Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the place, price, people on the interest of visiting again at the tourist attraction of Pasir Putih Beach Parbaba Samosir. The population in this study as many as 17,182 tourists and using random sampling in sampling technique as much as 100 in the attractions of White Sands Beach Parbaba Samosir. Data collection technique in this research is done by spreading the questionnaire (questionnaire) which measurement with likert scale and processed statistically using multiple regression analysis and testing of t test hypothesis, f test, and coefficient of determination that previously data have been tested using validity test, test realibility, and the classical assumption test. Data processing using SPSS 22.0 for windows. From the results of validity test obtained rhitung> rtabel for each question item and reliability test questionnaire obtained alpha cronbach each variable that is 0.786 for the variable X1, 0.779 for the variable X2, 0.667 for the variable X3 and 0.455 for variable Y. This value is greater from the significant level of rtabel is 0,306. Data analysis of each variable is obtained by multiple regression equation Y = 1,301 + 0,042X1 + 0,049X2 + 0,136X3 + e. Obtained R2 equal to 0,193, which means X1, X2 and X3 explain influence to variable Y equal to 19,3% while the rest explained variable outside tourist object. Partial test produced by each independent variable has an effect on dependent variable with the research significance is smaller than 0.1.           The conclusion in this study is the location, price, actors of tourism positih influence on the interest of visiting again at the Object of White Sands Beach ParbabaSamosir Keywords: Place, Price, People, Visitor Interest

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Display Produk dan Promosi Penjualan Terhadap Pembelian Impulsif di Indomaret Jl.Setia Budi No. 20 Medan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Indomaret Jl. Setia Budi No. 20 Medan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang pengukuranny amenggunakan skala Interval dan diolah secarastatistik menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan persamaan Y=a+b1X1+b2X2+e melalui program IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Display Produk (X1) dan Promosi Penjualan (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impulsif (Y). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan display produk dan promosi penjualan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian pembelian impulsif di Indomaret Jl. Setia Budi No. 20 Medan. The sample of research is 100 respondents. Sampling using the slovin formula. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires that measured using Interval scale and processed statistically using multiple regression analysis method with the equation Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + e through IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program. The results showed that product display (X1) and sales promotion (X2) variables simultaneously have significant effect on impulsive purchase (Y).                Thus it can be concluded product display and sales promotion has a positive and significant influence on impulsive purchases on Jl. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data promosi jabatan, motivasi kerja karyawan, dan kinerja karyawan. Jumlah populasi dalam sampel ini adalah karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumut sebanyak 173 orang, dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 173 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh Promosi Jabatan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan, terdapat pengaruh Promosi Jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Promosi Jabatan, Motivasi Kerja,, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThis study aims to identify and explain the effect of job promotion on work motivation, the effect of job promotion on employees performance, and the effect of work motivation to employees performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumut. Data in this research are data of job promotion, work motivation, and employee performance. The population used in this study is employee of PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumut was 173 person, with used total sampling. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variables of price, sales locations and product quality toward dodol purchase decisions in Tanjung Pura Langkat. The number of population in this study are 7000 consumers and the number of samples determined by Slovin formula as many as 100 people.Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data collected by Likert scale questionnaire. Questionnaire first tested the validity and reliability. Further data are analyzed by multiple regression. Hypotheses were tested by t-test and f test with data classical assumption tested first. Research findings are partially obtained that the price, product quality positively and significantly influence the purchase decision. However, the sales location has no effect towards the purhacasing decision. While joint test of price variables, location of sales and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision of dodol. 49,4% variation in purchases of dodol is explained by the three variables. The remaining 50,6% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keywords : Price, Location, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas, likuiditas dan laba per saham terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif dan bersifat eksploratif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 perusahaan Consumer  Goods. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling, yaitu sebanyak 10 Perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien dertiminasi, Uji-F, dan Uji-t untuk mendapatkan model regresi yang baik. Hasil penelitian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas, likuiditas dan laba per saham berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017.  Kata kunci :  Total Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Current Ratio,  Earning Per Share dan Kebijakan Dividen AbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of solvency ratios, profitability ratios, liquidity and earnings per share on dividend policy in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, which is as many as 10 companies. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis models, determination coefficients, F-Tests, and T-Tests to obtain a good regression model. Abstract

High purchasing decisions from consumers of a product is the most important aspect for a company in doing business activity. To increase high purchases from consumers, companies should take account of the factors that influence purchasing decisions; one of them is product quality and promotion provided by the company. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of the lens eyewear brand Domas at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama Medan. This research uses theories about product quality, promotion and purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative and the nature of this research is explanatory. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Method of data analysis of this study is multiple linear regression. The population of this study is 100 customers who make regular purchases at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama. The results of this study show that partially the quality of calculation products showed that T-count 4,886> T-table 1.99 and promotion with T-count 8,785> T-table 1.99 have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Simultaneously, the value of product quality and promotion showed F-count 72,842 > F-table 2.74 have a positive and significant effect on the lens of Domas brand eyewear at PT. Dutamulti Intioptic Pratama Medan. The conclusion of the study states that partially and simultaneously the qualities of products and promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Domas eyewear lens at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan harga jual karet terhadap motivasi kerja petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada para petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan dengan menggunakan metode total sampling sebagai sampel yaitu 96 petani karet. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik untuk menganalisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil data yang juga dilakukan dengan program SPSS versi 18.00 for Windows dan diperoleh hasil Y =.6.967 + 0.445X. Selanjutnya nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,458 (45,8%). Ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh persepsi petani tentang harga jual karet terhadap motivasi kerja petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan sebesar 45,8% dan sisanya 54,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk model regresi linear seperti cuaca, fisik petani, dan penyakit tanaman. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis (uji t) diperoleh t = 8,908. Oleh karena itu hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh harga jual karet terhadap motivasi kerja petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan dapat diterima karena thitung (8,908) > ttabel (1,985). Kata kunci: Harga Jual, Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of Brand and Country of Originto Consumer Attitude when Choosing Handphone Product at Erafone Medan Fair. Population in this research is 4210 persons. and sample is 98 persons. Sampling technique that use in this research is random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before we do the regression, first we need to test is the relationship between variables using classical assumption test. Then t test for parcial test and F test for simultaneous test, to know whether there is influence of brand to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product, influence of country of origin to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product, and influence of brand and country of origin simultaneous to consumer attitude in choosing handphone product. Based on research that conducted, found that brand and country of origin have positive effect to consumer attitude when choosing handphone product. Keywords: Brand, Country of Origin, Consumer Attitude

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada badan penanaman modal dan promosi provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada badan penanaman modal dan promosi provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan jumlah populasi 60 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling artinya seluruh populasi akan menjadi objek sampel penelitian yaitu 60 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kapada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dan diolah dengan program SPSS 17.00. sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu diuji keterkaitan antar variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas. Serta untuk memperoleh persamaan regresi antara motivasi kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai  digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 3,726, variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 2,224, variabel motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 15.495. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pegawai pada Badan Penanaman Modal Dan Promosi Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. The sample in this study is all visitors Sinergy Celular Medan as many as 77 people.Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondent) and collect it back. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. Value t arithmetic variable X1 of 2.107 t arithmetic greater than t table then the hypothesis received, the value of t arithmetic variable X2 of 3.405 t arithmetic greater than t table then the hypothesis received. Keywords: Price, Brand Trust, Purchase Decision
