EFEKTIVITAS TEKNIK SOSIODRAMA MELALUI BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK UNTUK MENGURANGI PERILAKU AGRESIF VERBAL SISWA SMP

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan teknik sosiodrama melalui bimbingan kelompok untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif verbal siswa SMP. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu yaitu one Group Pretest Postest Design. Treatment yang diberikan pada kelompok eksperimen adalah teknik sosiodrama. Peneliti melakukan pengukuran sebelum dan setelah perlakuan untuk melihat perubahan subyek penelitian. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 16 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Malang yang memiliki skor agresivitas verbal tinggi. Pretest dan postest berupa inventory perilaku garesif verbal yang masing-masing dilaksanakan sekali. Pemberian treatment dilakukan sebanyak lima kali pertemuan. Dari hasil analisis SPSS 16 for windows, nilai uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dapat diketahu nilai beda  (Z= -3.517a) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (P= 0.000 < 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa teknik sosiodrama melalui bimbingan kelompok efektif untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif verbal siswa SMP. ABSTRACT: This research aims to discover the effectiveness of group-counseling sociodramas to reduce verbal aggressive acts of junior High School students. The research design used is quasi-experiment, which is one Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The treatment given to experimental group is sosiodramas. Researcher  does a measurement before and after the treatment given to see whether there is a change shown by research subjects. the subjects are 16 eight-graders of SMP Negeri 15 Malang with high verbal aggressiveness scores. The pre-test and the post-test is in the form of verbal aggressive acts inventory which are done once each. Treatment giving is done in five meetengs. The analysis result using SPSS 16 for windows, Wilcoxon Signed Ranked Test score shows different value (Z= -3.517a) with 0.000 (P= 0.000 < 0,05), which proves group-counseling sociodramas are effective to reduce verbal aggressive acts of Junior High School students.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri akademik, efikasi diri akademik, harga diri dan prokrastinasi akademik. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan rancangan penelitian korelasional. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah siswa SMP Negeri di Kota Malang, sampel penelitian berjumlah 393 siswa yang diperoleh melalui metode pengambilan sampel multistage random sampling. Untuk mengukur konsep diri akademik, efikasi diri akademik, harga diri dan prokrastinasi akademik, digunakan skala konsep diri akademik, skala efikasi diri akademik, skala harga diri dan skala prokrastinasi akademik yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel yaitu konsep diri akademik, efikasi diri akademik dan harga diri memiliki hubungan negatif terhadap prokrastinasi akademik dan secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap prokrastinasi akademik.ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the relationship between academic self-concept, academic self-efficacy, self-esteem and academic procrastination. To achieve these goals, used a correlational study design. The population used in the study are students of Junior High School in Malang, the sample totaled 393 students obtained through a multistage random sampling method of sampling. To measure academic self-concept, academic self-efficacy, self-esteem and academic procrastination, use a scale of academic self-concept, academic self-efficacy scale, the scale of self-esteem and academic procrastination scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that each variable that academic self-concept, academic self-efficacy and self-esteem negatively related to academic procrastination and together these three variables affect the academic procrastination.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims at analyzing the independent variables (parenting style, school culture, and society cultures) and the dependent variable (empathy), The method used in this study is the corelational research method. The population of this study is 21.578 students. The sampling technique used is the multisampling one with the Slovin formula. The data are collected using questionnaire and then analyzed using the multiple regression statistical analysis technique. The result show that there is significant contribution among the variables of parenting style, school culture and society culture, with the students’ empathy, and the biggest contribution is from the society culture.Keywords: parenting style, school culture, society cultures, empathy

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop self-control modules in dating for junior high school students with the hope the counselor can provide information services to students in order to improve selfcontrol in behavior that meets the acceptance criteria berpacarannya. Adapting development methods development research steps Borg and Gall. Subjects consisted of expert guidance and counseling, media experts, and prospective users of the product (counselors and students) SMP 7 Malang. Data collection is the scale of assessment. Based on the results of data analysis expert assessment and prospective users can be concluded that self-control modules in dating for junior high school students already meet the acceptance criteria or very feasible.Keywords: module development, self-control, datingAbstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul kontrol diri dalam berpacaran bagi siswa SMP dengan harapan konselor dapat memberikan layanan informasi kepada siswa untuk bisa meningkatkan kontrol diri dalam perilaku berpacarannya yang memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan. Metode pengembangan mengadaptasi langkah penelitian pengembangan Borg and Gall. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari ahli bimbingan dan konseling, ahli media, dan calon pengguna produk (konselor dan siswa) SMP 7 Malang. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah skala penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penilaian ahli dan calon pengguna dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul kontrol diri dalam berpacaran bagi siswa SMP sudah memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan atau sangat layak.Kata kunci: pengembangan modul, kontrol diri, berpacaran.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning achievement is after finishing certain lesson and can be seen from the grades the student’s book. Parental rearing pattern affects learning achievement because parents play important role in shaping their children and influencing their learning achievement. Motivation affects learning achievement because motivation encourages students to learn hard and diligently so the learning achievement the students get will improve. In order to make students learn harder, the ability to practice self regulated learning among students becomes important. Having self regulated learning, it is expected that students are able to plan, manage and monitor their own learning to achieve better learning outcome.Keywords: parental rearing pattern, learning motivation, self regulated learning, learning achievement

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to reveal and describe the values of Minangkabau proverb that can be absorbed as the basic concepts of counseling theories in view of (1) human characteristics, (2) the characteristics of a problem, (3) problem solving procedures, and (4) characteristics of the leader (counselor). This study used a qualitative approach with a hermeneutic method. The results found that: (1) human characteristics based on the value of Minangkabau proverb is an individual who has the power of reason to think that can change for the better in the selection of roles through habituation and sensitive to changes in existing, as well as be aware of weakness, (2) characteristics of the problem based on the value of Minangkabau proverb is something that can not be hidden due to the careless nature, misunderstood, not alert, ignorant, irrational, like to joke, and pessimistic, resulting in anxiety , the emergence of obstacles and uncertainty in life, (3) Problem solving procedures based on the value of the Minangkabau proverb is through consultation, collaboration, consultation, and giving examples of the upbeat, responsible, careful, communicative, consistent, situational, combining feelings and thoughts, with a structured procedure, exploring, identifying, find alternatives in decision-making, (4) counselor characteristics based on the value of Minangkabau proverb is a man who have influence, a place to complain , helpfull, protecting, wise, fair, calm, smart, patient, firm stance, never give up and strong. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to produce a self adjustment module in work field as preparation for industrial work practicum (prakerin) by vocational high school and counselor handbook. This research conducted using development research model by Borg and Gall (1983). Based on rates from all experts and product users, revealed that product is feasible, usefull, interesting, appropriate. The rate and advice from experts is used to revise product. The following step is the product effectivity experimenting using One-Group Pre test- Post test Design. The result showed there is significant self adjustment level in work field before and after treatment.Key words: module, self adjustment in work field, industrial work practicum (prakerin)Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan modul penyesuaian diri di dunia kerja sebagai persiapan pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri (prakerin) siswa SMK dan panduannya bagi konselor. Proses pengembangan menggunakan model prosedural milik Borg and Gall (1983). Berdasarkan penilaian para ahli, dan calon pengguna produk yang terdiri dari konselor dan siswa, produk yang dihasilkan sangat tepat, sangat berguna, sangat mudah, dan sangat menarik. Selanjutnya berdasarkan penilaian dan masukan dari para penilai diadakan revisi untuk penyempurnaannya. Penelitian dilanjutkan dengan menguji efektivitas produk, dengan menggunakan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Hasilnya menunjukkan ada perbedaan signifikan tingkat penyesuaian diri siswa di dunia kerja sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan.Kata kunci: modul, penyesuaian diri, dunia kerja, praktik kerja industri (prakerin)

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to develop The Career Planning Module To Improve Career Decision Making Skill Of Junior High School’s Students Of in to Further Education. This study utilized research and development procedure of Borg and Gall (2003) but only in seven research steps. The steps were: 1) preliminary study, 2) planning, 3) development of initial product, 4) initial product trials, 5) revision of the initial product, 6) major field test, 7) revision of the final product. According to the expert of guidance and counseling, and school counselor judgment, the result of this research is acceptable theoretically and practically from the aspects of usability, accuracy, convenience, and attractiveness.Keywords: module, career planning, career decisions making, junior high school studentsAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan modul perencanaan karir untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengambil keputusan karir siswa smp pada sekolah lanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian pengembangan Borg and Gall (2003), namun hanya menerapkan tujuh langkah R & D sebagai prosedur pengembangan sebagai berikut: 1) penelitian pendahuluan, 2) perencanaan, 3) mengembangkan produk awal, 4) uji coba produk awal, 5) revisi produk awal, 6) uji lapangan utama, 7) revisi produk akhir. Produk penelitian yang dihasilkan mencapai kriteria berterima secara teoritis dan praktis baik dari aspek ketepatan, kemudahan, kemenarikan dan kegunaan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the contribution of consultation with parents to decrease truancy problem in SMK Negeri 5 Malang. The method used is comparative. Data obtained with the technique of document review, and then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. From the analysis, it was concluded that: there is a difference between ditching frequency before and after consultation with the parents of service provided, and also the average frequency truant students before the consultation was 2,5 days and the average frequency after ditching any consulting services is 0,5 days.Keywords: consultation with parents, truancy, vocational high schoolAbsrtrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya kontribusi konsultasi dengan orang tua terhadap penurunan masalah membolos di SMK Negeri 5 Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah komparatif. Data didapat dengan teknik kajian dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, didapatkan kesimpulan yaitu: ada perbedaan antara frekuensi membolos sebelum dan sesudah layanan konsultasi dengan orang tua diberikan, dan juga rata-rata frekuensi membolos siswa sebelum konsultasi adalah 2,5 hari dan rata-rata frekuensi membolos sesudah layanan konsultasi adalah 0,5 hari.Kata kunci: konsultasi dengan orang tua, membolos, SMK

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed at finding out the effectiveness assertive training to improve the ability to say no to the femail students in junior high school. The design of this research was one group pretest-posttest design. Research subjects in this study were six female students who have a low assertive behavior. The results showed that the assertiveness training was effective to improve the ability to say no to the female students in junior high school.Keywords: assertiveness training, said no, female students, junior high schoolAbsrtrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan latihan asertif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkata tidak bagi siswi SMP. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini sebanyak enam siswa perempuan yang memiliki perilaku asertif rendah.
