Abstract

The title of this research the influence of Islamic Business Ethics of MudharabahFinancing performance with the Asymmetric Information as the Interveningvariable. The aim of the research to analyze the influence of Islamic businessethics to information asymmetry, the influence of Islamic business ethicsagainst the performance of mudharabah financing and analyzing the influenceof the asymmetry of information on the performance of the mudharabahfinancing. The location of the research on such as BMT in Jember districtusing quantitative research method, namely analysis of the band (PathAnalysis). research results meunjukkan that Islamic business ethics variable(dried shrimps) negative effect significantly against the asymmetric informationvariables (officers were present), Islamic business ethics variable turns tohave positive performance variable significantly mudharabah financing andthe asymmetric information variables (officers were present) negative effectsignificantly against the performance variable mudharabah financing (EPC)with a 0.085 and significant coefficient with the statistics of 10,401.

Abstract

This paper is motivated by the policy of the Financial Services Authority, in which Shariah Banking is able to compete and perform the intermediation function equally and felt by the people of Indonesia. The policy of the Financial Services Authority has a synergy between sharia banking and the Community in the form of easily accessible financing. This paper aims to determine the impact and strategy of development policy of Financing and financial inclusiveness in increasing the financing of Bank Syariah in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative approach, descriptive type. The result of this paper is the policy of development of financing and financial inclusions have a significant impact for the improvement of financing. The strategies for the policy to produce maximum financing; first the need for support from the government as regulatory publishers, universities, state enterprises to support the financing climate; secondly, the shift of regulatory thinking from the achievement of the quantity of funds alone, but also must be based on the number of people who can be served. Third Improvement of Sharia Banking Human Resources with the training policy, providing sufficient incentives and minimum standards for recruitment of sharia banking managers. Thirdly, sharia banking always considers Third Party Funds Management, Fourth; consider the profit-sharing rate used in the financing contract. Fifth, Sharia Banks have the opportunity to cooperate (chanelling) with Non-Governmental Groups that have been free from poverty, and maximize financing for the allocation of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

This Research reveals the role of the Community Cup Kamisan.A community that started its operations from discussions talk think(cups) in the core of the house of the host. Anxiety the pegiatnyaconsisting of academics, activists, journalists, citizen, teachers,businessmen, were enterprising, and various creative communitycity. Kamisan Cup community is attempting to revive the role of thevarious entities in the City Metro Lampung with spirit to build thecollective intellectual property. Lampung province which is knownwith various ethnic conflict, through collective intellectual movementis starting to realize the importance of building togetherness. Borrowedthe term Arnold J. Toynbe namely build «creative minority” namely CupsKamisan community efforts to build the city with the empowerment ofvarious community entities.Kamisan Cup community is a multicultural community whoare also trying to develop a creative economy. Abstract

Human beings are given freedom to seek provision in accordance with applicable law and in a way that is fair. This is one of the obligations of human rights in Islam. Allah SWT. has established through the ordinance of him that any kind of work that run based on the principles of Koranic will never make one rich in a brief period of time. In the view of Islam, work not just as the pusher man to maintain their existence in life, but is the basis of all things. People began to work has been started since the Prophet Adam and his seedinhabiting the earth. She has been at pains to and hard to meet the needs of his life, while in paradise Adam got without the feeling of weariness and fatigue. So also the Prophet (saas. Is a hard worker through the efforts of trade he do when reselling merchandise owned by Siti Khadijah. The Messenger of Allah alone always tries to hit to all his people so that they have a high work ethos. Efforts done by Mohammed. So that the people of Islam have a high working ethos was not only shown through several hadith that he sabdakan, but also shown itself by Muhammad through a more real action. Abstract

Debtor when asking to financing financing institution(creditors) usually use the guarantee in the form of objects thatmove and things that do not move. When guaranteed in theform of moving objects, then creditors will bind him withfiducia warrant.. Fiducia warrant is the right guarantees formoving objects either exist or not exist and objects do not moveespecially the building could not be burdened by the yoke rightsreferred to in Law Number 4 of 1996 on the Rights of the yokethat remain in the mastery of a Warner fiducia warrant, ascollateral for certain debt repayment, which provide thepreferred position to the recipient fiducia warrant against othercreditors. (Article 1 of Act No. 42 The year 1999 about fiduciawarrant). Abstract

This research is to know: (a) how the image of PT. AR Tour & Travel by service users, (b) how the efforts of PT. AR Tour & Travel in build the image as a form of differentiation marketing, (c) marketing advantages by use dimension of image done by PT. AR Tour & Travel. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data source used is primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data with observation, interview, and documentation. Test of data validity use triangulation. The results are: First, some images that apply to the PT. AR Tour & Travel by service users, (a) PT. AR Tour & Travel has an expensive package price, (b) PT. AR Tour & Travel provides the best facilities, (c) PT. AR Tour & Travel is able to provide a manasik that is easily understood and followed by the pilgrims, (d) PT. AR Tour & Travel has a variety of packages that can be adapted to the needs of pilgrims, (e) The employees of PT. AR Tour & Travel has a friendly attitude in service. Second, the efforts made by PT. AR tours & Travel in image building are, (a) utilizing the charismatic image of the leader of the AR Foundation, (b) varying product packages, (c) applying work traditions and culture, (d) maintaining good communication with service users. Third, the advantages of marketing differentiation using image dimension is quite effective, the indication can be seen from the data of the number of service users who always show well.

Abstract

This article analysed the concept of islamic social developmentreport as a frame of sharia-based corporate socialresponsibilities. The study was conducted by library researchbased on previous studies and related literature. The resultsindicated that the concept of social islamic report was based onthe philosophy of good governance and corporate socialperformance reporting standard that takes into account theaspects of material, moral, and spiritual in reporting. Inparticular, this index is an extension of social performancereporting standards which include society's expectations notonly about the role of corporations in the economy, but also thecompany's role in the spiritual perspective. Besides the indexalso places emphasis on social justice related to theenvironment, the rights of minorities, and employees.Finally,syariah framework is part of a corporate strategy aimed at thesustainability of the company, providing benefits to thecommunity and participate in the social interest.

Abstract

This research are intended to explore the utilization of information technology for small and medium enterprises (SMEs)to develop market share in the form of e-marketing. The results showed that SMEs in the city of Semarang has utilized information technology, from the simplest to the advanced. Hand Phone and computer are a tool that used it, although for computers not all SMEs have been using it. The form of communications media used by SMEs such as: SMS, whatshap, e-mail, website, blog, istagram, blackbarry, line, and the like. The acceptable outcomes of SMEs when they use technology are in addition to encouraging increased sales, as well as obtaining convenience when communicating with customers, ordering, marketing products, identifying customer needs, identify supplier needs, consumer surveys and the like.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence analysis of Inflation, GrossDomestic Bruto, and Interest Rate to the Return on Asset (ROA) of IslamicBanking period 2009-2014. The sampling technique used is purposivesampling. This research sample gained from three Islamic banks and the datawere obtained from published financial statement of Bank of Indonesia. Dataanalysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis. Where previouslydata had been tested with the classical assumption include data normality test,heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and autocorrelation. F Test result showedthat simultaneous variable of Inflation, Gross Domestic Bruto, and InterestRate have a significant effect on ROA while T Test result showed that partiallyInflation haven’t a significant effect on ROA while GDP have a positive andsignificant effect on ROA while Interest Rate have a significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

Selling (business) is the exchange of wealth on the basis of mutual willing and the joint agreement. There are four Perversions, namely; (1) Marriage  (ijab qobul) (2) the prescribed is run (subject)   (3) ma›kud ‹alaih (object) useful objects according to the view of syara› (4) there is a replacement for exchange of goods.  The legality of ijab qobul conditions there are three; (a) Do Not in intersperse with other words between ijab qobul, (b) people - the prescribed is run (seller and buyers ) and (c) do not there separated the meaning the seller and buyers still no interaction about ijab qobul. Conditions of the legality of the seller and buyers there are four; (a) reached puberty understanding.   (b) Moslems, this condition specifically for buyers in certain objects objects (c) no objects or items in chairman voterâ (ma›kud alaih) and (d) not wasted (waste), the will of their own and there is no compulsion of the other party. Conditions of the legality of goods sold voterâ there are six; (a) must be holy (b) cannot be not to associate with something (c) cannot be in the limit time (d) its own, (e) can be known (seen), (f) can be known to the quality and the weight. various kinds of selling (business) in Islam, seen from the point of view of the two glass eyes of Islamic law there are two valid and cancel and from the eye of goods there are three (1) selling goods that appear, (2) selling mentioned the pharmacodynamic him in the promise and( 3) selling things that are not there. In Islam in business provide current accounts allow to choose to cancel the marriage of selling (business) called khiar, there are three, namely; (1) khiar, assembly (2) khiar conditions (3) khiar disgrace. The wisdom of selling in Islam; (a) that selling (business) in Islam can be valuable social or helped against each other, will grow berbagain reward, (b) business in Islam is one of the ways to maintain cleanliness and halalnya items eaten for himself and his family, (c) business in Islam is the way to combat laziness, unemployment and extortion to others.
