Abstract

Everybody have a responsibility for their enviroment to kept clean. Human population as a important part of environment problems.  All activity that human do will produce the rubbish, and it makes big persentage to contribute to make enveroment will be dirty in this world.  Because everybody will produce about 1 Kg for day and, a half ton every years.  Bad management it makes negative effect for human healty.  And good management will be good solution for enveroment problems, as spacial rubbish.  Introducting rubbish management to children under five years its mean to solve a problems for logtherm.  Basicly kindergarthen cant read well.  So that, the way to introducting use a banner media. By this way, a little word an many picture will make they understand abbout the message for manage the rubbish.   When this way were appicated in five school, not only student was interset to this media (banner) but, a parents who attend their also enthusiast to following this activity.  Kata kunci:Pengenalan pengelolahan sampah, media banner.

Abstract

Soybean  is a staple commodities agricultural in Indonesia, but the production of soybean in Indonesia is still low due to the attacks of disease caused by infection of CpMMV. This research was conducted to study anatomical characteristics of the 10 soybean  linesto CpMMV and two superior varieties.The research was conducted atJambegede Research Station, Indonesian Legume and Tuber Crops Research Institute, Malang andlaboratory of genetics, State University of Malang  to observe the anatomy of leaf include the length, width, and number of stomata and the length and number of trikoma.The test was analyzed using one-way ANOVA. Results of the analysis showed significance > α (0.05) on each character, this indicates there is no difference in the character of both stomata and trikoma on 10 soybeanslines to CpMMVand two varieties superior.Kata kunci: Anatomi, kedelai, CpMMV

Abstract

Jackfruit (Artocarpusheterophyllus), is well known in Indonesia, when the fruit is ripe jackfruit can be consumed. After we consume jackfruit, well leave the trash in the form of jackfruit seed, which has not been used by the community to the fullest. The purpose of this study are trying to explore another potential of jackfruit seeds and increasing the protein content of jackfruit seeds by processing  in to tempeh. Another purpose is knowing the number yeast of doses that can produce in tempeh of jackfruit seeds. This research uses 4 treatments (A: 0.25 grams yeast/50 grams jackfruit seed, B: 0.50 grams yeast/50 grams jackfruit seeds, C: 0.75 gram yeast/50 grams jackfruit seeds, and D: 1 grams yeast/50 grams of jackfruit seeds) with 4 repetitions. Test protein content tests conducted at the Laboratory of Food Technology and Agricultural Faculty of Agricultural Technology, GadjahMada University (UGM). Treatment A produced protein average of 2,64%, B produced protein average of 3,429%, treatment C produced protein average of 4,146% and treatment D produced protein average of 5,635% protein. The highest protein content is produced by treatment D.Keywords: Takaran   ragi, tempe  biji  nangka (Artocarpusheterophyllus),kandungan protein.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to create the product of the Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) with scientific approach based. This research uses research procedure and development 4D equipment model suggested by Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel. This model consist of 4 steps, they are Define, Design, Develop and Desseminate, however in this research and development, the activity is done only in to the development steps. The result of expert testing toward the design of come into being thes aspect of LKPD includes in the suitable criteria with the precentage 79,66% and  the result of the test in the material content of LKPD  also includes  suitable criteria with the precentage 81,22% and the last is the test of reading level LKPD by the students got very good criteria with presentage 80,3%.  Based on the result from expert testing and student testing,  those  show that LKPD scientific approach base has been developed properly to be used and ready to serve as one of the references in Biology learning material scientific approach based in Fungi.  Kata Kunci: lembar kegiatan peserta didik (LKPD), pendekatan saintifik.

Abstract

Snails (Pomaceae canaliculata L) or often referred to as snail mulberry is one type of freshwater snail that comes from the Americas. The spread of snails (Pomaceae canaliculata L.) in Indonesia the spread widening due to breeding very fast. Besides, many snails are farmed in ponds so many move to the rice fields. Potential snails can cause crop damage ranges from 10-40%. The aim of this study was to determine the concentration of extract of lemon grass (Andropogon nardus) most appropriate for mortalty pest snails (Pomacea caniculata L.). This study was conducted in July to September 2014 in Biology Laboratorium State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Raden Intan Lampung. This type of research is experimental. The method used in the study is the method of full randomized design (CRD) with three repetitions each cup contains 12 heads snails. The concentration of treatment were 0% (as a control), 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%. Based on the results of the study showed that:The concentration of the most effective in killing pests snails Pomacea caniculata L is 5%, which is able to kill 100% of pest snails Pomacea caniculata L for 24 hours. Sitronela compounds have the nature of a contact poison that can cause death due to loss of fluid continuously.Kata kunci: Mortalitas, ekstrak, kontak racun.

Abstract

Utilization fern (Azolla pinnata) and water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) in addition to preserving the environment also produces elements that are needed for the growth of living things. Household wastewater by plants Azolla pinnata and hyacinth will return sustainability, and can be used as a maintenance gourami (Osphronemus gouramy).       The purpose of this research are: (1) to determine the effect of aquatic plants in domestic wastewater to the quality of the water quality standard household waste and growth of carp (Osphronemus gouramy). (2) to find out which one is better growth of carp (Osphronemus gouramy) in household waste water between the new and old by fern (Azolla pinnata) and by plants hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes). (3) as a source of information for the public about environmental pollution and recycling of waste water by using plants in domestic wastewater.       This type of research experiments. Samples of each treatment 20 fish carp with 4 treatments. Treatment I (wastewater new households by ferns), treatment of II (wastewater new households by plants hyacinth), Treatment III (domestic wastewater long by ferns), treatment IV (household wastewater long by water hyacinth plants). The measured parameters ie width, length and weight of carp within a certain period. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) two lanes and qualitative analysis.       The results obtained by analysis of existing water plants on the effect of domestic wastewater on growth of carp (Osphronemus gouramy), as well as the provision of fern (Azolla pinnata) provides the most good influence on the growth of carp.Kata Kunci: Tumbuhan air, air limbah rumah tangga, pertumbuhan ikan gurami.

Abstract

Morphology is performance of a genotype that is influenced by environmental and genetic interaction. This research was to study the quantitatively morphological characters of ten CpMMV-resistant soybean promising lines, i.e. UM.4-1, UM.7-2, UM.2-4, UM.7-6, UM.6-2, UM.6-3, UM.3-2, UM.6-1, UM.7-3, UM.3-4 and two superior varieties Gumitir and Wilis. The study was conducted at Indonesian Legume and Tuber Crops Research Institute (ILETRI) from March to June 2015. The observation was done by measuring the quantitative morphological characters such as leaf length, leaf width, leaf petiol length, leaf area, leaf ratio (P/L) and plant height. The data were tested using multivariate analysis. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences on morphological characters of CpMMV-resistant soybean promising lines as well as superior varieties Gumitir and Wilis based on the leaf length, leaf width, leaf petiol length, leaf area, leaf ratio (P/L) and plant height. Hotellings Trace (0.00) was smaller than the significance value (0.05) showing the differences among the groups.Kata Kunci: kedelai, CpMMV, karakter morfologi kuantitatif

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine (1) whether there is any effect of doses variations of solution bandotan leaves (Ageratum conyzoides L.) on mortality larvae of Aedes sp. (2) doses of leaf bandotan solution (Ageratum conyzoides L.) are effective on mortality of larvae of Aedes sp. (3) the potential results of biological research as a learning resource.This research uses experimental methods , design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with one control and five treatments, there are: p1: the doses solution of leaves bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) is 30 %, p2: the dosis solution of leaves bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) is 35 % , p3: the dosis solution of leaves bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L .) is 40 % , p4: the dosis solution of leaves bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.)is 45 % , p5: thedoses solution of leaves bandotan(Ageratum conyzoides L.) is 50 % , with each five treatment replicates with 10 larvae of Aedes sp.The population in this research is 400 of larvae Aedes sp. The sample that use in this research is random sample and the sum is 300 larva Aedes sp.This research conducted in 38 B Banjarejo of MJ boardinghouse . Mortality of larvae of Aedes sp. an analyzed was using of Non-parametric test with oneway Anovaof Kruskal-Wallis test.The result of research there are:(1) there is doses variation on mortalities of larvae Aedes sp.(2) doses variation 50% is the best influence on mortality of larvae Aedes sp., (3) theresults ofresearchcould potentiallybe usedas a learning resourcethatcan supportbiologicalcompetencefor students.Kata Kunci: variasi dosis larutan daun bandotan,mortalitas, sumber belajar.

Abstract

The efforts of effective leadership is needed to drive, move, and control the execution of the tasks of the organization in classroom so that the learning process can be carried out effectively and targeted to the achievement of established goals. This research aimed in revealing: (1) the Teachers Leadership corelates to the Students’ Learning Style; (2) the Organizational Climate of Classroom corelates to the Students’ Learning Style; (3) the Teachers Leadership and Organizational Climate of Classroom corelates to the Students’ Learning Style. The population in this research were all teachers and students. The sample technique was total sampling, so all of the members of population were the samples of the research. Data were collected by using a set of questionnaires and test. The first and second hyphotesis were analyzed by means of the simple correlation and regression techniques, and the third hyphothesis were analized by the multiple correlation and regression technique.The findings of research reveal that: (1) the Teachers Leadership contributes significantly towards the the Students’ Learning Style; (2) the Organizational Climate of Classroom contributes significantly towards the Students’ Learning Style; (3) the Teachers Leadership and  the Organizational Climate of Classroom togather contributes significantly towards the the Students’ Learning Style. So it can be concluded that  the Teachers Leadership and the Organizational Climate of Classroom are two important factors  in contributing the Students’ Learning Style. The advantages of this research is to give  ideas for school and teachers about the importance of teachers leadership and organizational climate of classroom for increasing positive students’ learning style, so teachers always increase their leadership of learning by learning and following workshops.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce practical guidance with patterns of thinking empowerment by questioning. This researchdevelopment starting from the definition phase, the planning phase, and the development phase. The development phase includes three steps, namely validation by expert teacher and two lecturers, product revision, and produk testing. Validation expert is testing materials and the quality of the results obtained 100% with a very high category. Readability level got result>60% with ten indicators of getting high category. Aplicatibility level got result> 60% with two indicators of gettinh veri high category and eight indicators of getting high category. Practice guidancehas beendevelopedin accordancewith thecriteria ofgoodpracticeguidance. Practice guidance developed has advantages which can develop students critical thinking skills, but this guide also has the disadvantage that only limited one material is Mushroom material.KataKunci:Penelitiandanpengembangan,  petunjuk praktikum, berpikir melalui pertanyaan.
