Abstract

The method of amtsilati is a method or tool used in reading and understanding the yellow book, where the book is a programmed and systematic book as well as a new breakthrough in facilitating reading the yellow book. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of amtsilati method in reading the yellow book, advantages and disadvantages in using the method of amtsilati in Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin Demak. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research type with case study research method. The results showed that the method of amtsilati is a new method of breakthrough to facilitate reading the yellow book. The advantages of the amtsilati method of the book of amtsilati is a programmed and printed lesson with a systematic arrangement.

Abstract

The philosophy of Lebah Begantung ornaments is a sacrifice of self-sacrifice and selflessness, one of the teachings set by the Kampar district society, especially the Pulau Belimbing, which is recommended in daily life for mutual help. So Kampar people learn from nature one of them bee honey. This became the idea of the artist in creating painting which depart from the philosophy of bee ornament depends on the aspiration of the worker. So that cultural heritage can be developed continuously amidst the life of Kampar Malay community, especially Pulau Belimbing hamlet

Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of religious character breeding in novel Rantau 1 Muara by Ahmad Fuadi. Novel Rantau 1 Muara is a novel that clearly tells of a value of struggle, persistence, obedience to God and a view of life that intends to achieve success with an incantation man saara ala darbi washala, who walks on His way will reach the goal. The method that is used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. The data resource in this study is  novel Rantau 1 Muara by Ahmad Fuadi in 2013 with a total of 395 pages. The data in this research has the story units in dialogs, paragraphs, and tables that show the value of religious character breeding. The data collection techniques are done by using note taking techniques, and literature study. The steps are taken in analyzing the novel are by interpreting based on existing theories, then described according to the research objectives. The results of data analysis,  there are 17 frequencies which are divided in, they are the religious existence of human relations to God such as worshiping, greeting, praying, giving thanks and asking forgiveness. The religious existences among human and human  are asking for protection, worshiping parents, intimacy, and praying for others. Furthermore, the religious existence of human with nature is praising the beauty of nature.

Abstract

Education plays a very important role in ensuring the survival of the state and nation. The rise of various types of crime, brawls between students, cases of underage children, and the use of illegal drugs, as well as corruption cases that are increasingly becoming increasingly an indication of moral decline or moral decline. Therefore, the formation of Islamic character both in the family, the school and in the community becomes a necessity and necessity and must work together and support each other. Therefore, in the current era of globalization, it is very important to look for appropriate efforts as a reference in shaping Islamic character so that it can give birth to a generation that excels in character. Modeling the pattern of the Prophet Muhammad in shaping the character of the generation of friends from the jahiliyyah character into an Islamic character is a smart and appropriate effort for now and therefore, he is known as a prophet who is also a very successful educator in the world of education. This paper aims to reveal the formation of Islamic character that has been carried out by the Prophet and its implications in the path of non-formal education.

Abstract

In the view of Islam children are a mandate for their parents. One of the obligations of parents to children is to provide akidah education from an early age. Because akidah has a big influence on children which influences and controls each childs actions and behavior. However, along with the changes in the structure of society has made parents unable to educate their children for all kinds of needs and skills as well as fostering their faith. The importance of religious education is given early, because this period will not be repeated again in the future. And religious life in childhood has a huge influence on the religious life of children in their adult years.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to explore the cultivation of Islamic values through the integrative holistic policy of the principal of TK Al-Fadlilah Yogyakarta in improoving school credibility. This study used field study with  qualitative approach and program evaluation method. Technique of data collection of this study are observation, documentation and interviews. This study revealed: First, the form of an integrative holistic policy implemented by the principal of TK Al-Fadlilah that covers the healt sector, nutrition sector, educational stimulation sector, care and protection sector. Secondly, the impact of an integrative holistic policy applied by the principal of TK Al-Fadlilah includes both positive and negative impacts. Thridly, the factors that influence the implementation of an integrative holistic policy from principal of TK Al-Fadlilah policy include supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Further, Islamic values are isntilled to students in TK Al-Fadlilah can be grouped into three main components, namely aqidah, worship and morals.

Abstract

This article contains the discourse on the values of Islamic education in the verses of the jihad verse by Sayyid Quthb. The word jihad which has the basic meaning of seriousness to fight something, certainly does not have to be in the form of a battle. In this discourse many educational values were found that needed to be outlined and at the same time explained that the verses of jihad in the interpretation of Sayyid Quthb were interpreted without emotional and radical elements. This article consists of three parts; first, describe the impact of the radical understanding of jihad on Islamic education. Dialogue on the epistemology of Islamic education values. Second, it contains a touch of Sayyid Quthbs interpretation of the verse of Jihad and describes the values of Islamic education contained in it. Third, it contains conclusions that reflect all parts of this article.

Abstract

This paper presents about full day school education in the epistemology perspective of Muhammad Abid Al-Jabiri. Muhammad Abid Al-Jabiri is one of contemporary Islamic thinkers with the theories of bayani, ‘irfani and burhani. Where the theory of epistemology serve is a science that comes from a sacred text and the theory of ‘irfani epistemology derived from intuition while the theory of burhani epistemology derived from the principles of logic, ratio and reason. And this paper examines the education of full day school with the theories of bayani, ‘irfani and burhani. With the hope of third theory can be understood as effort to build and create paradigm of society about policy of full day school, so from various problematic causing the pros and cons to full day school concept which have been published by Mendikbud can be overcome.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah is an Islamic reform organization that has had a major impact on the progress of Muslims in Indonesia. The reforms carried out by Muhammadiyah include multidimensional, such as in education, health, economy and culture. In the field of education, Muhammadiyah undertook the modernization of Islamic education, which is essential for the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. Muhammadiyah refined the Islamic education curriculum by incorporating Islamic religious education into public schools and secular knowledge to religious schools. The concept of HIS med the Quran, which was launched by Muhammadiyah, could mean that public schools plus Islamic subjects became a model not only for educational institutions under Muhammadiyah, but also used by other Muslim groups, which made education an area of concern. In addition, Muhammadiyah also organized the modernization of madrasah by integrating it with the boarding system (pesantren). Modernization takes place intensely in the form of the introduction of the institutional elements of modern education and the subjects of modern science. The renewal of Muhammadiyah education gave rise to various advances in various areas of Indonesian society.

Abstract

This paper would like to explain about the gait, role, and thoughts of Tuan Guru Reteh (TGR) Shaykh Abdurrahman Yaqub in the field of Islamic education. This paper is a result of the search for his innovative thinking in developing Islamic education in the area of Indragiri Hilir Riau Province. Based on the results of these searches can be emphasized several things: first, that TGR. Shaykh Abdurrahman Yaqub has a fairly qualified educational background. Second, that TGR. Shaykh Abdurrahman Yaqub has played a very important, major and dual role in the society, especially in the field of education and dakwah even appointed in the administration of government as the formal leader of religion. Third, that TGR. Shaykh Abdurrahman includes productive scholars in the birth of written works. Thus, it is very natural and appropriate for TGR. Shaykh Abdurrahman Yaqub is called a scholar who has authoritative, comprehensive and productive religious knowledge in the Malay-Indragiri region in particular, and the archipelago in general. With these considerations, the title as "Ulama Besar Kharismatik Melayu-Indragiri" is very worthy of the TGR. Shaykh Abdurrahman Yaqub.
