Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of education level to word coffee’s farmer in trading system in Desa Bies Penentanan Kecamatan Bies Kabupaten Central Aceh. Survey in this research is in Bies Penentanan village of Bies District Central Aceh. The object of these research are formal education, non-formal education, informal education, the quality coffee, and transportation. The samples are 50 respondents. Data are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. Results show that formal education (X1), non-formal education (X2), informal education (X3), the quality of coffee (X4), transportation (X5), have significant effect toward marketing system of coffee in Bies Penentanan village of Bies District in Central Aceh Regency.Based on the results of this research is got coefficient of correlation (R) 0.457 or 45.7% and coefficient of determinant (R²) 0.209 that means 20.9% changing dependent variable can explain by independent variable. Therefore, the result of this research can be concluded that Ha is received, because F-test> Ftable, while F-test 6.325>F-table 2.427 both at significant of level 0,000.Keywords: influence of education, trading system, formal and non-formal education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja, komunikasi, kekompakkan tim kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan Inspektorat Aceh. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 99 orang pegawai yang diambil dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik regresi linier berganda.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa umumnya pegawai Inspektorat Aceh memiliki penilaian yang baik terhadap kualitas Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan yang dihasilkan instansi tersebut. Mereka juga memiliki penilaian yang baik terhadap kemampuan kerja, komunikasi, kekompakkan tim kerja dan kepemimpinan yang diperankan oleh atasan/ketua tim audit. Keempat variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan yang dihasilkan Inspektorat Aceh. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kualitas Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan adalah kepemimpinan, kemudian menyusul kekompakkan tim kerja pada urutan kedua.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan Inspektorat Aceh dipengaruhi secara nyata oleh kemampuan kerja pegawai, komunikasi diantara sesama pegawai, kekompakkan tim kerja dan penilaian pegawai terhadap kepemimpinan yang diperankan oleh atasan/ketua tim audit. Karena itu, Kepala Inspektorat Aceh dipandang perlu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja pegawainya, memelihara kelancaran komunikasi dan kekompakkan tim kerja dikalangan pegawai/tim kerja dan mempertahankan kepemimpinan yang sudah dianggap baik oleh pegawai secara umum. Kata Kunci :   Kualitas Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan, Kemampuan Kerja, Komunikasi, Kekompakkan Tim Kerja dan Kepemimpinan.

Abstract

             The health assessment of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) is a cooperative incorporated descriptive research study that aims to get the description of health BQ Surya Madinah (Islamic MFIs). The period for this study was raised in 2009 and 2010. The guidelines for use of cooperative health assessment, formulated by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Republic of Indonesia, which poured through the Ministers decision No. 35.3/Per/M.KUKM/X/2007 for cooperative health assessment sharia. In a co-operative health assessment consists of eight aspects of sharia that aspects of capital valuation, asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, and growth kemadirian, cooperative identity, sharia compliance. However, in this study only four financial ratios studied the aspects of capital, asset quality, liquidity, and the independence and growth.             The results calculation (score) of each component aspect ratio shows the ratio of the components are not all aspects can be expressed well, only three ratios that can yield the best assessment of the capital adequacy ratio of the given conclusion score "HEALTHY" financial ratios for the funds received were conclusions scores "LIQUID" profitability and capital ratios are given conclusion score "HIGH".To obtain better achievements in the future, it requires a proper measures to raise awareness of all members of the cooperative to jointly participate in the implementation of cooperative activities, either in the form of capital, financing and deposits. Key words: health assessment, Islamic MFIs, and BQ Surya Madinah

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to find the influence of formal and informal communication toward the employee of PT Pos Indonesia Banda Aceh. The samples of this research are 40 respondents of 128 employee. Collecting data is used by questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results of this research shows that formal communication is influence toward the way of employee working in PT Pos Indonesia Banda Aceh, while informal communication is not influence toward it. The result indicates that simultaneously formal and informal communication influence significantly influence toward the employee working in PT Pos Indonesia Banda Aceh. Later, either partially formal communication influence significatly toward the way of employee working, while informal communication is not influence the way of employee working in PT Pos Indonesia Banda Aceh.Keywords: formal communication, informal communication, employee

Abstract

The research problem of this study is how the effect of price, quality, and promotion towards purchasing decision of Yamaha motorcycle among the students of Economic Faculty Muhammadiyah University Aceh. This study aims to identify the affect of price, product  and promotion towards the purchasing decision of Yamaha motorcycle among the students of Economic Faculty Muhammadiyah University Aceh and to determine the dominant variable with significant influence to the purchasing decision of Yamaha motorcycle among the students of Economic Faculty of Muhammadiyah University Aceh.The population in this study is students who use Yamaha motorcycle in Economic Faculty of Muhammadiyah University Aceh, with the number of population is 894 students. The sample in this study was drawn  by applying convenience sampling with the number of sample is 90 students which is determined by Slovin formula. The method of this study uses mutiple linier regression.The result of partial test (t-test) shows that only promotion has significant influence towards the purchasing decision of Yamaha motorcycle. This t-test was conducted by 5 percent standard of significance. While, the result of simultaneous test (uji F)  was gained at Fcount (17.106) > Ftable (2.3205) with probability sig 0.000 < 0.05 which means price, quality, and promotion influence the purchasing decision of Yamaha motorcycle among the students of Economic Faculty Muhammadiyah University Aceh simultaneously. The Correlation coefficient (R)  is obtained at 0.611 shows the rate of the relation between dependent variable with independent variable in the strong/tight rate. while the adjusted R2 is gained at 0.352 which means 35.2 percent of the purchasing decision can be explained by the variable of price, product and promotion while 64.8 percent of the purchasing decision is influenced by other variables outside of this  study.Price, quality, and promotion has significant influence on the purchasing decision of Yamaha motorcycle among the students of Economic Faculty Muhammadiyah University Aceh simultaneously. However, partially only promotion has significant influence and dominant on the the purchasing decision of Yamaha motorcycle. Therefore, it is better for the manufacturer to be more aggresive in conducting their promotion and creating better quality with affordable price. Thus, the customer will be more interested to buy Yamaha motorcycle. Keywords : price, product, promotion, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Aceh Indonesian Broadcasting Commision is an independent institution and has authority according to the law to manage the running of broadcasting in Aceh. In performing it tasks and function, KPID has been assisted by a secretariat where the personnels are outsourcing staff. To evaluate the performance of staff, KPID carried out performance evaluation system.Performance evaluation system at KPID is in form of individual evaluation where a superior directly evaluate behaviour and performance of his/her subordinates. For behaviour evaluation, the results of evaluation is in form of good, middle, and less good behaviour. While for performance, the results is in form of the achievement of job volume. The results would then be base for the decision of the institution.According to evaluation been done and compared with the theory, it can be concluded that in the staff job performance evaluation within KPID, the system used has been complied with the regulation. It can be seen from the administration of staff job performance evaluation at KPID where the method used was the same as the theory.

Abstract

This research empirically excamines the influence of decision of consumer about to purchase of brand car Toyota Kijang Innova in PT. Dunia Barusa Banda Aceh. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of cultural, social, personal and psychologist factor toward the decisions of consumen purchase in buying of brand car Toyota Kijang Innova in PT Dunia Barusa Banda Aceh.Collecting data is conducted by giving questionnaires to consumen owner of Kijang Innova car which choosed conveniencely in serving area of purna selling in PT. Duni Barusa Banda Aceh. This analysis uses multiple linear regression with SPSS. It influences culture, social, personal and psychology factors partially toward consumen decision in purchasing of brand caa Kijang Innova significant with t-table (1.9842) in significant level of for each them is 0.005, 0.000 and 0.014 or it’s smaller than 0.005. It’s influenced all factors of independent variable simoultaneously toward dependent variable that it’s also significant with F-test(110.007)>F-table(2.4675). The relation of independent variable with dependent variable positively with R value 90.70%. The influence of four factors in decision of purchasing of brand car Kijang Innova is R2 value 0,822 that means 82.20% changing dependent variable can explain by independent variables. The rest of that value, which is 17.80% can explain by other variables outside model.Keywords: consumer, purchase, cultural, social, personal, psychologist

Abstract

Kurang adanya peranan kepemimpinan dalam menciptakan komunikasi yang harmonis serta memberikan pembinaan pegawai, akan menyebabkan tingkat kinerja pegawai rendah. Demikian halnya dengan kurangnya motivasi pegawai seperti tidak disiplin masuk kerja, malas-malasan dalam bekerja akan menyebabkan kinerja pegawai rendah, sehingga penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas bina marga dan cipta karya provinsi aceh.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Bina Marga dan Cipta Karya Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian dilaksanakan di di jalan jendral sudirman no.I Banda Aceh. Objek penelitian adalah data primer mengenai faktor Gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Bina Marga dan Cipta Karya Aceh. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 60 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan persamaan sebagai berikut: Y = 1.321 + 0.493X1 + 0.052X2.Koefisien korelasi (R) = 0,534/53,4% menggambarkan bahwa derajat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi terhadap tingkat kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Bina Marga dan Cipta Karya Aceh mempunyai hubungan erat. Koefisien determinan (R2) sebesar 28.5% menunjukkan tingkat kinerja pegawai terhadap gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi. Berarti 71.5% tingkat kinerja pegawai dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

The behaviour and attitude are strongly influenced by somebody’s traits and chracteristic. Good behaviour of entrepreneur will lead to righteousness, safety and raise one’s dignity. This independence is the first stage to reach company’s economic healthy. The objective of this study is to identify and analysis the influence of entrepreneur’s behaviour to independence personality of Pasar Atjeh clothing merchants  by using minor personality type as variable which comprises of personal achieve, supersales person, real manager and expert idea generator. Data was gathered by interview, questionaire and study of documentation. Data was analysed by applying descriptive method and multiple linear regression. Data was processed statistically by using SPSS program verse 15.00 for windows to calculate F-test, T-test and determinant coefficient (R2). Purposive Sampling is used in this study as sampling technique.The result of this study shows that personal achiever, supersales person, real manager and expert idea generator has significant influence positively with the entrepreneur independence of Pasar Atjeh clothing merchant Banda Aceh.  With the value of determinant coefficient (R2 adjusted) is 0.654, the value of simultaneously F-test is 32,253 and significant at 0,000. Keywords: Entrepreneurship behavior, personality independence  and Aceh    Traditional Market

Abstract

 The purpose of  this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix of Toyota car purchasing decisions in the city of Banda Aceh. Study sample were as many as 98 other communities in the city of Banda Aceh, which was taken by Ramdom sampling. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Further data analysis using statistical tools that multiple linear regression.The results showed that the advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and publicity positive influence on purchase decisions of Toyota cars in the city of Banda aceh.faktor the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions is a personal sales, sales promotion followed in second place. Based on the results whereas the t test (partial) indicates that a partial test of the four independent variables are variables advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and publicity significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Toyota Cars in Banda Aceh.             The conclusion that can be taken from this study is the variable advertising, sales promotion, publicity and personal pennjualan influence on purchasing decisions of Toyota cars in the city of Banda Aceh.
