that conformity of student can’t be influenced through the counseling service groups. Conformity of students not depend on one cause but the another thing to establish it as cohesion,the pretension to change, and the environmental support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi persepsi guru mata pelajaran terhadap bimbingan dan konseling dikaji dari partisipasi mereka terhadap pelaksanaan BK di SMA Negeri 1 Maos. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru mapel SMA Negeri 1 Maos berjumlah 47 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Validitas instrument menggunakan rumus product moment dan perhitungan reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase dan koefisien penentuan. Hasil analisi menunjukkan bahwa Ho penelitian ditolak dan Ha penelitian diterima. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya korelasi positif antara partisipasi guru mapel dalam pelaksanaan BK dengan persepsi guru mapel terhadap BK di SMA Negeri 1 Maos. Oleh karena itu diharapkan kepada pihak sekolah terutama kepala sekolah, perlu membangun suasana yang dapat memicu tumbuhnya kerjasama antara guru mapel dan guru pembimbing dalam pelaksanaan BK dengan cara memberikan pengarahan tentang BK. The aim of this research is to describe and measure the contribution of subjec teachers perception in guidance and counseling implementation based on their participation on it. Subject of the teachers are all of SMA N 1 Maos teachers which consist of 47 teachers. Data collection methods were using were psychological scale. Instrument validity was tested using product moment and Alpha formula was used to test reliability. Descriptive percentage analysis and coeffisien of determination were used in data analysis. The result shows that Ho is rejecte and Ha is accepted. It can be conclued that there is positive correlation between participation and perception of subject teachers in guidance and counseling implementation in SMA N 1 Maos. From this reseach it can suggested that  headmaster should create supporting environment that can stimulate the cooperation between subject teachers and guidance and counseling in the implementation of guiding and counseling programs through some direction and suggestion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi professional guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Negeri se-Kota Cilacap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survai dengan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Negeri se-Kota Cilacap yang berjumlah 24. Penelitian ini tidak menggunakan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala Likert. Teknik analisis data deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi profesional guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Negeri se-Kota Cilacap tergolong tinggi (78.71%). Semua sub variabel berada pada kriteria tinggi dengan perincian sub variabel yaitu  menguasai konsep dan praksis asesmen untuk memahami kondisi, kebutuhan, dan masalah konseli (77.58%); menguasai kerangka teoritik dan praksis bimbingan dan konseling (81.4%); merancang program bimbingan dan konseling (77.11%); mengimplementasikan program  bimbingan dan konseling yang komprehensif (79%); menilai proses dan hasil kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling (76.14%); memiliki kesadaran dan komitmen terhadap etika professional (81.4%). Simpulan penelitian ini yakni guru bimbingan dan konseling SMP Negeri se-Kota Cilacap telah dapat menguasai dan mengaplikasikan kompetensi profesionalnya dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling dengan kriteria tinggi.   This study aims to determine the professional competence of counselors in the implementation of guidance and counseling services in the Junior High School of Cilacap City. Type of this research is survey with methods of quantitative and descriptive approach. Population was all of  counselor  amounting to 24. It didn’t use samples. The instrument used was a questionnaire Likert scale models. Percentage of descriptive were used for data analysis. The results showed that the professional competence of  counselors is high (78.71%). All of the sub variabel is high with details are the mastering of the concepts and practices of assessment to understand the conditions, needs, and problems of the counselee  (77.58% ); mastering the theoretical framework and practical guidance and counseling (81.4%); design a guidance and counseling program  (77.11%); implement a comprehensive guidance and counseling (79%); assess the process and outcomes of guidance and counseling activities (76.14%); have awareness and commitment to professional ethics (81.4%). The conclusions of the study, counselors in the Junior High School of Cilacap city has been able to master and apply their professional competence in the implementation of guidance and counseling services with high criteria.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of the SMA needs assessment in Kudus and teacher ratings of the software DCM® BK. This form of research evaluation studies software DCM® used by school counselor in SMA Negeri Kabupaten Kudust by qualitative descriptive research. The study involved a school counselor as the primary data source and school personnel as a secondary data source. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of research in the field shows that school counselor SMA Negeri Kabupaten Kudus and already using several types of devices. In analyzing the results of DCM are already using software DCM®, but the operationalize software DCM® still experiencing difficulties, difficulties occurred due to the design of software that still has a weakness or a lack of skills in information technology owned school counselor, it can be concluded that appraisal to software DCM® school counselor are less effective for use in the programming need assessment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan fenomena yang ada di SMKN 4 Semarang yang menunjukkan tingkat perilaku maladjustment yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dalam mengatasi perilaku maladjustment pada klien melalui konseling behavioristik dengan teknik pengkondisian operan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental research menggunakan pre-eksperimental design dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian adalah 6 siswa di SMKN 4 Semarang. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah skala penyesuaian diri. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment dan reliabilitas dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis uji wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, jadi berdasarkan hasil analisis wilcoxon dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku maladjustment klien dapat diatasi melalui layanan konseling behavioristik dengan teknik pengkondisian operan.This study was conducted based on the phenomena that is in SMKN 4 Semarang which shows a high degree of behavioral maladjustment. This study aims to determine the level of success in overcoming behavioral maladjustment to the client through counseling behavioristik with operan conditioning techniques.This research techniques are experimental research using pre-experimental research design with one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects were 6 students at SMKN 4 Semarang. Data collection tool used is the scale of adjustment. The instrument has been tested for use in the study using the product moment formula for validity and reliability with alpha formula. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and analysis of the percentage of the Wilcoxon test. Wilcoxon test analysis results show that Ha accept and Ho rejected, so based on the analysis Wilcoxon maladjustment can be concluded that the behavior of the client can be addressed through counseling behavioristik with operant conditioning techniques.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen. Subyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV di SD N 01 Sijambe yang berjumlah 33 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kematangan emosi. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment oleh Pearson dan reabilitas instrument dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan Uji beda t-Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kematangan emosi melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik bermain (games), dengan nilai thitung = 15,064 >  ttabel = 2,038.  Simpulan dari penelitian ini yakni kematangan emosi dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik bermain (games). This study is quasi-experimental. Subjects in this research were 33 students in grade IV of SD N 01 Sijambe. Data collection techniques using emotional maturity scale. The instrument has been tested for validity using Pearson product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data analysis used descriptive percentage, and t-Test. The result of study showed there was increase of emotional maturity through mastery of content service with games technique with rcount=15,064>rtable=2,038. The conclusion of study was emotional maturity could be increased through mastery of content service with games technique.
