Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether sharia hotels in the Medan city had implemented the MUI Fatwa, related to halal tourism. The method used in the study is a qualitative method, comparing the theory with the events in the field. The results obtained, that sharia hotels in the city of Medan have implemented regulations issued by the MUI on halal tourism, which is regulated in No.108 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016. This is shown by the facilities of places of worship such as mushalah, the unavailability of food and drinks, the pornography sites that are on the internet access, not receiving guests who are not Muslims.

Abstract

This research discusses the thoughts about educational renewaldone by Haji Sulong. The purpose of this study was to find out the background of Haji Sulong in reforming Islamic education in Patani and the concept of renewing the thought of Haji Sulong Islamic education in Patani. This type of research is qualitative literature research. in this study, the authors used data from other authors as a source of data. The data was collected using literature study techniques, data collection techniques were carried out through library and documentation studies, namely studying books and written materials. The type of research shows the concept championed by Haji Sulong in the renewal of Islamic education in Patani is by developing the Pondok education system into a madrasah education system. The renewal was realized by initiating the establishment of Madrasah al-Maarif al-Wathoniyah in Patani

Abstract

Dawah is not only a matter of the afterlife, but also world affairs to create an Islamic social system. In the context of Indonesia, dawah can be understood as a very strategic medium for the reconstruction of a pluralistic community culture. It is at this level that dawah should play itself, namely as a force which can manage plurality into energy that can awaken the nations civilization. Therefore, a paradigm and perspective is needed in addressing this highly pluralistic society. Dawah must be a binding factor within the society, not a breaking factor which can strengthen the differences. Plurality is an interesting fact to be responded wisely. Plurality will greatly provide valuable lessons and wisdom in carrying out dawah. Allah creates a plurality to enrich people so that they can complement and learn each other.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to find out; (1) the urgency of academic supervision at SMP Al-Irsyad Tegal and MTsN Brebes, Jawa Tengah; (2) the picture of the academic supervision implementation, obstacles, and solutions; (3) the positive impact of the implementation of academic supervision in developing teacher of religion professionalism in SMP Al-Irsyad Tegal and MTsN Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah. The result showed that: (1) Academic supervision is necessary to do by a supervisor, in this case, the headmaster SMP Al-Irsyad Tegal and MTsN Brebes, which had done supervision activity so school activities can be directed to achieve the expected education purposes. (2) The implementation of educators supervision either at SMP Al-Irsyad Tegal or MTsN Model Brebes could be reviewed in some aspects, those are the purpose of supervision, the function of supervision, the types and technique of the implementation of supervision used. As for the steps had done, it included planning, implementing, and evaluating of supervision. Meanwhile, the obstacles in the implementation of supervision were a complexity of the headmaster??s duty as the leader, lack of preparation of supervised teachers and sometimes happens at the same time with other activities, such as training, workshop, etc. The effort made was by coordinating with senior teachers. (3) The positive impact of the implementation of academic supervision is motivating supervised teachers of the importance to improve competence, so the quality of the learners will increase, and then it shows more of a professional teacher.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out how in MTs. Swasta Teladan Gebang Kab. Langkat on Quranic Subjects Hadith implements the 2013 Curriculum in the Planning, Implementation and Assessment Phase. The results of this paper that Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in the planning stage is appropriate for the Quranic Subjects of Hadith in MTs. Swasta Teladan Gebang Kab. Langkat with learning tools made by teachers, namely syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP).In the implementation phase of the 2013 curriculum, it cannot be carried out directly fully, except with a process and improvements that are carried out in stages. This means that the implementation of learning using the 2013 curriculum can only be done in the superior class, but in the regular class it cannot be carried out maximally. In the assessment phase, the teacher does not experience difficulties in assessing the Quranic Hadith subjects, only in the 2013 curriculum are written in detailed formats in carrying out student assessments every day. This format makes the assessment process difficult because the implementation of the assessment covers three aspects, including the assessment of knowledge, skills and attitudes.

Abstract

AbstractIn the context of education for students with disability, Assessment is functioned to measure the capability and difficulty of students in learning as a tool to determine what the students need in their learning process. In other words, assessment is used to know and determine where the problems of students faced and what the necessities of students to support their learning process. This research has purposed to express the Implementation of Assessment of special education (SLB) Teacher and The Cooperation of Teacher with Outsiders. The result of this research showed that there are two aspects of the implementation of teacher??s assessment. The first aspect is from their limitations, and the second aspect is from the ability to understand the material in the class. Therefore, the effort in improving the capability of students is very needed the cooperation with outsiders, such as the specialist teacher, student guardian or parents.

Abstract

This study describes the dialectics of moral education in the view of Al-Gazālī and Ibn Miskawaih Muslim philosopher who is considered to have a role in establishing rational and moral character education of Sufism. In a historical perspective of the development of the philosophy of ethics, found a difference of thought both figures, where Ibn Miskawaih more considered extending the concept as the catalyst of progress education ethics while Al-Gazālī some mentioned as one of the factors that led to stopping of rate dynamics of thought in the world of Islamic education.

Abstract

Pesantren Nurul Quran is an Al-Quran boarding school devoted to students. To enter this pesantren, mahasantri candidates are required to go through recruitment stages including the Quran recitation test and interviews. Students who study at the pesantren consist of students of the Al-Quran Higher Education Institute (PTIQ) and also students of Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University in Jakarta. This study aims to describe the implementation of tahfiz learning in Pesantren Nurul Quran. The research method in the research is qualitative descriptive with data analysis of Mile and Huberman models. The results of this study are: a) The method used in tahfiz learning is the method of talaqqi and takrir, b) Murajaah activity is carried out in four parts, namely personal murajaah, murajaah by guidance, murajaah in the tahajud, and murajaah weekly, c) Evaluation in tahfiz learning is done regularly on the last week of each month. While the difficulties faced by mahasantri in memorizing the Quran are a) the difficulty of memorizing new verses that are not understood in its meaning, b) Busyness in activities outside the pesantren, which is between preparing lectures and memorizing the Quran at the pesantren.

Abstract

This classroom action research purposes for increasing learning outcomes of learners in Qalqalah, Ra and Lam reading law lesson in IX-4 class Patumbak 1 State Junior High School Academic Year 2016/2017. This research apply PTK design with participatory approach. Based on the data analysis, at the beginning of action obtained the level of completeness in classical, it is 6 people (17.6%) while the students who have not experience mastery is 28 students (82.4%). On the first cycle of completeness level of learning outcomes at classical method is 16 people (47%) while the number of students who have not experienced knowledge is 18 students (53%). Furthermore, in the last cycle, the completeness lefel of student learning outcomes was more and more increased as many as 32 students (94.11%) while students who had not experienced mastery as many as 2 student (5.8%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of halal labels on the purchasing decisions of consumers in the city of Medan. Halal label is a halal statement written on the packaging issued on the basis of halal inauguration that integrates on product packaging as a legal guarantee, that the guarantee in question is halal to be used and consumed by the public, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and legislation. So, the number of food products circulating in the city of Medan, which do not have a halal label. But even so, the product continued to circulate widely, even many bought the product. On this basis, researchers want to see how to influence halal labels on consumers decisions to buy a food product in the city of Medan. Meanwhile, residents in the Medan city are almost in balance, between Muslims and non-Muslims this study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis and Determination test. This study uses a sampling method by accidental sampling and purposive sampling, by way of sampling by chance (spontaneity), but the sample chosen is also based on certain considerations, namely non-Muslim communities and Muslim communites.
