The statement gets the pros and cons of various parties in the world. This paper uses qualitative descriptive method and data collection through literature review. Finally, the study concludes that Israel and the United States based on consensus of UN member states can not make unilateral claims against Jerusalem (Al-Quds), because it is not in line with international law

That ideology is also the reason which causes North Korea is resistant toward foreign aid for human right.  Meanwhile, the failure is also caused by government which is very dominant in the distribution process of foods and also helps from the outsiders.  The domination is centered in Public Distribution System (PDS) and  food allocation is managed with discriminative ratio. Abstract

This research aims to find the possible compatibility between Islam and democracy which has always been a polemic in the Muslim world. To achieve this, researchers explore the debate about Islam and democracy among the academics and Islamists. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews with a number of informants and documentation studies. The findings of this research conclude that the concept of Islamic democracy can be a bridge to the debate about Islamic compatibility with democracy. Some derivations that cover this concept are shura (consultation), ijma '(consensus), bai'at (pledge of allegiance), and ijtihad (interpretive justification). Islamic democracy with some of its derivatives do not necessarily represent Islam but reflects particular Islamic options. Therefore, the compatibility of Islam and democracy through the concept of Islamic democracy is not comprehensively Islamic but Islamic and not comprehensively democratic but is democratic. This concept plays as the distinctive character for Muslim society when they develop democracy.

Abstract

Islamic toughtsclearly explain about political issues. Even though, in development and implementation, it is not easy to get an ideal example. The debate among scholars and scientists is quite hard either in the mass media or in scientific forums, and it often fails to draw conclusions that are bright and fair. As an ideal example at the implementation level, it is also not easy to find agreements among Muslim practitioners, whether it is a model of the political system in Saudi Arabia, the politics of Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Iran or the Turkish political system. In addition to external factors, global hegemony of thought and politics, the internal conditions of the Muslim community are also inseparable, especially among scientists and scholars and their politicians who are not serious about studying and animating the wealth of Islamic political treasures. This article will explain Islamic politics with two perspectives, namely: Islamic politics as a science (academic level) and Islamic politics as a movement (practical / implementative level). It is hoped that this article can provide theoretical answers and be able to explain political phenomena in the Islamic world in general and especially the phenomenon of Islamic politics in Indonesia.
