Abstract

The increasing concern for human health and environmental sustainability, has made the companies to innovate their products into environmentally friendly products. Loyalty became the goal of marketing strategies that can be built with satisfaction, trust and price. This research aims to analyze The influence of Satisfaction, Trust and Price of Consumer Loyalty on Green Product (Case in Kandang Village Society of Bengkulu city, which have been using Energy Saving Lighting Products).The data used are primary data, sample collection method used purposive sampling with the number of respondents to 120 people, but only 102 that could be incorporated into the analysis due to lack of completeness of the respondents in its response. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression approach with the help of the program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 16.0. The results of this research found partially from the calculation of the coefficients obtained by the research for satisfaction variable t provide significant value of 0.240, the trust provide significant value for 0000, prices provide significant value for 0000. Because t count on the satisfaction variable value significantly greater than 0.05, which indicates partial satisfaction variables have no effect on consumer loyalty, while for trust and price variables as significant value 0.000 <0.05, which shows in partial trust and influence consumer loyalty energy savingt lighting products. From the calculation of the F test that examines the effect of simultaneously be known F calculated for the variables of satisfaction, trust, loyalty and the price is equal to 26,750 with a significant value of 0.000 ? 0.05 then this indicates that Satisfaction, Trust, and price simultaneously have a positive effect on consumer loyalty. The conclusion of this study are the variable of satisfaction has effect on loyalty consumers, but not significant, while trust and price, have an effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the consumers’ perception toward promotional mix at Matahari Departement Store Bengkulu. This research represents of survey which representing problem in the form of fact in this time from a certain phenomenon. The data was used primary data through distribution of questionnaire. The respondents in this research are consumers’ of Matahari Departement Store equal to 100 respondents. The sample taken was accidental sampling. The data analysis was used descriptive with frequency distribution, means, and percentages. Pursuant to result of data analysis obtained result of that the consumers’ perception toward promotional mix at Matahari Departement Store have an a good level.

Abstract

This research used transformational leadership as independent variables which had negative influence on cynicism about organizational change. While distributive justice used as moderated variable that expected to affect the relationship of transformational leadership on cynicism about organizational change. The survey was conducted to 250 employees of PT PLN branch Padang (Rayon Kuranji, Rayon Tabing, Rayon Belanti and Rayon Indarung), PT Telkom area Padang, PT MNC Sky Vision (KPP KPP Padang and Bukittinggi). At least, 202 Questionnaires were collected, but only 187 questionnaires that can be processed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine whether there are significant differences in the (LDR, NPL, ROA, ROE, ROA, NIM and PDN) between government bank compared to private banks in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) the period of 2008-2012. Method of sample selection was done by purposive sampling, the samples obtained from government banks  such as BNI, BRI, BTN, and Mandiri bank, while from private banks such as BCA, BII, CIMB Niaga Bank and Panin Bank. Data analysis methods is hypothesis testing using two different test mean (pair sample t test). The results showed that the financial performance of the ratio for LDR, NPL, ROA, ROE, ROA and PDN there is no significant difference between the government banks and private banks. While the financial performance of the NIM ratio there are significant differences between the government banks and private banks.

Abstract

Abstract: This Study aims to analyze how the financial inclusion levels of people in the District Teluk Segara Bengkulu City. This study used questionnaires distributed a total of 300 questionnaires and only 288 questionnaires that can be used. The data analysis method is descriptive statistics. Financial inclusion level of respondens was low. The results showed the level of financial inclusions community in District Teluk Segara Bengkulu City, throught indicator of financial inclusions, banking penetration and use of banking service. The questionnaires of this study use OECD/INFE Toolkit For Measuring Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusions 2015.Keyword: Financial Inclusions, Society in District Teluk Segara Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price toward customer satisfaction on industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. This study is a descriptive research which aims to clarify the relationship or influence that exist between the variables studied. The type of data used a primary data that is collected from questionnaires. Respondents of this study is the customer industry/ bakery shop in Bengkulu city as many 2400 people were taken with the judgemental (purposive sampling) technique. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis by using the mean, frequency distribution table and multiple linear regression analysis.  Based on the analysis, the result that the simultaneously product quality, service quality, and price is significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/bakery shop in the Bengkulu city. The next in partial product quality and service quality is positively and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/bakery shop in the Bengkulu city, while the price is negative and significantly impact on customer satisfaction industry/ bakery shop in the Bengkulu city.Keyword: service, quality, satisfaction, bakery.

Abstract

The purpose in this research was one effort to help the perpetratorts business in asses the performance of the company (banking). Which is to know how the performance of PT.Bank of Bengkulu in the period 2013-2015 years, if viewd with the Balanced Scorecard approach. Based on the result measured performance used Balanced Scorecard method in Pt.Bank of Bengkulu viewed from the fourth perspective there were : 1. Perspective finance result of ratio ROA 2013 year amount 4,51%, 2014 year amount 3,69% and 2015 year amount 3,29% this can be said healthy. The result ratio BOPO 2013 year amount 526,35%, 2014 year amount 571,62% and 2015 year amount 593,99% this can be said unhealthy. The result ratio LDR 2013 year amount 104,05%, 2014 year amount 85,79% and 2015 year amount 91,05% this can be said healthy. 2. Customer perspective, the result from satisfaction of customer can be categorized satisfied at frequent 3,41-4,20 intervals. 3. Business perspective interval, the result from ratio AETR 2013 year amount 0,06% this can be said not good. 4. Perspective learning and growth, the result from productifitas employee 2013 year amount 19,81%, 2014 year amount 20,73% this can be said good. 2015 year amount 16,09% this can be said not good. Employee coaching 2013 year amount 0% this can be said not good, 2014 year amount 6,44% and 2015 year amount 16,09% this said good.Keyword: Performance, Balanced Scorecard, Bengkulu Banking

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to Implementation of the good corporate governance (GCG) principles in addition to improving bank competitiveness itself, also provide more protection to the community. The implementation of the good corporate governance (GCG) principles becomes a trust given the banking industry that manages public funds (customers). The objective of this research is to know the analysis implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) principles in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Branch of Bengkulu. The object of this research is permanent employee of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Branch Office of Bengkulu which amounted to 67 people, with sampling method that is total sampling. The sources of data in this study through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis with mean method and frequency distribution table. The results of this study research that, implemtasi good corporate governance (GCG) principles at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Branch of Bengkulu has been running well with the average value of the statement 3.77 (good). Furthermore, the implementation principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness have gone well with the average value each statement of 3.71 (good), 3.86 (good), 3.76 (good), 3.67 (good), 3.86 (good).Keyword: governance, bank, competitiveness.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is examined the effect of job involvement on employees performance mediated with organizational commitment at some service office of Bengkulu city. This research was conducted at some service office of Bengkulu City. The object of research is the employees at some service office of Bengkulu City. Sample used in this study was 143 respondents using random sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis with moderate variable and using SPSS 17.0 sofware. Research design using survey descriptive, the method  in this study using Pearson Correlation to test the validity of the data and using Cronbach's alpha to test the reliability of the data. The results of this research shows that the job involvement partially have positive and signifikan effect on employees performance, and organizational commitment was partial mediated the effect of job involvement on employees performance at some service office of Bengkulu city.Keywords : Job involvement, organizational commitment, employees performance

Abstract

Abstract: The success of the business of entrepreneurs who are in the area behind Unib is very influenced by the factor of location or place of business. Place business which is getting closer to UNIB will be more and more consumers. A strategic place of business will have a profitable impact for businessmen, because the place of business is easily known and easily accessible by consumers, especially students. Research on the Selection of Business Locations and their Influence on Micro and Small Scale Business Success, aims to know the contribution in obtaining profit, and to analyze the influence of business environment factor and location cost on business success. The indicators used in the measurement of this study are competitor, consumer, rent, tax, profit rate and others. In this research use quantitative descriptive analysis method by using multiple regression statiistic tool. The result of the research shows that location selection based on business environment factor and location cost factor have influence to business success. The better the business environment conditions in that location will be easier to achieve success, and vice versa. The size of the costs incurred to obtain the business location, will determine the strategic place of business. A strategic place of business, will accelerate business success. This is supported by the perception of respondents that the success of the business is determined by: customer arrival rate / day, net profit growth, BEP time, rate of return, profit which all of the average value agree.Keyword: Business Environment, Location Cost, Business Success.
