Abstract

PT. New Ratna Motor is a company engaged in automotive that handles Toyota brand car sales and spare part sales. Existing sales and stock data of cars are unbalanced, between cars entering with larger car sales of cars entering so that stockpiles of automobile stocks resulted in losses that include the current tax payable by the company, the accumulation of certain types of cars and the rental car rental . MOORA method will be applied as a method in determining the ranking of cars that must be in stock by the company that also affects customer satisfaction, if the customer is satisfied with one particular type / type of car and quickly get the unit, the possibility customer will buy the product. The final result in this study is a decision support application model for determining automobile stock prediction with a customer satisfaction approach.

Abstract

Good road conditions will provide comfort and facilitate the activities of an area. The use of land transportation in Indonesia itself is very high. This causes a very high traffic load and causes damage to the road. In making an effort to reduce the number of accidents can be done by identifying the cause of the accident and the process of how to fix it. One of the factors that cause accidents is the condition of the road that has holes. One solution to reduce the number of accidents is to provide information about the potholes to local authorities. So that with this information the local office can immediately follow up on road improvements. Based on several previous studies related to the problems raised in this study will discuss the development of software by utilizing sensor accelerometers as a record of the location of hollow roads in East Semarang. This study uses the Z-diff algorithm to filter data obtained from accelerometer sensors. From the results of experiments in several districts in East Semarang which are classified as having a high level of road damage, this study found 281 potholes. From the measurement results using precision, recall and F-measure get an accuracy rate of 79%. So that for the development of the next research, a combination of methods is needed to improve the accuracy.

Abstract

The issue of food security is closely linked to the self-sufficiency program proclaimed. Government has conducted food security and vulnerability mapping detailing up to the kelurahan and kecamatan. The food security atlas classifies districts based on food security priorities. The priority of food security becomes information to support the decision-making process. Classification process can also be done with one method of data mining i.e. Artificial Neural Network (ANN). ANN is one of the classification methods that enable the network to learn from training dataset. In this research ANN use to classify district priorities on food security so can be known which districts are experiencing food vulnerability before turning into food-insecure districts. The dataset used is the resistance and vulnerability of West Papua Province. Output classification of ANN compared with real data with result Spearman correlation value  0.9375 which shows that the ANN method can classify the priority of food security and food vulnerability by using 10 indicators.

Abstract

The high level of using news sites enables faster, widespread, actual, and environmentally-friendly news spread. Narcotics cases are articles that are often found in the online news. From the online news is grouped based on factors of crime misuse narcotics from an individual, environmental, and the narcotics. Thus, it is necessary to develop a classification system that is expected to assist the police and related parties in knowing the factors causing narcotic misuse crimes which increase the case has been increasingly apprehensive in Indonesia. Text mining processing is one of the research domains in web mining that aims to extract information from a huge amount of text data. This research will develop a system using Naïve Bayes (NB) classification technique. This approach is an approximation to Bayess theorem which is the principle of statistical odds to combine previous knowledge with new knowledge. The result of this research is a system to classify online news of crime misuse narcotics factor which can be implemented by using a Naive Bayes algorithm. System test using confusion matrix with performance level with test data 225 got 75,8% recall value, precision 97,7%, and accuracy 96,4%. So the classification system using the Naive Bayes algorithm has a good accuracy level because of the accuracy of more than 50%.

Abstract

Today many Rice Cooker brands are found in the market so that consumers are confused about choosing a safe Rice Cooker, affordable prices and best for health and in accordance with family needs. To overcome this, the authors use the ELECTRE method to support the effectiveness of consumer decisions in choosing the best Rice Cooker. It is expected that in this study the ELECTRE method is able to provide effective results in determining the Best Rice Cooker.

Abstract

The progress of information and communication technology has changed the paradigm of learning patterns, patterns of interaction and pattern of system management in universities. Currently in college environments, digital libraries are needed to support the implementation of education and teaching, research and community service. Open source digital library application in Indonesia is Senayan Library Management System that provides features Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC). The problem is OPAC from SLiMS there is no feature showing the location of the book.The purpose of this research is to generate the SLiMS catalog virtualization application for rack book arrangement and 3D book search as well as to know the accuracy and performance.The method is done begins to create the vertex structure of the book and rack by using polyhedron data from the object of the cube. The polyhedron data can be read with the 3D Blender application, then the analytical writer to get the polyhedron formulas and get the index order from the vertex. The insert data used to form the book polyhedron is the length, width and thickness of the book, while for the polyhedron rack is the length, width, height and thickness of the board. The insert data is stored in the database in order to be accessible and converted into 3D with web programming.The result of the research is prototype application that can make cabinet and shelf in 3D and make book in 3D form based on data from SLiMS database. Based on protoype test result, application can run as needed with result very agree 65%, agree 25% and enough agree 10%. Books that can be displayed in 3D without less than 250 books

Abstract

Teknologi dibidang pertanian yang semakin berkembang dengan bantuan teknologi yang semakin canggih sangat membantu para petani dalam meningkatkan hasil pertanian yang mereka kelola sehingga tidak menyebabkan kerugian setiap masa penen. Autes Tech yang merupakan sebuah alat yang membantu masyarakat khususnya para petani menjelang musim panen ketika hama burung mulai meyerang ketika musim panen dengan sistem electronic alat ini menggunakan bantuan aki atau accumulator dalam penggunaan daya dan menggunakan sistem peregerakan dengan bantuan timer setiap pergerakan 5 menit sekali. Alat ini dapat digunakan oleh para petani dengan mudah dan efektif sehingga para petani bisa memperoleh hasil yang maksimal ketika musim panen. Alat ini bisa digunakan oleh para petani dengan pemantauan dirumah karena alat ini akan berjalan secara otomatis diarea persawahan para petani.

Abstract

Penilaian kepala sekolah adalah salah satu penilaian kinerja pendidik dan tenaga pendidik untuk menjaga profesionalitas saat menjalankan tugas. Penilaian kinerja kepala sekolah dilakukan dengan memberikan penilaian berdasarkan data yang relevan. Penilaian dilakukan dengan tahapan wawancara, penilaian dan perhitungan nilai. Penelitian ini tentang sistem penunjang keputusan dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah/Madrasah SMA/SMK di Kecamatan Bumiayu. Penelitian ini mengasilkan preferensi pada alternatif A5 dengan nama Bapak Subagyo Sudrijat, M.Pd dengan preferensi kriteria kompetensi kepribadian sebagai pemimpin, kompetensi supervisi dan kompetensi kewirausahaan. Sedangkan kriteria kompetensi prestasi sebagai pendidik dan kompetensi sosial di preferensi A1 dengan bapak Drs. Budiyanto, M. Pd., dan kompetensi manajerial di preferensi pada bapak Drs. Abstract

Pentingnya rumah dan lingkungan yang kondusif membuat banyak dari pengembang memberikan tawaran kriteria pemilihan rumah. Untuk itu, diperlukan perangkingan data perumahan yang akan membantu mengetahui kelayakan dalam berbagai alternatif pilihan, sehingga keputusan dapat diambil oleh calon pembeli. Bobot pada setiap kriteria ditentukan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process dan untuk menentukan rangking data perumahan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan suatu implementasi dalam mendukung keputusan penentuan kredit perumahan rakyat berdasarkan data perumahan yang ada di kota Purwokerto. Hasil akhirnya adalah bahwa implementasi pada penentuan kredit perumahan rakyat dapat memudahkan calon konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian rumah berdasarkan harga, desain, tipe rumah, lokasi dan fasilitas hingga akses dari jalan.Kata Kunci: Analytic Hierarchy Process, Simple Additive Weighting, Kredit Perumahan.

Abstract

Penggunaan topologi interleaved flyback dengan menyusun dua atau lebih rangkaian flyback dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan dampak tegangan kejut. Dengan meningkatnya dampak tegangan kejut akan berakibat meningkatnya pula resiko kerusakan sistem akibat tegangan  kejut  tersebut.  Dalam  penelitian  ini,  diusulkan  sebuah  rangkaian  klem  aktif tunggal untuk mengatasi masalah tegangan kejut yang timbul dari dua buah flyback yang tersusun  dalam  konfigurasi interleaved.  Selain  untuk  mengatasi  tegangan  kejut  yang timbul,  pemasangan  klem  aktif  tunggal  pada  interleaved  flyback  juga  mengurangi penggunaan komponen aktif dan pasif pada sistem sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya produksi. Penelitian ini disimulasikan pada sistem area kerja 350 W dan dari simulasi diperoleh nilai efisiensi 91.8%. Kata Kunci: flyback, interleaved, klem, kejut.
