Keywords : Islam, gender, hak perempuanCopyright © 2013 by Kafa`ah All right reservedDOI : 10.15548/jk.v3i2.51

One of the factors that can affect a persons consumption behavior is peer group. The individual peers feel a similarity one to another, such as age, needs and goals to strengthen the group. Peer as a group is more influence in choosing how to clothe, hobby, association and other social activities. Teenager is often faced with the acceptance or rejection of peers in the association. To avoid rejection of peers, the youth tend to follow the same thing with a peer group that are well accepted in the peer group.
