Abstract

Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) merupakan surat perintah kerja yang diberikan oleh atasan atau kepala kantor kepada pegawai untuk melakukan tugas kerja ke instansi atau kantor yang ada di tempat lain. Dalam proses pembuatan SPPD, sebuah instansi pemerintah maupun swasta kebanyakan masih dilakukan secara sederhana dengan pencatatan manual menggunakan bantuan microsoft office, belum menggunakan aplikasi khusus dalam proses pembuatan SPPD. Hal ini mengakibatkan sistem menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien, baik dari segi materi maupun waktu. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perlu dibangun sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi proses pengelolaan data perjalanan dinas pegawai. Sistem yang diusulkan tersebut dapat membantu dalam pembuatan surat tugas perjalanan dinas pegawai, pengelolaan biaya, penghitungan biaya, pencetakan surat tugas dan pencetakan kwitansi biaya perjalanan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi perjalanan dinas yang terkomputerisasi ini dapat memudahkan instansi untuk membuat surat perjalanan dinas dan pengelolaan data perjalanan dinas terkelola lebih baik. Kata Kunci— SPPD, pencatatan, instansi, komputerisasi.

Abstract

7 Putra is one of the mini market located on the Pasar Sungai Sariak. Purchasing, sales, and inventory of goods on this market mini is done without using a computer. It can be seen from the process of buying new goods, the receipt of goods, payment to suppliers, inventories in storage, movement of goods, sales of goods and payments from customers. ll of the above processes suffer from the financial constraints and poorly controlled. Application development Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in a mini-market 7 Putra to assist and facilitate the process of purchase, sales and inventory items. Implementation of ERP in 7 Putra done through several stages of the business process analysis, analysis of ERP selection, ERP implementation and ERP testing. In filming the analysis of business processes, use BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation). The module used in this research is the main module purchase, sales, as well as items and inventory. Before the implementation of ERP. ERP selection was done according to the 7th Round. The results of the election analysis showed FrontAccounting application is an application that is suitable for 7 Putra. ERP implementation is done by using the application FrontAccounting. System testing is done to check and make sure it is appropriate and ERP applications can run as expected. The test is based on existing business processes in 7 Putra. Results of testing ERP accordance with existing reporting and business processes in the 7th Round

Abstract

Web-based management information system of transaction data with mobile features was needed by employees of PT. Yasiga Sarana Utama, especially mine division. The problems that frequently occur are some documents are created with the manual method, data storage is conducted using Microsoft Excel and duplication. Damage and loss of data have been solved with Web-based management information system of transaction data. In addition, the field employees who have activities outside of the Office get ease in storing and archiving the data using a mobile application integrated with transaction data management information systems. Management information system of transaction data was built using the waterfall method which consisted of the analysis, design, coding or implementing, and testing. In the early stages of development, the company business processes were studied through literatures, and then the company requirements were analyzed using use case diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, state chart diagrams, and user interface design. The next phase was the design of the system by designing a database using the ER-diagrams. Programming code on the implementation phase was conducted using PHP PDO with object-oriented programming, Bootstrap PostgreSQL database as an additional aesthetic applications, and PhoneGap to generate mobile applications. Application testing was conducted using black box testing. The results of the implementation showed the expected output and in accordance with existing business processes.Keywords—Management Information System of Transaction Data, PT. Abstract

On Emi Store wholesale and retail business processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales are still made in the traditional and manual. This led to some problems, among others, is often an error occurred recording of purchases and sales of goods, calculation of the transaction, as well as the latest information the availability of goods in the warehouse. Therefore, it is necessary the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for purchase information, inventory, and sales of goods aimed at overcoming these problems. ERP implementation stage began with the study of introduction. Its activities namely the introduction of the company as a whole with interviews and observation, identifying the business processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales of goods that are currently running and then make a proposal system in terkomputerisasinya, which is described by using the Business Process Model Notation (BPMN), as well as the depiction of a working model of the system to be applied using use case diagrams. The next stage is to conduct a study of the literature of a variety of books and journals to find a foundation theory and related research. Then do the selection of ERP software, configuration and customization of the ERP software modules, as well as the last application and testing. The results of this study indicate that ERP software that have been selected and applied IE applications can address in Odoo Stores Emi wholesale and retail.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 9 Padang is one of the institutions engaged in the field of education, which requires the design of software to manage and run all school activities, one of which is the Academic Information System (SIA). SIA currently in SMA 9 Padang yet well integrated, so it still has many shortcomings in meeting the needs of the school or institution, in particular to deal with academic problems. Therefore, it needs to be implemented Academic Information System that can overcome the various shortcomings earlier. Implementation of this application starts with a preliminary study. Activities, the introduction of the school as a whole with interviews and observations, identify business processes academically at school is running and then make the proposed system as terkomputerisasinya, which is described by using the tools of Business Process Model Notation (BPMN), as well as the depiction of a working model of the system to be applied using use case diagram. The next stage is to study the literature of various books and journals to find the theoretical basis and related research. Then selecting software for SIA School, after the configuration and customization of the software modules, and the latter carry out the implementation and testing. These results indicate that the software SIA Schools that have been selected and applied that JIBAS applications, which can solve the problems on SMA Negeri 9 Padang

Abstract

PT. Beta Farma Nusantara (NBF) is a company that produces and sales of drugs and cosmetics. NBF has 1 factory and many administrative offices that located in many big cities in Indoenesia. NBF consists of the production division, sales division, inventory division, human resource management, finance and quality control division. Nowadays, every business processes within each division are separately processed and it caused ineffective and inefficiency. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an information system solution that can integrate all bussines process of the company using computerization. The proposed system used Openbravo as system integrator, automation and it had multi-site capability. In this research, we focussed to implement the system only in sales, production and inventory division at NBF.  The experiment is validated by comparing existing reports with reports generated with Openbravo. We also measured the running time using exising system and the proposed system. The result show the generated report has the same format and it takes less processing time with an average running time of the business processes in the system of sales, production and inventory NBF are   ± 5 minutes.

Abstract

Intisari— Kualitas layanan website merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan dari sebuah website perguruan tinggi. Hal ini dapat diukur dari tingkat kualitas layanan website dan indeks kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan pengembangan aplikasi untuk evaluasi kualitas layanan website di perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Dimensi pertanyaan mengacu pada model Servqual. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Kano Model. Data dari jawaban responden analisis menggunakan Fuzzy Kano Model yaitu kategori : Must Be Requirements, One Dimensional Requirements, Attractive requirements. Sedangkan pendekatan fuzzy pada kuisioner dapat mengurangi tingkat kesubyektifan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi kuesioner evaluasi berbasis web dinamis secara online dan menyajikan informasi kualitas layanan website dan indeks kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan dimensi Serqual pada website perguruan tinggi.  Analisis Fuzzy Kano Model, dari 5 dimensi Servqual menghasilkan kepuasan pengguna terhadap masing-masing dimensi: Tangibles (0.3866), Reliability (0.3939), Responsiveness (0.3485), Assurance (0.4249) dan Empathy (0.4632). Hasil tersebut jika dibandingkan dengan kriteria  tingkat kepuasan bahwa pengguna kurang puas terhadap layanan website www.polbeng.ac.id terutama pada dimensi Responsiveness yang mempunyai nilai ketidakpuasan paling rendah

Abstract

Smarthome merupakan salah satu implementasi konsep Internet of Things (IoT) yang memungkinkan untuk mengontrol dan memonitoring perangkat elektronik melalui jaringan internet. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah sistem smarthome yang mendukung sinkronisasi pengontrolan hidup dan matinya perangkat elektronik melalui switch, aplikasi web dan time scheduling dengan database. Untuk mendukung sistem tersebut digunakan beberapa tools pendukung seperti Apache, MySQL, dan PHP serta hardware berupa arduino dan raspberry pi.  Sementara itu, metode pemodelan agile dengan pendekatan scrum digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini. Penelitian ini diimplementasikan dalam sebuah Sistem Informasi Manajemen Perangkat Elektronik berbasis web yang bernama SIMPEL. Aplikasi SIMPEL memberikan kemudahan dalam mengendalikan perangkat elektronik yang ada di rumah.

Abstract

Beragam merek, jenis dan tipe Televisi (TV) layar datar tersebar dipasaran saat ini sangat menguntungkan bagi calon konsumen dalam memilih televisi layar datar yang akan dibeli karena konsumen dapat memilih televisi dengan keinginannya tanpa terpacu pada satu merek tertentu. Masyarakat sebagai konsumen diharapkan untuk memiliki pengetahuan dalam memilih jenis televisi tersebut seperti merek, jenis, harga, ukuran, resolusi, audio hingga fitur yang mampu dijangkau. Demi membantu konsumen dalam memutuskan pemilihan pembelian televisi, maka diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang bertujuan sebagai rekomendasi dari berbagai alternatif. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam pemilihan pembelian TV layar datar. TOPSIS adalah salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria dengan ide dasarnya adalah bahwa alternatif yang dipilih memiliki jarak terdekat dengan solusi ideal positif dan memiliki jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Adapun variabel kriteria yang digunakan adalah merek, jenis, harga, ukuran, resolusi serta fitur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pembelian TV layar datar untuk memberikan rekomendasi televisi dari berbagai alternatif yang akan dibeli.

Abstract

The Indonesian people have diverse tribes. Similarly, the regional language that is widespread in Indonesia, each of the tribes in Indonesia have different languages included in South Sulawesi. The number of local and foreign travelers to visit tourist attractions in the city, so that will indirectly communicate with the locals at the time of tourist visits. This research aims to develop smart applications translators Indonesian to Sulawesi region based on Android. This application can translate the three regional languages, namely the language Konjo, makasar and Bugis. The method used is research development by using the Linear Sequential Model. Applications can run well and have gone through the testing phase by inserting a vocabulary of 100 vocabularies for each language area. So that these applications can be used by people in Indonesia who can get through the Google Play Store
