Abstract

Population growth, the expansion of settlements and the increasing activities of fishing either directly or indirectly, in Oluhuta region caused the ecological balance. The aim of this research was firstly to analysed the sustainability of space for metabolism of social ecological fishery utilization. Secondly, to evaluate the sustainability of fisheries in the region using the ecological footprint approach. The result showed that the sustainability of space for the metabolism of ecological social fishery system in this area is 1.96 km2/capita which is accepted condition. Sustainable fisheries management should be oriented towards the problem using scientific methods based on the physical, biological, social, economic and cultural communities

Abstract

Land conversion on the increase due to the insistence of the human need for natural resources available. The impact of this is the emergence of critical land that become a new problem for the government. Spatial analysis of critical land is done to see the spread of critical land with the aim of helping to prioritize conservation or rehabilitation of land in the study area. Sampling was is done with field survey and analysis of the maps consisting of variables that determine critical land. The parameters are used as a determinant of critical class of land i.e land cover, slope, solum depth, and soil texture. The results show areas of research are somewhat critical areas and critical potential spread of plantation area while critical in most residential areas. The dominant factor affecting the critical of land in the district, namely Buccal slope and land conversion.

Abstract

Government bureaucracy has negative face in front of society nowadays due to its slow performance and its huge corruption. Therefore the president tried to solve this problems issued the Presidential Decree No .81 of 2010. This effort was then followed up by the Minister for Administrative Reforms PAN through ministerial regulations numbered 20 in 2010 about Bureaucratic Reform Road Map. The purpose of this paper is first, to undertake judicial review of the implementation of Reforms No. Permenpan .20 In 2010. Second, to determine the factors that influence the success rate and inhibiting the implementation of No. Permenpan. 20 of 2010. Third, to determine the impact of the implementation of No. Permenpan. 20 In 2010 in the Secretariat of Gorontalo. This research used a normative legal research method through conceptual approach and legislation. The data was collected by literature review to obtain a theoretical foundation from the experts and by interview to gain information about legal provisions contained in the legislation. This data was then analyzed using descriptive methods. The results showed that first, local governments have implemented Permenpan Gorontalo and No. Bureaucratic Reform. 20 in 2010. Second, there are three inter-related factors in the implementation of the bureaucratic reform which are leadership commitment, involvement of all civil servants, and compliance in carrying out the road map. Third, the implementation of bureaucratic reform in the District. Gorontalo showed the strong desire to reform the bureaucracy, the establishment of good governance and corruption-free, improving the quality of public services and strengthening government performance akuntabulitas

Abstract

Grouper is one of the coral reef fish has economic valuable that have been exploited by traditional fishermen in Gorontalo waters. The increased of grouper utilization, it’s necessary to update available dataand information about trade traffic that could be used as a material consideration to manage grouper. The purpose of this study is to determineand analysis grouper traffic volume. The method used is descriptive method. The result showed that the grouper traffic volume in Gorontalo Province was highest 2014 (62,385 kg) and lowest 2010 (24,076 kg). Peak of grouper traffic volume was occurred in january (4,407 kg)and may (4,312 kg). Grouper traffic volume indicated decreases. Ikan kerapu merupakan salah satu jenis ikan karang yang bernilai ekonomis penting yang sudah banyak di eksploitasi oleh nelayan tradisional di perairan Gorontalo. Sejalan dengan peningkatan pengusahaan, maka perlu tersedia data dan informasi terbaru tentang lalu lintas perdagangan yang dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam pengelolaan ikan kerapu.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis volume lalu lintas pengiriman ikan kerapu di Provinsi Gorontalo.Metode analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan volume lalu lintas pengiriman ikan kerapu di wilayah Provinsi Gorontalo tertinggi pada tahun 2014 (62.385 kg) dan terendah pada tahun 2010 (24.076 kg). Volume lalu lintas pengiriman ikan kerapu setiap tahunnya mencapai puncaknya pada bulan januari (4.407 kg) dan mei (4.312 kg). Volume lalu lintas ikan kerapu diindikasikan menurun.

Abstract

A study has been conducted on the isolation and identification of secondary metabolite compounds from methorol extract of kelor leaf (Moringa oleifera Lamk.). This study aims to isolate and identify secondary metabolite compounds from leaf kelur methanol extract. Moringa leaf was macerated with methanol and obtained a yield of 16.7% methanol extract. The extract of methanol separated by column chromatography yielded 272 fractions. The fraction was purified and analyzed by thin layer chromatography using eluent n-hexane: ethyl acetate (7: 3) and obtained stain spots with Rf (0.61) and (0.47). Phytochemical results of positive isolates on flavonoids test. The results of identification using UV-Vis spectrophotometry and infrared spectrophotometry is a flavonoid compound. The identification using UV-Vis spectrophotometry yields I absorbing bands at 250 nm wavelength. The absorption at 250 nm wavelength is suspected because of the non-bonding electron transition to the σ anti-bonding orbital (n → σ *) by an unconjugated ausochrome suspected to be a hydroxyl functional (OH) group. Identification using infrared (IR) spectrophotometry showed the presence of a bound OH function group, C = O, C = C aromatic, C-H aliphatic, C -O alcohol and = C-H aromatic. Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang isolasi dan identifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dari ekstrak metanol daun kelor (Moringa oleifera Lamk.). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dari ekstrak metanol daun kelor. Daun kelor dimaserasi dengan metanol dan diperoleh rendemen ekstrak metanol 16,7%. Ekstrak metanol dipisahkan dengan kromatografi kolom menghasilkan 272 fraksi. Fraksi dimurnikan dan dianalisis dengan kromatografi lapis tipis menggunakan eluen n-heksan:etil asetat (7:3) dan diperoleh bercak noda dengan Rf (0,61) dan (0,47). Hasil uji fitokimia isolat positif terhadap uji flavonoid. Hasil identifikasi mengunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis dan spektrofotometri inframerah merupakan senyawa flavonoid. Identifikasi menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis menghasilkan I pita yang menyerap pada panjang gelombang 250 nm. Serapan pada panjang gelombang 250 nm di duga karena adanya transisi elektron yang tidak berikatan ke orbital σ anti-ikatan (n→σ*) oleh suatu ausokrom yang tidak terkonjugasi yang diduga merupakan gugus fungsional hidroksil (OH). Identifikasi menggunakan spektrofotometri inframerah (IR) menunjukkan adanya gugus fungsi OH terikat, C=O, C=C aromatik, C-H alifatik, C−O alkohol dan =C-H aromatik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of household income fishing line. This research was conducted in Bone Pesisir area, Bone Bolango Regency from August to December 2017. The research type used was survey with 32 fisherman household samples as respondents selected by simple random sampling technique by used questionnaire as to collect data. The data were analyzed by calculating the income of fisherman, husband’s side income and wife income. The results showed that the average income of fishermen was Rp 2.930.881, - / month, the average husband’s side income was Rp 837.500, - / month, the average income of wife was Rp 585.625, - / month and the average income of fishermans fishing households is Rp 4.354.006, - / month

Abstract

This study aimed to identify potential subsurface water resources (underground river in Saleh Cave) on the Maros karst morphology. Identification of an underground river channel at Saleh Cave using resistivity measurements geoelectric method Wenner-Schlumberger configuration compiled with Saleh Cave dimensional mapping data, as well as muscular and topographical measurements. Geoelectric measurement consists of 9 tracks, acquired 2D and 3D resistivity cross-section shows the flow of the cave identified through the high resistivity range ρ> 2000 Ωm. Goa Saleh has a long corridor about 200m, where an underground river channel identified at a depth of 84-110 meters above sea level trending N320oE or leads from the Southeast to the Northwest. This is consist with the results of measurements of the fracture pattern (strike / dip) in the study site showing the same pattern of dominant fractures trending with underground streams in Saleh Cave. Compilation method used in this research can identify potential water resources that located beneath the surface karst morphology. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi sumber daya air bawah permukaan (sungai bawah tanah di Goa Saleh) pada morfologi karst Maros.Identifikasisaluran sungai bawah tanahGoa Saleh menggunakan pengukuran resistivitas metode geolistrik konfigurasi Wenner-Schlumberger dikompilasikan dengan data pemetaan dimensi Goa Saleh, serta pengukuran kekar dan pemetaan topografi.Pengukuran geolistrik terdiri dari 9 lintasan, diperoleh penampang resistivitas 2D dan 3D menunjukkan alur Goa teridentifikasi melalui harga resistivitas yang tinggi berkisar ρ>2000 Ωm. Goa Saleh memiliki panjang lorong sekitar 200m,dimana saluran sungai bawah tanah teridentifikasi di kedalaman 84-110 mdpl berarahN320oE ataumengarah dari Tenggara ke Barat laut. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil pengukuran pola rekahan (strike/dip) di lokasi penelitian yang menunjukkan pola rekahan dominan berarah sama dengan aliran sungai bawah tanah di GoaSaleh. Kompilasi metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dapat mengidentifikasi potensi sumber daya air yang terletak di bawah permukaan pada morfologi karst.

Abstract

This research aimed to study the respond of the growth and production of green beans toward shade treatment. The research location is in Pentadio Timur, Telaga Biru Gorontalo, which was done for 3 months from Desember 2016 to Februari 2017. The research design is RAK or group randomized design, with four level of treatment, which is, P0 = without shade, P1 = 1 layer of paranet thickness treatment, P2 = 2 layer of paranet thickness treatment, P3 = 3 layer of paranet thickness treatment. Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the sanitation ascpect of Smoke Julung- julung fish processing (Sagela) in Pasalae Village, Gentuma Raya, Gorontalo Utara. This research was held ini Pasalae Village from August to December 2017. The type of research was used is a survey with respondents sample selected using random sampling technique, data collection by using questionnaires. Data analyzed by descriptive analysis. The result show that there are deviations on the sanitation dan hygiene conditions in smoke industry, which are five cricital deviation such as the layout, the employee hygiene, the prevent of cross contaminastion, the changing rooms, the shower dan toilet and pest control. For serious deviations is location and environment. Major deviation is waste handling. Two minor deviations are water security dan production equipments. From the description can concluded the smoke unit of sagela is not appropriate as a processing unit of fishery product in accordance with good standart

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Fish Seed (BBI) Gorontalo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different artificial feeding on the growth and survival of tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus) and determine the proper feed for tilapia fish. This research uses experimental methods and applied using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Analysis of the growth data using analysis of variance (ANOVA), if the results are significantly different then continued with LSD (least significant difference). The results showed that each of the feed given to tilapia fish give a different effect. Absolute growth of tilapia fish feed given A, B, C and D in terms of absolute length growth is 0:35 + 3:07, 3:39 + 0.4, 0.61 + 3.89, and 0:26 + 2.63cm, while the growth in the absolute weight of each feed is feed A at 1:16 + 4:05, 1:45 + 4.5gram feed B, C 1.85 + 4.99gram feed, and feed D 0.82 + 3.34gram. As for the survival of tilapia fish in each feed A, B, C and D at 73.33%, 84.44%, 91.11% and 68.89%. Feed which resulted in the growth and survival of the greatest tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus) is feed C (PF-1000) Pakan adalah faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ikan. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dilihat pengaruh pemberian pakan buatan yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) serta menentukan pakan yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan diaplikasikan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Analisis data menggunakan analysis of variance (ANOVA) dan uji BNT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiap pakan memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda-beda. Pertumbuhan panjang mutlak benih ikan nila yang diberi pakan A, B, C dan D adalah 0.35+3.07, 0.4+3.39, 0.61+3.89, dan 0.26+2.63cm, sedangkan berat mutlak pada pakan A, B, C, dan D adalah sebesar 1.16+4.05, 1.45+4.5, 1.85+4.99, dan 0.82+3.34gram. Sementara untuk kelangsungan hidup pada masing-masing pakan A, B, C dan D sebesar 73.33%, 84.44%, 91.11% dan 68.89%. Pakan yang menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup terbaik bagi benih ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) adalah pakan C (PF-1000)
