Abstract

The most important and it's very_ influences in developing and national industry is the usage on natural resources which is not balanced due to the exploitative and egosectoral system. As a super dolomite fertilizers company_, PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik uses dolomite rock as a raw matenals takenfr_om karst area. In theJact, this raw materials taking will causes karst ecological destruction. Not only the exploration process but also high voltage machines using resulted negative effect. For that reason, thzs research attempt to provide same solving problems  through design improvement to minimalize the impact by using green procurement conc t. The tfesign concept of green procurement is done through the integrated method of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Management System (EMS). This design ofgreen procurement result the significant decline impact on the value of raw material consumption 8.2x1014 initially become 1.76x1()4 and the decreasing usage ofhigh voltage machines which is  3.93x107 initillly become 3.35x10"8•Keywords: Dolomite, Green procurement, Environmental Management System, LCA

Abstract

Theprimary production quantity depends on the vertical distribution of chlorophyll concentration in the water column. The chlorophyll maximum value not always observed near or at the sea surface, but sometimes lies deeper than bottom of the euphotic zone. In this case, the ocean color sensors cannot measure the chlorophyll maximum value. A shifted Gauss model has been proposedto describe the variation  of the chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) profile which consists offour parameters, i.e.background biomass (Br)1 maximum depth of Chl-a (Zm), total biomass zn the peak (h), and measurenment of the thickness or vertical scale of the peak (o). However, these parameters are not easy to be determined directlyfrom satellite data. therefore, in these research, anANN methodology is used. Using in-situ data 1962 to 1985 in Banda Sea, the above parameters are calculated to derive the Chl-a concentration, sea surface temperature, mixed layer depth, latitude, longi_tude, and season. The total of 53 profiles of Chl-a and temperature are used for ANN. The correlation coefficient of these parameters are 0.852 (B,J, 0.670 (h), 0.983 (d) and 0.990 (Zm) respectively. After comparing with in-situ data and AN!'J model, the result show not good enough agreement relatively.Keywords: Chlorophyll-a (Chl-a), Vertical Structure, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN)

Abstract

Lay out as apart of production facility problem have to made good design. Good desig11 of lay out production facility will be support good efficiency_ production. Base on that problem, this research aim to redesign lay out (relayout) production faczlzty to make good efficiency production. Relayout production facility can be use Value Stream Mapping Tools. Based on analisis by using Value Stream Mapping Tools can be reduced total cycle timefrom 1022 minutes become 917 minutes, reduce qistance of material handling. Implementatzon of relayout will give good efficinecy productzon.Keyword: relayout, Value Stream Mapping Tools.

Abstract

The study aimed  to observe  the various  ojhousehold  Industry  in Sub Sea  Cucumber  Crackers Socah.  This  research  method  survey  wzth  interview  techniques.  Respondents  numbered   23 processor  chips. Primary  data and  secondary  data. Research  conducted, it can be concluded that 1) Profile  of the entrepreneur  is characterized  byproductive  age, low education  but has a business experience a relatively long time. 2) Profile oJ the industry indicates that although the technology and production  process  zs relatively simple but highly pro pective  business is viewed from  the s pport and ease of raw ma!erial market. 3) Processing_ and Blonyo eggplant crackers are financzally  profitable  and  provzde  added  value  to the famzly   of fi.shermen.  and  4) Most busznesses rely on processor chips as the main incomefamilies.  The contribution of these businesses contributed 50-90 percent  offamily  income. Processing should increase the proauction  qzpacity, quality and product  quality zn tenns ofl!ackaging and1icensing. 2) Keep the support offinanczal znstitutions  or the government  in an ejjort to strengthen  business development  and  capital. and3) should be reactivated with business groups for perpetrators of agro-industries.Keywords: Domestic Industry, marine Results

Abstract

Small and medium industries, although not supported by big capital, but more able to survive in times of crisis. The purpose of this research is to determine the potential growth at small and medium industries in the district Bangkalan that has the potential small and medium industries, especially in the sectors of food, beverages and tobacco. Also small and medium industries in Bangkalan District also experienced such a rapid growth. Convergence of the distribution sector small and medium industries in the District Bangkalan business sector is dominated by food, beverages and tobacco. These business sectors are in Sub district Arosbaya, Bangkalan, Blega, Burneh, Galis, Kamal, Klampis, Kokop, Konang, Kwanyar, Labang ,Socah dan Tanah Merah. While the business sector and wood products are in District Sepulu, Tanjung Bumi and Tragah. Last is the business sector, non-metallic minerals products are in Sub Geger and Modung. Growth of small and medium industries in the District zs influenced byfactorsofBangkalan capital, the location associated with the distance to economic centers and duration of effort. While the amount o{labor does not have a significant effect on development of small and medium industries in the District  ofBangkalan.Keywords: SMEs, Balassa index, Regression nalysis

Abstract

Along with population growth in housing needs as the basic human needs come up. There are many ways people do to needs. Among others by building their own, buy from others, or by buying on the housing developers. Prospective home buyers must have criteria that are important considerations in choosing a home. Many criteria are often followed by the availability of more than one house that can meet these criteria. Therefore, the autfzor makes a Decision Support system Web-based Housing purchase which will help the prospective home buyer, which meets the optimal criteria have been established. Decision Support System is a web-based made with the intention that users of these systems can be more extensive than if the system was created as a desktop ayplication. While the decision-making  techniques used m this system is the AHP. Abstract

This study aims to determine the community_ structure and abundance ofphytoplankton and the factors thizt affect the estuary waters Porong Sidoarjo. Method of research zs aone with descriptive method that zs ex post facto. Analysis of water samples carried out at the Laboratory of Soil and Marine Science Laboratory University Trunojoyo. From the research results indicate that the phytoplankton communzty structure in Porong River estuary waters are 2 classes of Bacillariophyceae (14 genera) and Dinophyceae (2 genera) with abundance ranginsfrom 18,07/ cells/L- 29,305 cells1L. The diversity index showed a low stability of the popu1ation with a low uniformity index so that no species dominance. Factors affecting the abunaance of phytoplankton is the brightness level of low water due to the high suspended material.Keywords: Community structure, Phytoplankton, Porong River Estuary

Abstract

Automotive community needs will grow rapidly. One of the tools that support the performance of a vehicle is a lubricating oil or more commonTy known as Oli. Various kinds oflu6ricating ozl brands marketed include Mesran Prima XP, Top 1 Syntetic motor oil, Pennzoil SAE, Active Castrol and Repsol Elite Competition. In this study thefocus is the lubricating oil or grease Mesran Prima XP. The problems faced by these oil products are perceived as declining sales of lubricating oil (grease) Mesran Prima XP, the research conducted by_ the method of Markov Chain, in tJie hope ofknowing the percentage of market share achieved by the oil Mesran Prima XP and determine strategies to increase the market share. Percentage ofknown research on the market share steady state conditions of each oil product in the region to the East Surabaya MESRAN PRIMA XP product for 25.99%; and SYNTETIC MOTOR Oil 7.93%; PENNZOIL  SAE  of  8.59%; CASTRQL ACTIVE   is 53.51%  and  REPSOL  ELITE   COMPETITION  3.97%.Keywords: Markov chain, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Soya milk is healthy drink, and high nutrition such as protein, lowfat, carbohidrat, calsium, phosplior, iron, and vitamin. Besides that soya milk also cheaper than cow milk. But market of soya milk can not be expanse. Based on that reason needed toJznd solution to improve market of soya milk. Solution can be started from voice of customer. Research for the voice of customer can be use Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. By this method in this research we can understand what customer want. Customer of soya milk want fit volume and good packaging beside low price or we can say low price with hzgh quality. It can be start from improve nutrition, packaging, flavour, volume, price, taste, and performance produk as atribut-atribut base on voice of customer.Keyword: soya milk, Quality Function Deployment, voice of cuatomer.
