Abstract

Theinstillation of GIS in the land property evaluation sector in Indonesia, is still at its early stage. Theproperty taxation department has been using GIS in producing property taxation data since 1996, its main task being suppl ying computer-generated maps (Dirjen Cukai, 1998). Spatial analysis which is the strength of GIS remains to be practised. The land value spatial model is a model that assesses the value of land based on spatial treatments which have been identified as influencing thevalue of land. Generally there are 4 treatments influencing thevalue of land i.e. the structural factor, the neighbourhood factor, the location factor and the timefactor. Spatial analysis is needed toproduce mapsfrom these treatments inorder tochurn out spatial data. Thespatial analysis inneed are reclassification, overlapping, length and distance measurement, neighbourhood and network analysis. Furthermore, statistical analysis is needed toform a spatial model. This studyfocuses on a solefactor that is the stuctural factor in influencing the value of land. Thestructural factor includes both physical and land usage treatments. Thephysical factor to be included in this study are the area, thefront width, the direction and the shape.. There are 148 land transaction lots used inshaping the spatial model. This working paper attempts toexamine the level of influence of the physical treatments on the land value in the area studied.

Abstract

Indonesian as marine continent endowed with vast marine resources, in actual facttwo third of Indonesian territory are sea. Merinefisheries, particularl y capturefisheries, is one of the mine effort to make the most of marine resources for supporting economic development in the country. Overfishing then become the mine concern of thegovernment of Indonesian in marine resource utilization. The data reflects that the exploitation of the resources is approaching the Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY), especially of the small pelagic fish. Considering theproblems of overexploitation, it is therefore significant todevelop marinefish farming (marine aquaculture or mariculture) as an alternative. Theactivities in mariculture is mainly farming fishes and plant of high value on export market such as Grouper (ikan kerapu) and Seaweed (Rumput laut), but the development of tnariculture in Indonesia is still not as expected. The investor still hesitate to. enter this business because they still feel unsecure due to lack of law and regulations concerning the use of sea waters for mariculture activities. Theconcept of "Mariculture Idustries" is raised togive a solution to this problems. The idea is that the local authority (Pemerintah Kabupaten) enacted a decree that a certain area of sea water isprotected from other activities exceptfor mariculture. By assigning a certain.regulating body, the area isprotected and maintained professionall y. Theregulating body can invite investors toenter the bisnis and alsofacilitate theminrunning their mariculture activities. This model of mariculture industries will try in Madura.

Abstract

This research aims atfinding out map of water quality spreading to predict fishing ground, determine catching region map, test determinant parameter modeling offish catching region, analyzefish product per catching unit (Cp UE) andfish utilization status. Method used in map water quality parameter is interpolation analysis in wide sample data, map surface temperature and chlorophyll from extract satellite image landsat. Area of catching is conducted by modeling with the application of scoring and weighting factors, accuracy test with method of RM SE. Fishery utilization status is gathered with method of holistic approach (production surplus model). Map water salinity at straits Madura is between 27 ppm - 46 ppm, pH rangefrom 8-9, brightness ranges from 0-2 m. Sea level temperature from image landsat in dry season rangesfrom 24,1 OC - 27,3 OC in rainy season between 24,7OC -28,6 OC. Optimum temperature in rainy season lower is compared in dry season. Chlorophyll in dry season between 0 mg/m3 - 19,6 mg/m3, in rainy season between -0,02 mg/m3 - 41,95 mg/m3. Map Fish catching region in season gets region very appropriate at 58,04 %,appropriate region 36,9!1% and region inappropriate 4,96 %.inappropriate region rainy season achieves 94,44 %, appropriate 2,89 % and inappropriate 2,65 %. sea level temperature accuracy test gets RM SE 2,32 and for chlorophyll pregnancy 2,31. Fishery estimation result pelagis gets CpU E 0.10 ton/trip with utilization status in indication of over-fishing in tahun1997 and fishery demersal CpU E 0.03 ton/trip with utilization status becomes surplus catches in lasl three year.

Abstract

Implementation of Ipteks to develop UKM in generating export of non-petroleum supports the increase of national economy in thefuture. This research objective is toincrease · capacity and consumer'staste through technology transfer (grilling-packing). Thefindings showed that the implementation of ipteks was able to increase capacity of products from 150-200 kg per day to 300-400 kg per day or average increase 275 % than traditional ways. It could also increase the quality and taste of terasi and continuity of products being pro 'duced.

Abstract

Antenna parabolic mobile is a system that used in communication data at the sea. Although satellite PALAPA B4 at the orbit geostationary but has a troublefor pointing elevation and azimuth. This trouble decide because of rolling, pitching, and yawing move that then pointing and the values is difficult suggested. This system is building a optimal control with a Linier Quadratic Gaussian Method (LQG). Get the set point with rolling, pitching and yawing noises.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influenze of laminae configuration to the stiffness of glass fiber reinforced plastics material withfour laminae configurations, i. e. symmetry angle-ply, symmetry cross-ply, antisymmetry angle-ply, and antisymmetry cross­ pl y. Theanalysis is based on the clasical lamination theory. By using the theory, the value of strain and the curvature on x-axis, y-axis, and shear, and the stress on x-axis, y-axis, and shearfor each lamina with differentfiber orientation would befound. The result of analysis shows that symmetry angle-ply laminae configuration has the highest stiffnesss than the others. In symmetry ange-ply laminae configuration, each laminae is symmetrical to the middle plane of the material. M oreover, there is a change in stacking sequence that actually causes the interlaminar normal stress changesfrom tensile to compressive. Since compressive interlaminar stress would tend to keep the plies together.

Measure growth of library was measured from many appl yings of using information technology, so the requirement of information technology of library as strength in continuation for spreading of science information and culture expanding along with writing, printing, educating and requirement of human society ininformation. This research would be made by library information system with database of client server in University of Trunojoyo. The library information was recognized by cyber library information system base on web and information system of client server which used for local network ( nor intranet) of Internet and used good at library of college or library of public.

Abstract

This paper presents effect of use defilters on three phases offull wave rectifier. Three phases offull wave rectifier are commonly used inhighpower application. It can be operated with or without a transformer and give six pulse ripples on the output voltage. Wehave notice that the output of the rectifier contains harmonic. Filter can be used to smooth out the de output voltage and current of the rectifier and these are known as defilters. Thedefilters are usually of L, C, and LC type. By inserting the defilter on the output of three phases full wave rectifier, can reduce ripple de output voltage and current of the rectifier. As result, depend onwithoutfilter, L typefilter, and C typefilter, LC typefilter give the bestperformance because it can smooth out the de output voltage and current of the rectifier and minimize ripple of wave or ripplefactor (RF) almost as zero valued.

Abstract

Ergonomic Design is the design tooptimizing the relationship between technology and human error. Ergonomic design are use for optimizing efficiency and safety. It takes in account relevan human characteristic of the operator and the design such system to te compatible with those characteristic. Ergonomic design are widely use in industries where occupational health and safety are considered as vital contributors to productivity and competitiveness. From the observation of the process, we can see that the operators isgreatly exposed to several manual matrial handling rish factors. Lijt/fo wer analysis and RULA assessment are performed in assessing the degree of discomfort present in the work process. Then tree the new design are proposed as an ergonomic intervention. These the new design are analyzed to measure the erformance of each new design. This analysis is performed using CATIA. This technique can be applied by designer to improve the working conditions, wherw machine operators are experiencing discomfort and ergonomic intervention is immediately  required.
