Abstract

; "> Competition in the business world today is increasingly tight. All businessinstitution by all means trying to mempertahan.kan market share that has beenachieved. • Under these conditions more difficult • for a company to penetrate themarket for all companies trying to retain customers who have been able dirailmya.One way that can be done by the company is to improve the quality of service,satisfaction and loyalty to the product and services to its customers. With theimprovement of quality of service, which both will be able to improve customersatisfaction. If customers are satisfied with the overall service, it can create loyalbehavior, which is characterized by repeated visits and can recommend the productto others. The purpose of this study are: (1) To test the strong or the weak impact ofservice quality to satisfaction of patients at the Hospital Dental Jember University.(2) To test the strong or the weak impact of service quality on loyalty of patients atthe Hospital of the University Dental Jember (3) To test the strength or weakness ofthe influence of patient satisfaction with hospital patient loyalty Dental JemberUniversity. Abstract

To increase the productivity of human resources in an organization, aspectsof job satisfaction and performance has always been a very important discussion,because both are two important aspects in achieving organizational goals. This studyaims to determine whether there is influence of leadership style and work motivationon teacher performance SMK Negeri 5 Jember through job satisfaction. Thepopulation in this study are all teachers PNS SMK Negeri 5 Jember totaling 99people. Sampling using census method so that the sample in this study amounted to99 people. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The test results of path analysisshowed that: In the first track, style of leadership and motivation have a significanteffect on performance. On the second track, motivation significant effect onperformance while the two other variables namely; leadership style and jobsatisfaction did not significantly affect the performance of teachers SMK Negeri 5Jember. The results of this analysis also states that the style of leadership, motivationand job satisfaction influence simultaneously on teacher performance. Workmotivation is a variable that has a dominant influence on the performance ofteachers.

Abstract

Based on the results of research in the Faculty of Economics, University ofJember on the influence of the physical work environment, organizational cultureand work motivation on employee performance This study used path analysis (PathAnalysis) with data processing using Statistical Product and Service (SPSS Versi.15)The results of the study show that the Physical Working Environment (X1), andCultural Organization (X2), the motivation of Work (Y1) simultaneously positive andsignificant effect on employee performance (Y2). This can be concluded when thefourth variable is certainly increased employee performance also increased.Physical Work Environment (X1) partially not significant effect on employeeperformance (Y2). But with the results of a positive coefficient of the workingenvironment then lambatlaun improve the performance of the company to generatebetter employment process takes long enough to be supported by a conduciveenvironment, the results of the work will be the maximum in accordance with thedesired company. Cultural Organization (X2) partially not significant effect onemployee performance (Y2). Good organizational culture will produce output that isalso good that the realignment of work habits do not tutas should be avoided.Motivation (Y1) partially positive and significant impact on employee performance(Y2). Motivation needs to be improved in an effort to stimulate the performance ofemployees, with rewards for the work that deserved the employee will improve itsperformance which will have a positive impact on the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of market share, managerial skills,and managers who have political ties to the soundness of state-owned companies inIndonesia. Data were collected in the form of financial statements of companieslisted on the SOE Ministry in 2011 until 2013. The research sample, a company thathas the financial data are complete and already in the audit. Hypothesis testingusing Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS version 19. The results prove thatmanagers who have political relations are the factors that determine the level ofhealth of state-owned companies in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the value of market shareand managerial skills is a factor that does not determine the health condition ofstate-owned companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study uses secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange on eachof the companies in the Stock Exchange with the period 2010-2014 and the researchusing quantitative research methods. The location used to do research is to take datadirectly from the Internet. Sampling using purposive sampling method and gained asmuch as 9 companies as research samples. The analytical method used is pathanalysis. The results showed a variable rate significant negative effect on the returnon assets. The variable interest rate of SBI and inflation is not significant positiveeffect on return on assets. Variable rate significant negative effect on stock returns.Variable interest rates SBI significant positive effect on stock returns. Inflationvariable is not significant positive effect on stock returns. While the indirect teststates that a variable rate, SBI interest rate and inflation through the return on assetson stock returns no significant effect.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the effect on service quality, customer value,corporate image on experiential marketing PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia; to examine theinfluence of service quality, customer value, corporate image, switching cost oncustomer loyalty PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia and to examine the effect of experientialmarketing on customer loyalty PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia. The object under study is acustomer of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia. This study was to describe the facts and to testthe hypothesis to see relationships between variables, The design of this research studyexplanation (explanatory research / confirmatory research). Sampling technique usedin this study was purposive sampling. The population in this study is limited to the retailconsumer segment is the insurance services PT.Asuransi Jasindo Jember fire insurancepolicy holders, vehicle insurance and miscellaneous insurance in 2013 , amounting to986 people.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Non-Performing Loans(NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), inflation, interest rates and exchange ratethrough credit expansion to profitability of banks. The samples are ten biggest assetbanking companys in Indonesia in 2011-2014, using purposive sampling technique.This research method by using path analysis or path analysis. Test the hypothesis byusing statistical t-test to test the partial coefficients, as well as statistical F test todetermine the effect of jointly using a 5% significance. It also made the classicassumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity testand autocorrelation test. During the period show that the study data were normallydistributed. Based normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test andautocorrelation test found no deviation from the classical assumptions. The resultsshowed that the variable NPL has a negative influence significantly to amount oflending, but CAR, sensitivity of interest rate, sensitivity of inflation, sensitivity ofexchange rate have no effect on the amount of lending. In addition the results of thisstudy indicate that the NPL, CAR, of interest rate, sensitivity of inflation, sensitivityof exchange rate have no effect on ROA, besides the amount of lending has positiveeffect on profitability of ROA.

Abstract

Significant lack of planning in making an investment by a company. This isbecause in planning an investment project certainly require substantial funds, so thatif it is not budgeted and calculated properly, it can result in the failure of investmentprojects that could cause a company suffered a great loss. This study discusses thecapital budgeting of a project in the CV. X will buy a corn seed drying machine. Inthis study is discussed in detail how to calculate the initial investments, estimatingrevenue to be obtained by the company when the project is, how long the capitalissued by the company to the investment project will be returned, and the mostimportant thing is feasible or not it is an investment project planning. The methodused in the calculation of capital budgeting is the payback period, discountedpayback period, Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal rate of Return (IRR). In thisstudy showed that planning the purchase of corn drying machine by CV X is receivedby calculating the payback period for 3 years 2 months 5 days, discounted paybackperiod 3 years 10 months 21 days, NPV > 0 or NPV positive and IRR > cost ofcapital, there is 21,70% > 10,80%.

Abstract

The existence of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) non-formal become thefoundation of micro-entrepreneurs of poor households in the middle of thelimitations of access to formal financial institutions . To develop the capacity ofbusiness , micro financing for poor households served many non-formal MFIs . Thequestion is; the extent of non -formal MFIs serve as an alternative source offinancing for the development of micro poor households?, and extent of non-formalMFIs can be formulated and recommended for the development of micro poorhouseholds?. The study was conducted in the District of Jember Kencong targetingnon-formal MFIs and micro entrepreneurs poor household member non-formal MFIs. This study is the first year of a two year study is planned. The objective inventory ofnon-formal MFIs effectively and sustainably manage savings and loans potentiallyserve microenterprises poor households. Descriptive analysis, MFIs independentlyconstructed by society more sustainable potential compared with other partiesinitiated by the government for example .

Abstract

To increase customer loyalty in an organization, aspects of service quality and job satisfaction is very important to be used as a benchmark for improvement and organizational development. Basically because consumers have different needs and desires, so it needs to be served in a different way as well. The aim in this study was to verify and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The population in this research are patients who are in hospitals and hospitals Bangil Pasuruan. Sampling method using purposive sampling technique, so that with this technique obtained a sample of 100 respondents in the two locations of the study. The population in this research are patients who are in hospitals and hospitals Bangil Pasuruan. Sampling method using purposive sampling technique, so that with this technique obtained a sample of 100 respondents in the two locations of the study. Measurements on technical research instruments using a Likert scale. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 20. Based on the results of path analysis showed that: the first track shows that, quality service have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While on the second line, indicating that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. in addition, customer satisfaction is also positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.
