Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kebijakan perawatan optimal yang dapat mengurangi biaya perbaikan (repair cost) dan biaya konsekwensi operasional (operational consequence cost). Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada mesin Cane Cutter 1 dan 2 dengan pertimbangan beberapa aspek yaitu : pengaruh kegagalan terhadap pencapaian target produksi, resiko keselamatan kerja dan biaya perawatan yang akan ditimbulkan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa komponen kritis pada mesin Cane Cutter 1 dan 2 adalah : Pisau dan Baut Pisau. Perawatan yang dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi dan mengatasi kegagalan yang terjadi pada komponen mesin tersebut adalah proactive task yang meliputi : scheduled restoration task dan scheduled discard task. Rata-rata penurunan biaya perawatan total yang didapatkan dengan mengurangkan ‘biaya total pada interval perawatan awal’ dan ‘biaya total pada interval perawatan optimal’ adalah 14,82 %.Kata Kunci: cane cutter, downtime, pabrik gula. ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the optimal maintenance policy which could reduce repair cost and operational consequence cost. The methods which applied in this research is Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II. This research focuses on Cane Cutter 1 and 2 machines by considering several aspects, such as and effect of any failure on production target achievement, work safety risk and maintenance cost which might be caused by the critical condition. The result showed that some critical components at the Cane Cutter 1 and 2 machines were : Blade and Blade Bolt. The maintenance which could be done to anticipate and deal with any failure occurring in the machine components was called proactive task comprising : scheduled restoration task and scheduled discard task. The average reduction in total maintenance costs which was obtained by subtracting ‘total costs at initial maintenance interval’ and ‘total costs at optimal maintenance interval’ amounted to 14,82 %.Keywords: cane cutter, downtime, sugar factory

Abstract

Pengukuran dinamik untuk mendapatkan konstanta elastik dihubungkan dengan besaran petrofisika utamanya porositas dan saturasi air sangat penting untuk penerapan penyebaran adanya reservoar. Sedangkan pengukuran statik biasanya dilakukan juga di dunia Migas untuk mendapatkan parameter mekanika batuan seperti, modulus Young, modulus onggok (bulk) dan nisbah Poisson, sehingga perlu dilakukan mendapatkan hubungan keduanya untuk mendapatkan secara langsung. Dari pengukuran dinamik dan statik dibuat model hubungan konstanta elastik seperti, modulus Young (E), modulus bulk (K), dan nisbah Poisson dengan porositas terhadap batugamping yang tersaturasi secara penuh (Sw = 100%). Sehingga dengan diketahuinya satu konstanta elastik dari pengukuran dinamik saja, maka dapat ditentukan pula semua konstanta elastik pada pengukuran statik tanpa mengukurnya. Dynamic measurements to obstain the elastic constants associated with values of petrophysics especially porosity and water saturation is very important for applying the spread of the reservoir. While  static measurements are usually done well in world oil and gas to get the parameter rock mechanics such as, young modulus (E), modulus bulk (K) and poisson ratio (ν), so we need both relationship. From dynamic and static measurements are made of constants elastic the relationship model such as, young modulus (E), modulus bulk (K) and poisson ratio (ν) the porosity of limestone which are fully saturated by water (Sw = 100%). So that, it  new one the measurements of dynamic elastic constants only, it can be determined also all on the measurements of static elastic constants without measuring it.

Abstract

Theinstillation of GIS in the land property evaluation sector in Indonesia, is still at its early stage. Theproperty taxation department has been using GIS in producing property taxation data since 1996, its main task being suppl ying computer-generated maps (Dirjen Cukai, 1998). Spatial analysis which is the strength of GIS remains to be practised. The land value spatial model is a model that assesses the value of land based on spatial treatments which have been identified as influencing thevalue of land. Generally there are 4 treatments influencing thevalue of land i.e. the structural factor, the neighbourhood factor, the location factor and the timefactor. Spatial analysis is needed toproduce mapsfrom these treatments inorder tochurn out spatial data. Thespatial analysis inneed are reclassification, overlapping, length and distance measurement, neighbourhood and network analysis. Furthermore, statistical analysis is needed toform a spatial model. This studyfocuses on a solefactor that is the stuctural factor in influencing the value of land. Thestructural factor includes both physical and land usage treatments. Thephysical factor to be included in this study are the area, thefront width, the direction and the shape.. There are 148 land transaction lots used inshaping the spatial model. This working paper attempts toexamine the level of influence of the physical treatments on the land value in the area studied.

Abstract

Makalah ini membahas proses kalibrasi yang memerlukan data koordinat citra untuk bisa mendapatkan semua informasi dari kamera. Data koordinat citra diambil dari 2 view kamera. Koordinat citra dari 2 view kamera tersebut dapat terkoresponden dengan adanya matrik fundamental. Metode yang digunakan dalam swakalibrasi ini menggunakan matrik fundamental. Matrik fundamental merupakan korespendensi antarkoordinat citra pada view 1 dengan garis epipolar pada view ke-2. Titik potong garis epipolar disebut dengan titik epipole. Data tersebut dapat digunakan dalam penelitian selanjutnya pada proses rekonstruksi objek 3D. Kata kunci: swakalibrasi, matriks fundamental, garis epipolar, titik epipole AbstractThis paper discuses process to get all information about parameter camera, the process only used information from two views of camera about image coordinate. The image coordinate from two views of camera is correspondence with fundamental matrix. For this selfcalibration using fundamental matrix.The fi of fundamental matrix can get the correspondence image coordinate at one view of camera with the epipolar line at another view of camera. All epipolar line intersection at a point called epipole. Abstract

Main topic of this reseach is planning instalation system of road lighting and power supply on long main bridge between islands in Indonesia, with object of interest on Suramadu Bridge. In order to guarantee safety and comfortably for Suramadu Brigde user, design of lighting system has to standart wich recommended by CIE (Commission International on Illumination). This research would like to take sample are: different kind of lamp, armature, and lighting equipment which produced by PT. Philips Indonesia. Final result of this research conclude that road lighting lamp which comfortable on Suramadu Bridge is high pressure lighting orhighpressure sodium (SON) SON-TP type. Beside that,armature which comfor­ tably used on Suramadu Bridge is Velocity SGP 338 type.According with CIE recommenda­ tion, installing point pattern of lighting on Suramadu Bridge using Opposite System with lamp capacity 400 W or Opposite and Twin Central System with lamp capacity 250 W. Installing of road lighting is recommeded to use duct cable, because its installingfaster than the others, have small failure risk, and easy on planning, operating, commisioning, and expanding on next time. Electrical distribution lines should use radial type 20 kV middle voltage by using sub feeder (transformer) on right and left side of bridge to suppl y road lighting power on Suramadu Bridge. Manual analysis results voltage drop equal as 0,00991Voltatau 0,05 %.If using ETAP Software, this system results voltage drop equal as 0,011Volt atau 0,05503 %. Finally electrical power suppl y system on Suramadu Bridge have approved with voltage drop requirements according with PLN recommends equal as 5%.

Abstract

Tekkay (Eleocharis dulcis) mempunyai potensi sebagai pangan alternatif dari umbinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengumpulkan data lokasi tanaman tekkay sebagai bagian dari upaya penyelamatan plasma nutfah umbi-umbian untuk mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan dan ketersediaan pangan alternatif di Madura. Metode penelitian adalah eksplorasi dan observasi tempat tumbuh tanaman tekkay di Pulau Madura pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2016. Penelitian etnobotani tumbuhan tekkay dilakukan di Pulau Madura dengan metode wawancara open-ended, observasi di lapangan, dan purposive sampling. Tanaman Tekkay ternyata masih belum banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat, demikian juga pemanfaatannya. Tumbuhan ini memiliki nama daerah yang berbeda, di Madura dikenal dengan "Lhok colo’an", "Komis", dan "tekkay". Masyarakat Sumenep telah memanfaatkan umbinya untuk keripik atau emping. Daunnya juga dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak. Di lokasi penelitian, jenis tekkay ini pada umumnya masih banyak tumbuh liar di rawa-rawa tepi pantai Bangkalan.Kata kunci: etnobotani, Eleocharis dulcis, pangan pokok, Madura Ethnobotany of Chinese Water Chestnut (Eleocharis dulcis) in Swamp Land Rice Field Ecosystem as Food Material in Madura Island AbstractChinese water chestnut (Eleocharis dulcis) or tekkay has the potential as food alternative source from its tubers. The objective of this study was to collect information of tekkay to make conservation biodiversity of tuber and food alternative in Madura. The exploration research was conducted using tekkay grown in Madura Island district during July to August, 2016. Ethno botanical study of tekkay in this research is conducted in Madura Island using open-ended interview methods, field observations, and purposive sampling. Tekkay is still neither much known nor utilized by the local people. The plant has different local names in Madura, such as "Lhok colo’an", "Komis", and "tekkay". In Sumenep district, local people use tuber of the species to make chips. The leaves are also used as livestock feed. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan input dalam produksi padi oleh rumahtangga petani di daerah dengan agroekosistem yang berbeda. Penelitian dilakukan di desa kepuh kembeng kecamatan peterongan kabupaten jombang yang merupakan daerah dengan agroekosistem lahan sawah dan desa desa curah tatal, kecamatan arjasa, kabupaten situbondo yang merupakan daerah dengan agroekosistem lahan kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan input tenaga kerja dalam rumah tangga untuk produksi padi di kedua daerah penelitian sama-sama dipengaruhi secara nyata oleh variabel luas area padi, sedangkan jumlah anggota hanya berpengaruh signifikan di agroekosistem lahan kering.  Penggunaan input pupuk urea untuk produksi padi secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh luas area padi, sedangkan biaya pendidikan rumah tangga petani tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan di kedua daerah penelitian. Produksi padi di kedua daerah penelitian sama-sama dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh tenaga kerja dan penggunaan pupuk urea. Sedangkan jumlah pupuk tsp hanya berpengaruh signifikan di agroekosistem lahan sawah. This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting the use of inputs in rice production of farmer household with different agro-ecosystem areas. The study was conducted in 2 location, Kepuh kembeng village, Peterongan subdistrict Jombang Regency as wetland agro-ecosystem and Curah Tatal village, Arjasa subdistrict Situbondo Regency as dryland agro-ecosystem. The results showed that the use of labor input for rice production in both areas of research significantly influenced by area of rice, while household members only significant on dry land agro-ecosystem. The use of urea fertilizer for rice production is significantly influenced by the area of rice, while education cost of farmers household do not have a significant effect in both areas of research. Rice production in both areas of research are significantly affected by labor and the use of urea. On the other hand, the number of TSP fertilizer significantly affect only on wetland agroecosystem.

Abstract

Algoritma Pemrograman dan Struktur Data adalah mata kuliah yang sangat vital dalam pengajaran di jurusan-jurusan yang berbasiskan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Dalam praktiknya banyak mahasiswa yang merasa kesulitan dalam memahami prinsip dasar pemrograman. Salah satu pendekatan modern yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah dengan menggunakan Game Based Learning. Hanya saja media ini belum digunakan di Jurusan Teknik Informatika Universitas Trunojoyo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi analisis komperatif penggunaan suatu media baru untuk pembelajaran mata kuliah Algoritma Pemrograman dan Struktur Data dengan menggunakan tools pembelajaran berbasis game yang sudah ada. Tools yang diusulkan akan diuji coba terhadap mahasiswa yang belum pernah mendapatkan mata kuliah tersebut, dan hasil yang diharapkan adalah adanya peningkatan kompetensi keahlian pemrograman dibandingkan dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang selama ini dilakukan. Kata kunci: teknologi infomasi dan komunikasi, pembelajaran, game based learning, tools AbstractsProgramming algorithms and data structures is a subject which is vital in teaching majors based on information and communication technology. In practice, many students who find difficulty in understanding the basic principles of programming. One modern approach is proposed to overcome this problem is to use the game-based learning. It’s just that the media has not been used in the Department of Informatics University Trunojoyo. This study aims to conduct comparative analysis of studies using a new medium for learning courses programming and data structure algorithm by using game-based learning tools that already exist. Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) sebagai salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia. Telkomsel harus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pelanggan. Sehubungan dengan maksud tersebut, maka PT. Telekomunikasi Selular  (Telkomsel) berusaha meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan khususnya pelanggan untuk region Bali-Nusra. Penelitian ini menggunakan integrasi metode Service Quality (Servqual) dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Hasil integrasi tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui prioritas keluhan, menentukan target rencana perbaikan dan memberikan solusi agar target dapat tercapai berdasarkan nilai raw weight. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan servqual, didapatkan 22 atribut yang bernilai negatif. Untuk prioritas keluhan (voice of customer) yang diperoleh adalah jaringan 4G LTE Telkomsel yang lebih stabil. Kemudian yang kedua tarif layanan yang memuaskan. Sedangkan yang ketiga adalah coverage area dari jaringan 4G LTE Telkomsel. Untuk rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan nilai kontribusi terbesar adalah penerapan dan pengawasan terhadap SOP. Kemudian yang kedua yakni pengadaan (update) teknologi pelayanan terkini. Sedangkan rekomendasi yang ketiga adalah memberikan training kepada karyawan.

Abstract

The most important and it's very_ influences in developing and national industry is the usage on natural resources which is not balanced due to the exploitative and egosectoral system. As a super dolomite fertilizers company_, PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik uses dolomite rock as a raw matenals takenfr_om karst area. In theJact, this raw materials taking will causes karst ecological destruction. Not only the exploration process but also high voltage machines using resulted negative effect. For that reason, thzs research attempt to provide same solving problems  through design improvement to minimalize the impact by using green procurement conc t. The tfesign concept of green procurement is done through the integrated method of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
