Abstract

SiMBA merupakan teknologi sistem informasi manajemen yang dikembangkan sejak tahun 2011 untuk digunakan oleh BAZNAS dan LAZ. Sistem ini telah terintegrasi baik mulai BAZNAS pusat sampai daerah sehingga diperoleh laporan zakat yang transparan, akuntabel dan mudah diakses web melalui masing-masing BAZNAS dan LAZ. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengguna SiMBA dari kalangan mahasiswa. Data diambil dari 50 mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen Zakat dan Wakaf FEBI IAIN Tulungagung yang telah dan sedang mengambil matakuliah Sistem Informasi Manajemen Zakat dan Wakaf. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah karakteristik dan pendapat mahasiswa terkait penggunaan SiMBA.

Abstract

The emergence of instant products has a major impact on people's perspectives and behavior. Many people do not want to be difficult in owning a house, so PT Karya Cipta Sakinah uses this great opportunity to build a medium-sized business that is engaged in the developer. The business that was carried out began with the use of own capital which is now expanding into a larger business aimed at supporting the government's "Million Houses" program. The sharia marketing strategy implemented by PT Karya Cipta Sakinah which prioritizes sharia elements brings a lot of blessings, this has a big impact on the increase in consumer response and blessed profit. PT Karya Cipta Sakinah initially used promotional strategies through print media which were considered less effective. And now increasingly expanding its wings by using a Facebook account as an accurate means of proper promotion to facilitate the delivery of business product information to the wider community. In this case the researcher uses the research method "Qualitative Descriptive Analysis" with data collection techniques "observation, interviews and documentation"

Abstract

History records that, at the time of  the Prophet Muhammad mosque plays animportant role in the development of  Islam. At that time the mosque not onlyas media ubuddiyah course, it is more vital role in education and empowermentof  Muslims organized and set in the mosque. That is: education, propaganda,social and economic. Birth of  law No. 23 of  2011 on the management of zakat provide an opportunity for the mosque to be the center of  economic empowerment of  the people. With a collector of  Zakat Unit (UPZ) Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS,) the mosque will become points zakat collection,donation and sedekahyang collected from the congregation of  the mosque. Of the funds collected is used by the Collector Unit Manager Zakat (UPZ) ortakmir mosque to empower and improve the welfare of  the people.Keywords: Based Economic Empowerment Masjid, Zakat ManagementSejarah mencatat bahwa, pada masa Nabi Muhammad SAW masjid memainkan peran penting dalam perkembangan Islam. Pada saat itu masjidtidak hanya sebagai saja media yang ubuddiyah, lebih dari itu peran yang lebih penting yaitu dalam pendidikan dan pemberdayaan umat Islam terorganisirdan diatur dalam masjid. Peran tersebut yaitu pendidikan, propaganda, sosialdan ekonomi. Munculnya UU No. 23 Tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaanzakat memberikan kesempatan bagi masjid menjadi pusat pemberdayaanekonomi rakyat. Melalui Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) Amil ZakatNasional (BAZNAS,) masjid akan menjadi tempat pengumpulan zakat,sumbangan dan sedekah yang dikumpulkan dari jemaat masjid. Dari danayang terkumpul digunakan oleh Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) atau takmirmasjid untuk memberdayakan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat.

Abstract

Islamic banking function as intermediaries from surplus units to units depisit, Islamic banks as well as the unit of funding (fundraising) also function in fnancing (fnancing). In the application of Islamic banking operations face technical constraints associated with the sharing system (Proft and Loss Sharing), therefore Islamic banking fnancial intermediary, in this case the Islamic banks are not just trying to maximize the expected utility of its shareholders, but also pay attention to expected utility entrepreneurs and depositors. In Islamic banking operations apply for the results as a measure of return in the economy. Penentua technically specifed ratio is fxed at the beginning of the transaction but the nominal value can not be known with certainty, but see the income that will happen later. In determining the ratio ratio known as 1) Revenue sharing system; 2) Groos Proft System; and 3) Proft Sharing System. Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the dinamics interaction of islamic banking sector with Indonesian economic growth for 2000-2010. The methode of analyze used in this research is granger causality and Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Besides that we use stationary test to chek wether the data have unit root or not. We use time series data of total islamic bank fnancing, fxed invesstment, trade and gross domestic product. We found that in the short run there is evidence of bidirectional relationship between fnancing of islamic bank, fxed investment, trade and economi growth. Where as in the long run there is relationship between islamic banking with economic growth on Indonesian economy. To improve the role of islamic banking on Indonesian economy, Bank Indonesia must push islamic banking to expand their activity on riil sector and rural area.Keywords: Islamic Banking sector, Financial Intermediary, Economic Growth, Vector Error Corrrection Model

Abstract

Differences of Islamic economic system and capitalist economic system are not only its application but also philosophy. Above this different philosophy is structured target, different principles and norm. This matter because confidence of someone influence the way of approach in forming personality, behavioral, life style, and human being appetite. In broader context, confidence also influence attitude to others, resource, and environment. In capitalist system, God is retired. This Matter is reflected in concept “faire laissez” and “invisible hand”. Through this philosophy, we can consider the target of capitalist economics only merely its growth for individual satisfaction. Islamic economic philosophy in general can be seen from al-Muthaffifin (1- 6). Allah said: 1) Woe to those who cheat. 2) (Namely) those who, when receiving the dose of other people they ask  fulfilled. 3) And when they measure or weigh for others, they reduce. 4) It is not the people think that they will be resurrected Indeed. 5) On a great day. 6) (ie) the day (when) people are standing facing the Lord of the Worlds. But in its development has occurred mixing of two different systems. Islamic Economics is clearly  differently from capitalist economy actually mixed the mortar in order to gain the maximum profit.Keywords: Capitalism, Islamic Economic

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the infation rate, interest rate (BI rate) and the rate of proftability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The object of the research includes 11 Islamic banks and 24 Islamic business units. Proftability of Islamic banks is the dependent variables, while infation, the BI rate and the exchange rate is an independent variables. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the rate of infation and exchange rate variables have a signifcant impact on the proftability of Islamic banks. While the BI rate variable has no signifcant effect.Keywords: Infation, the BI rate, exchange rate, Islamic Bank Proftability

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test  infuence: (1) the expense of advertisement to improvement of deposit sale; (2) the expense of personal selling to improvement of deposit sale; (3) at the same time the expense of advertisement and the expense of personal selling to improvement of deposit sale. The research uses six sekunder data in the year 2011 up to  2013 in semester. The technique of data analysis  uses the double analysis regresi with the program SPSS 21. The fnding of the research was the expense of advertisement is not signifcant infuence to improvement of deposit sale and the expense of personal selling is signifcant infuence to improvement of deposite sale. At the same time the expense of advertisement and personal selling are signifcant infuence to improvement of deposite sale.Keywords: Expense, Advertisement, Personal Selling, Deposit

Abstract

Implementation of Closing localization “Dolly” by Surabaya city government, followed by concrete steps by giving them the skills at the same time funding assistance for livelihood instead of pimps and prostitutes, is the appropriate steps to address the socio-economic problems that occur in the region.  In order to preserve government capital, it needs to connect them with Sharia Microfnance Institutions (LKMS), the Baitul Maal Wattamwil (BMT). BMT  will then be able to assist to increase the capacity of their business in the form of additional capital. In addition, through mentoring activities or coaching, BMT make efforts to maximize the role of the moral improvement of society, such efforts include: 1) mentoring activities of the economy or business and 2) mentoring activities of the Islamic values    or Ruhiyah. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the National Zakat Agency Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Tulungagung Mustahiq in improving welfare and to determine the constraints on zakat management conducted by the National Institute Amil Zakat Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Tulungagung. This study used interview and observation methods. The result of this study is the role of the National Institute Amil Zakat Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Tulungagung people in channeling funds are based on the 4 programs, giving endowments Qur’an, education by providing scholarships to disadvantaged children,  the social construction of mosques and indigent compensation, as well as  assistance of cattle, goats and catfsh.Keywords: Role of Zakat Institutions, Collection, Distribution, Baitul Maal Hidayatullah, Welfare of Mustahiq.
