Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengembangan sumber daya manusia berperan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan penulis mengadakan penelitian di Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat.                Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara pengembangan sumberdaya manusia dengan prestasi kerja pegawai. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil analisa data yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program aplikasi komputer SPSS 7.5 for Windows, dimana dengan sampel sebesar 37 orang, r hitung yang diperoleh sebesar 0,002 pada tingkat kepercayaan a = 0,005 untuk tes satu sisi ternyata r = 0,492 > 0,002.                Sementara itu hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa tempiris lebih besar dari pada tteoritis yaitu 3,001 > 1,693889. Ini berarti bahwa variabel efektivitas kerja pegawai.                                Untuk lebih meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai, disamping faktor pembagian tugas maka faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas kerja pegawai perlu mendapatkan perhatian sehingga efektivitas kerja pegawai yang terus meningkat dapat dipertahankan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is, to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance. Samples were taken by 37 respondents. Research conducted by this research group includes verification (causalitas). Analysis of the data used is the method of analysis of Koeficient Correlation of Product Moment (pearson).Based on these results it can be concluded that: 1) Motivation is a condition that affects arouse, direct and maintain behaviors associated with performance. Meanwhile Work Achievement is the result achieved by the size of a person who applies for the job in question. 2) Product Moment Correlation coefficient was r = generated 0.568. Motivation variable has a positive relationship with the variable Employee Job Performance.The results of the comparison between the empirical value of r (count) with the theoretical value of r (table) in the table of critical prices for product moment r, ie r (count) = 0.568; r (tab) = 0.325 at the 0.05 level for n = 37. This means that there is a positive relationship between the variables with the variable Achievement Motivation Works employees. 3) Testing hypotheses using t-test, can result in t (hit) = 3.817, shows that t is greater than t table at the 0.05 level, ie t (hit) = 3.817> t (tab) = 1.690, meaning there is a positive and significant effect of the variable Motivation on Employee Job Performance variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether the monitoring effect on employee discipline. To get the data the authors conducted research on Kantor Kelurahan Loa Bakung Kecamatan Sungai Kunjang District of Samarinda.The results showed that the control effect on employee discipline at the Kantor Kelurahan Loa Bakung Kecamatan Sungai Kunjang District of Samarinda.  Hal ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa hasil dari analisis data rs hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dibanding dengan harga table yaitu 0,770 > 0,456 to significant level 95 % untuk N = 14.  It can be proven that the results of the analysis of data obtained rs count greater than the price table is 0.770; 0.456 at 95% confidence level for N= 14. Thus, this hypothesis can be accepted that the control effect on labor disciplin to Kantor Kelurahan Loa Bakung Kecamatan Sungai Kunjang District of Samarinda.

The research do in Office of Sub-Regency Chief of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara Result of research indicate that the head coordination [of Part of Arranging Effort very having an effect on to officer discipline, in the meaning that discipline factor work the officer at Office of Sub-Regency Chief of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara from month to month even from year to year experience of the change mounting. This matter [is] followed also by Head Coordination which in this case function as cause variable. To increase discipline work the officer, beside factor co-ordinate the head, hence factor of[is other;dissimilar require to get the attention so that discipline work the officer at office of Sub-Regency Chief of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara earn remain to be improved

Abstract

This Research target is to known environment work to give the impact to spirit of officer Job. Therefore to get this matter is writer do research [in] Office of Sub-Regency Chief of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara.The search will know and look for relation of two variable with analysing result of research by using random technicsly [is] toss 50% from 48 people become 24 officer.  To prove there are not influence between second variable hence writer use the formula of Correlation Moment. Pursuant to data analysis and hypothesis examination, knowable hence relation between  environment work and spirit of Officer jobat  Office of Sub-Regency Chief of Anggana of Regency of Kutai Kartanegara is  good enough.

Abstract

The aimed ofthis research is to find out the influence significantly work discipline to service at Samarinda Police Union Pamong Praja Office.Hypothesis which researcher is have proposed in this research is contents : there is positive influence work discipline to service at Samarinda Police Union Pamong Praja Office.Sampling of this research is a few of employee at Samarinda Police Union Pamong Praja Office amount 30 persons. The used instrument to find out the data in this research is the questionnaire, that used to know the work discipline and service Samarinda Police Union Pamong Praja Office. The data analysis done with product moment correlation and simple regression linier analysis.The result of analysis calculation product moment correlation between employee work discipline variabel (X) with employee service (Y) at Samarinda Police Union Pamong Praja Office show correlation coefficient amount r = 0,645. This case mean there is positive correlation between work discipline with employee service at Samarinda Police Union Pamong Praja Office. Whereas based on interpretation criteria correlation coefficient amount 0,645 be in strong connection level. The result of regression linier analysis also show determinant coefficient amount r2 = 0,416. This case mean hypothesis which proposed in this research is accepted. Based on count get the regression similarity below : Y = 8,103 + 0,667 X. With this can be concluded that employee work discipline has positive and significant influent to employee service at Samarinda Police Union Pamong Praja Office are 41,60%.

Abstract

This study is verification or the nature of causality, ie a study to find the relationship between the variables because the variable effect. The relationship in question is the relationship between the leadership of the village chief (Independent variable) with work discipline (Dependent variable). Study entitled headman leadership influence on employee discipline at sub-district office Loa Bakung Sungai Kunjang. Formulation of the research problem is how far the influence of urban village leadership to discipline employees working at sub-district office loa daffodil Kunjang river. In this study the authors will use two kinds of data collection techniques, namely: Library Research and Field Work Research. Measurement scale used is the Likert scale, the calculation formulation used is Coefficient Product Moment.

To get the data the authors conducted the study. The results showed that the work environment plays an important role in improving employee morale, in the sense that the factor Sanitation Department employee morale and Landscape Samarinda from month to month or from year to year change increase.To improve employee morale, in addition to environmental factors work then another factor needs to be addressed so that the Sanitation Department employee morale and Landscape Samarinda can be improved

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Pengawasan Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kutai Barat.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengawasan Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kutai Barat dari bulan ke bulan bahkan dari tahun ke tahun mengalami perubahan yang meningkat. Hal ini diikuti pula oleh Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kutai Barat  yang dalam hal ini berfungsi sebagai variabel sebab.Untuk meningkatkan Semangat Kerja Pegawai, disamping faktor Pengawasan, maka faktor lain perlu mendapatkan perhatian sehingga Semangat kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kutai Barat  dapat tetap dipertahankan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui seberapa besar  pengaruh faktor - faktor motivasi kerja, sarana prasarana, lingkungan kerja, dan kepemimpinan baik secara bersama - sama maupun sendiri-sendiri terhadap Kinerja pelayanan pada Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP)  Samarinda Irian Kota Samarinda. serta untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pelayanan pada Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP)  Samarinda Irian Kota Samarinda. Adapun metode  analisis penelitian adalah Regresi Linier Berganda (Multiple Regresion) dengan alat uji menggunakan komputer varsi 12.0 for window .            Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda yang dilakukan diperoleh persamaan sebagai berikut :Y = 1,049 + 0,067 X1 + 0,301 X2 + 0,275 X3 + 0,226 X4Pengaruh antara variabel  bebas yaitu motivasi kerja (X1), sarana dan prasarana (X2), lingkungan kerja (X3), dan  kepemimpinan (X4) terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan (Y)  R = 0,663 mendekati nilai 1 dengan koefisien deteminasi sebesar 0,417 atau 41,7 %. Artinya  variabel independen menerangkan perubahan variabel dependen adalah 41,7 % sedangkan sisanya  58,3 % diterangkan oleh variabel lain.Hasil uji F diperoleh  sebesar 9,120 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001.  sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel motivasi kerja, sarana prasarana, lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan pada Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP)  Samarinda Irian Kota Samarinda.Adapun variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pelayanangawai pada Bank Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP)  Samarinda Irian Kota Samarinda. adalah variabel lingkungan kerja (X3), dengan nilai Standardized Coefficients (beta) sebesar 0,390 dan nilai signifikansi 0,003 < dari nilai α 0,05.
