Abstract

The background that encourage of this study is the lack of thematic learning media involving student creativity and supporting school literacy activities as a source of student learning materials. The purpose of the study to determine the feasibility of a simple story-based media story telling as a supplement of teaching materials theme of Care Against 4th grade elementary school. The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD) with Borg and Gall thinking model. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The feasibility result based on data analysis by experts obtained the average percentage of 92.46% for media feasibility and 91.31% for the feasibility of learning materials. The acquisition of teacher response to media acceptance obtained percentage in SD Negeri Mranggen 01 equal to 95,58%, SD Negeri Mranggen 02 equal to 88,25% and SD Negeri Mranggen 04 got percentage equal to 91,17% Result questionnaire student response learn 90,64% Elementary School of Mranggen 01, 93.21% in SD Negeri Mranggen 02 and 85.36% in SD Negeri Mranggen 04. Media story telling simple montage based as a supplement teaching materials subject to the theme of living beings have met the criteria very well and deserve to be used in learning process

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Mind Map strategy on student’s writing skills in English subject in SDN Buaran Bambu V Tangerang city. This study used quantitative approach with quasi experiment method. Population of this study are sixth class consisting of 50 students. Samples were taken using saturation sampling technique for 50 students (25 students of control class and 25 students of experiment class). The instrument used was written test. All data calculated by t-test formula. The result of this study indicated that there was a significant difference effect in the use of Mind Map in improving student’s writing skill of the sixth grade of SDN Buaran Bambu V Tangerang city.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of research and development is to produce learning assessment products based on character values ​​that have validity, applicability, and legibility. Research and development methods use the O'Malley & Pierce model which is devoted to developing learning assessments, namely: building a team, setting goals, setting results targets, conducting staff development, collecting assessment examples, adjusting existing assessments or developing new, assessment trials. and review assessment. The results of the character aspect validation showed that the criteria were very valid and could be used without revision (93%), the results of the language aspect validation showed very valid criteria and could be used without revision (93.8%). The results of the applicability test showed very good can be used without revision (88.2%). Whereas the legibility test shows very interesting criteria (97.2%) according to the conversion of the validity level, that is almost the entire contents of the assessment book is easy to understand. This product only consists of each of the 4 character values ​​developed in each lesson, this development is arranged only on theme 7 grade IV SD.   Keywords : Learning Assessment, Character Values, SDGs Era     Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan yaitu menghasilkan produk assesment pembelajaran berdasarkan nilai-nilai karakter yang memiliki kevalidan, keterterapan, dan keterbacaan. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan  model O’Malley & Pierce yang dikhususkan untuk mengembangan assesment pembelajaran yaitu : membangun suatu tim, menentukan tujuan, menetapkan sasaran hasil, melakukan pengembangan staf, mengumpulkan contoh asessmen, menyesesuaikan assesment yang ada atau mengembangkan baru, uji coba assesment, dan meninjau ulang assesment. Hasil validasi aspek karakter menunjukkan kriteria sangat valid dan dapat digunakan tanpa revisi (93%), Hasil validasi aspek bahasa menunjukkan kriteria sangat valid dan dapat digunakan tanpa revisi (93,8%). Hasil uji keterterapan menunjukkan sangat baik dapat digunakan tanpa revisi (88,2%). Sedangkan uji keterbacaan menunjukkan kriteria  sangat menarik (97,2%) sesuai konversi tingkat kevalidan yaitu hampir seluruh isi buku assesment mudah dipahami. Produk ini hanya teridiri dari masing-masing 4 nilai karakter yang  dikembangkan dalam setiap pembelajaran, pengembangan ini disusun hanya pada tema 7 kelas IV SD.   Kata Kunci : Assesment Pembelajaran, Nilai Karakter, Era SDGs

Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of this study is to analyze language politeness in a student's speech that obey and violate the principles of politeness in SD Negeri 1 Wonorejo Academic Year 2017/2018. The methods used in data collection is the observation and interviews are supported by recording techniques and record techniques. The data that have been obtained is then analyzed using the principles of politeness of the rules which have been put forward by Geoffrey Leech. Instruments used in this study are observation sheets and interview guides. The results of this study found the form of polite and disrespectful speech in the fourth grade students of SDN 1 Wonorejo based on Leech's politeness principle. In the observation result the number of maximally single complaint utterances as much as 23 utterances and double maxim as much as 4 speeches. In addition, the number of single maximally infringement sessions of 20 speeches, while double maximizing violations of 6 speeches. In the result of a single maximally single adherence speech interview of 8 speeches, and a single maximal offense of 16 speeches. Single maximization and offense include, maxim of wisdom, maxim acceptance, maxim of generosity, maxim of humility, maxim of suitability, and maxim of conclusions. Double maximizing includes, maximizing wisdom and acceptance, maximization of wisdom and humility, maxim of generosity and humility, and maxim acceptance and suitability. Double maximal offenses include, maxim acceptance and humility, maxim of generosity and humility, and maxim of wisdom and generosity.  Keywords : Language Politeness, Principles of Politeness, Speech.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects of grade 6 students SD Penerus Bangsa Kecamatan Periuk, Tangerang City. The research method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of four stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Instrument used in this research is observation sheet of affective and psychomotor learning result. Cognitive learning test and documentation. The results reveal that there is an increase in cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning outcomes in the application of Group Investigation (GI) learning methods. Improvement of students' science learning outcomes is seen in the results of research cycle I ie average learning outcome of 73.77 with cognitive aspects of 72.5, affective aspects of 61.76 and psychomotor of 87.06.
