Abstract

 Pelatihan Komunikasi Konseling dilakukan untuk memberikan pembekalan bagi asisten konselor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan komunikasi konseling dan hasil pelatihan yang didapatkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data meliputi (1) observasi, (2) tes, (3) wawancara kelompok dan (4) studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil tes, kemampuan mendengarkan mayoritas subjek (73%) berada pada level rata-rata dan 100% subjek berada di atas standar kriteria dalam kompetensi komunikasi.             Secara umum pelatihan berjalan dengan baik. Berdasarkan evaluasi dan refleksi, para peserta mengemukakan bahwa mereka 1) merasa mendapatkan pengalaman baru dan pendalaman pemahaman terhadap materi pelatihan, 2) dalam perkuliahan kurang mendapatkan  pengalaman  melakukan praktik konseling, 3) merasa sangat tertarik dengan kuis yang mengukur kompetensi komunikasi dan 4) mendapatkan pengalaman pengungkapan diri melalui konseling dan sesi refleksi di akhir pelatihan. Kata-kata Kunci: training, komunikasi konseling, asisten konselor, praktik konseling.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran adalah segala sesuatu yang bisadigunakan untuk menyalurkan pesan atau informasisehingga dapat merangsang pikiran, perhatian, dan minatsiswa untuk belajar dan mudah dalam memahamipelajaran. Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan dapatdisimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran padamata pelajaran fiqih kelas VIII di Madrasah TsanawiyahNegeri Kelayan Banjarmasin cukup baik namun belumoptimal karena terbatas pada media-media yang sudah adasaja seperti buku pelajaran dan papan tulis, media-mediaelektonik belum tersedia sepenuhnya. Adapun faktorfaktoryang mempengaruhi penggunaan mediapembelajaran fiqih tersebut adalah latar belakangpendidikan guru, pengalaman mengajar, pendidikan danpelatihan/training profesi keguruan, dan fasilitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak pada pemikiran bahwa matapelajaran agama yang dialokasikan oleh KementerianPendidikan Nasional dirasa kurang mendukungtercapainya tujuan pendidikan nasional yang sangatkomprehensif. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanyakeseimbangan dan keterpaduan antara mata pelajaranumum dan agama untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikannasional secara menyeluruh. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum terpadu diSekolah dasar Islami Terpadu Qardhan Hasana belumoptimal, namun telah ditemukan unsur-unsur penerapankurikulum terpadu dalam penerapannya di Sekolah DasarIslami Terpadu Qardhan Hasana Banjarbaru. Hasil yangdicapai dalam penerapan kurikulum tersebut terlihat dariprestasi peserta didik meliputi prestasi akademik dan nonakademik.

Abstract

One of the causes of character education crisis on the children today is because almost all parents give the responsibility to educate their children completely to the schools.On the contrary, the schools are overburdened with the academic curriculum while in the society „job creation‟ (steady job) is more demanded. Thus, the charater education for the children is then abandoned. The character education can be implemented through SESOSIFIT approach (spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual, and fitrah). Parents, teachers/counselors, and community leaders should have to provide guidance and counseling services for the students by inserting the SESOSIFIT values as the moral-religious teaching. They should also have to motivate students by teaching them that any activities they do are part of the worship, and improve the quality of paith and peity. Besides, in providing guidance and counseling, problematic student/client can also solve his/her own problems based on the guidance from the holy Quran, and the prophet tradition with the guidance to find the clues him/herself.Keyword:spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual, fitrah, guidance and counseling

Abstract

Media has an important role in human life.  Beside it becomes source of the information and knowledge, it can also become an entertainment source for adults and kids. The wrong usage of media can cause problems for the nation’s life. This paper is written based on the writer’s experience in joining ToT (Training of Trainers) on media literacy and media watch, facilitating media literacy and media watch program, and becoming one of the researchers and enumerators of media watch towards two newspapers by using content analysis; the project of  Strengthening Woman’s Rights (SWR) cooperated with Indonesian Government represented by PSGA (the Center of Gender and Children Study) of  IAIN Walisongo Semarang and Germany Government (GTZ). From the output of those activities, the writer recommends to all parties to be care of the usage of media by children. Children need smartness in accessing, enjoying, interpreting, using, and analyzing media. In other words, media literacy education becomes urgent and significant to be educated and implanted by their parents, society, and even schools towards the children. Whereas, industry of media must be wise in producing and providing information for the society, and obey the rules established by UU Penyiaran, P3 (Pedoman Perilaku Penyiaran) and SPS (Standar Program Siaran), and the rules made by Dewan Pers and UU Perlindungan Anak.Key words: Media, Media Literacy Education, Moral, Children

Abstract

Based on the research, the implementation of consulting services at State Islamic Junior High Schools (MTs Negeri) in Banjarmasin is equated with individual counseling. Counseling teacher invites teachers parents to come to the schools to consult anything with regards with rules violations and problems that students do in the schools. The implementation of consulting services are given through a way of bringing all the parties in a room that should be discussed in individual counseling services, but they are then discussed in consulting services and the issue thashould be discussed is the existing third-party‟s problem which has direct connection with consultee. The research also found out, that there is a gap between theory and practice. There are some indications that the guidance and counseler teachers at State Islamic Junior High Schools (MTs Negeri) in Banjarmasin have a misperception about implementation consulting services, consulting services performed for changing the meaning into individual counseling so that the operationalization of the consulting services is less well targeted.

Abstract

Teacher is an example for his student. What the teacher needs is not only capably in the material, but also escorted by the loyalty of his religion. Because, his religiousness will appear from his characteristics. Honest is one of characteristic should teacher has. If the teacher is honest then the students will also be honest, if the teacher lying then students will not hesitate to lie, like the proverbial said that if the teacher take a pee by standing then student will do it by running. Similarly, it shown by teacher of RobbaniIslamic Elementary School in Kendal Regency, Central Java. Abstract

A Peer Mediation Training Model Development for Reducing Students‟ Relational Aggression Behavior. The school environment is not always comfortable for apart of the students, one of the causes is conflict among students which is manifested in relational aggression behavior. The peer mediation training model need to be made for diminishing the relational aggression behaviors that appeared among the students at that schools. However, in fact, there is not any training model that can be used to provide the mediator students at the junior high schools. For assisting school counselors, the school providestraining through which the peer mediation training model needs to be made. The product evaluations were requested to two expert evaluators, seven counselors after the training simulation done, and forty eight training participants from two SMPs.The evaluation results of experts, counselor in the small group try-out, students‟ evaluation and counselor in limited field try-out and revision which had been carried out indicated that training material and strategycould be stated that it was appropriate to be used.

Abstract

In order to improve the service of the Bureau of Guidance and Conselling Services of Tarbiyah and Teachers Training Faculty of IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin, the bureau has recruited 15 counselors assistant since 2013. Counselling Communication training is conducted to equip those counselors assistant. This research is intended to describe the implementation of that counselling communication training ad the result of this training for the participants. This research used qualitative approach and used observation, test, interview, and documents to collect the data. Overall, the training run well, and the test result showed that the ability to hearof the majority subject (73% of the subject) is on the average level, while all of them (100%) are above standard level on the ability to communicate. Furthermore, based on the evaluation and reflection, the participants stated that: 1) they got new experience and deepening their understanding on the training material, 2) they did not get counseling practice experience while studying at the department, 3) they are interested in with the quiz for measuring communication competence, and 4) they got experience in self expression through counseling and reflection part at the end of training.Keyword: training, communication counseling, councelor assistant, counseling practice

Abstract

Objective of this study are to determine the contribution of job satisfactionon Organizational Citizenship Behavior, contribution of organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behaviorof high school teachers in HuluSungai Utara, either separately or simultaneously. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Populationin this study was the teacher in Hulu Sungai Utara, with a sample of 120 teachers. The results showed: (1) Job satisfaction contributes to OCB of 26.9% with Freg=43.356 and effective contribution= 18.5%, (2) organizational commitment contributes to OCB of 22.8% with Freg=34.910 and effective contribution = 11.7%, and (3) the contribution of job satisfactionand organizational commitment to OCB is 30.3% with Freg of 25.417.
