Jurnal Al Bayan: Jurnal Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab published twice a year since 2010 (June and December). Since 2017 this journal began in the online, is a multilingual (Indonesia, Arabic, and English), peer-reviewed journal, and specializes in Arabic Education. This journal is published by the Arabic Education Department, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching, Raden Intan State Islamic University of Lampung. Editors welcome scholars, researchers and practitioners of Arabic Education to submit scholarly articles to be published through this journal. All articles will be reviewed by experts before accepted for publication. Each author is solely responsible for the content of published articles.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to discuss linguistic thoughts and Arabic learning in Indonesia, along with both innovation opportunities and their actualization in the development of Arabic learning. This study is literary with an intertextual approach to the literature associated with two fields. The meaning of the text is done by content analysis. This study concludes that the innovation of linguistic thoughts and Arabic learning can be done on three levels, namely Arabic linguistic study and development, contextualization of Arabic research methodology, and standardization of ICT-based Arabic language learning and research. Various problems surrounding learning Arabic language can be solved through research and study of Arabic linguistics in depth, comprehensive and cross-disciplinary of science. Opportunities to innovate linguistic thoughts and language learning are wide open. Various scientific forums and journals as well as research in Arabic-based learning development of linguistic thought can lead to tajdîd (reform, innovation)  and ijtihâdat lughawiyyah (linguistics innovation). The future of linguistic studies and Arabic learning in Indonesia is believed to be very bright and enlightening if reinforced by the development of linguistic research meth- ods and Arabic learning.Keywords:Innovation, linguistic thought, Arabic learning, linguistic research, scientific and academic forums

Abstract

 ABSTRAKDialect, according to many Arabic linguists, refers to language and letters used by a particular community that cause differences in the pronunciation even in the way particular letters are used among different societies.Dialect is variation in language depending on the users, that is the language as it is commonly used by the language users. Dialect; therefore, is dependent upon who use the language and where the users of the language reside. The geographical aspects shape the regional dialect and the social aspects shape the social dialect.This descriptive quantitative research aims to investigate the factors and aspects that shape some dialects in Arabic.The findings demonstrate that the factors influencing dialects include the geographical width of the area, the cross-language interaction and the different strata of the society.Keywords: Dialect, Arabic linguists, Causes and Elements

Abstract

AbstractThe word ‘media’ comes from the Latin Language ‘medium’. Media is a means of the instrument to channeling messages or learning information, by using the media can help achieve learning success. A media is very urgent and important in the effort to achieve the learning objects of the material. Learning media that is interesting for learners of Arabic is very needed, especially in understanding the material of Arabic rules. As we know that in Arabic Language Grammarly ‘Shorof’ which requires a lot of memorization. According to that as a solution is to use game as card for learning media. This learning media found in many learning process. But it has never been applied to the ‘Shorof’ material. This research was tried to experiment with its effectiveness to students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program in Faculty of Language Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The long-term need of this research is to provide a solution or a way to facilitate Arabic learners in memorizing the rules of ‘Shorof’ material in Arabic language and find effective learning media solutions in teaching Arabic in general.Keywords: Arabic language, card, media, shorof.

مستخلص البحثإن معهد دار اللغة الدراسات الإسلامية أحد المعاهد يهتم كبيرا إلى اللغة العربية، وبصفتها مركز اللغة العربية بباميكاسن. ولكن بعد ملاحظة الباحث بمهذا المعهد يجد الباحث المشلات في تعليم اللغة العربية بخاصة في تعليم الصرف. والمشكلات التي يواجهها المعهد هو الكتاب المستخدم هو كتاب الصرف الكيلاني، فيحتاج المعهد إلى تطوير وتحسين الكتاب المستخدم.ومن ثم ذلك يقوم الباحث بتطوير كتاب الصرف الكيلاني بخريطة المفاهيم. ويستخدم الباحث المدخل البحث والتطوير(Research & Development)، فهذا المدخل هو طريقة البحث المستخدمة للحصول على نتائج معينة وتجربة فعالة.وبالنسبة إلى فرضية البحث إذا كانHoمردودفيقبلHa، والمعنى ذلك أن معدلي النتيجة غير مماثلين.الكلمات المفتاحية: كتاب الصرف الكيلاني، خريطة المفاهيم AbstractIslamic Boarding School (Pon-Pes) Daar el-Lugaha ad-Diraasat wa al-Islamiyah Pamekasan Madura is one ponpes that gives a great attention to the Arabic language.But after researchers conducted observations are also interviews with teachers of Arabic in the ponpes, it was revealed that there are still problems faced learning Arabic, the most urgent is the development in the textbook material shorf Kailani. Therefore, researchers find it very necessary to conduct development shorf book Kailani with mind mapping in the ponpes.Researchers used the approach of R & D (research and development), this approach is a method used to produce certain products also test its effectiveness. And the average results of the questionnaire showed that 90.5% of correspondents consider good use shorf book with Mind Mapping in learning shorf.Keywords: Shorf Book Kailani, Mind Mapping

Abstract

Abstract: This article concludes that Arabic has a very significant contribution to shaping the culture of literacy in Indonesia. Arabic influences Indonesian from script to semantic, lexicographic, and grammatical. The Islamic religion which is inseparable from the Arabic language can change the life of Indonesian people who originally oriented art or beautiful temple works to be book-oriented that creates many writings in the form of manuscripts so that the birth of thousands and even millions of manuscripts. For contact with Islam, the Indonesian archipelago population began to recognize and accept rationality, internationality, and universality through writings in the form of manuscripts.This study is a literature study. The author uses two approaches in social sciences that are, historically, to know social, cultural and political phenomena; while the philology approach is used to find out Arabic Jawi manuscripts that are actually rich in unexpected information.Keywords: Arabic, Literacy, Manuscripts, Indonesia, Malay

مستخلص البحثالمدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية منبع الأعلى فوروادادي كروبوكان هي المدرسة فيها تعلم اللغة العربية. اما اهداف هذا البحث فهو لأن يعرف فعالية وسيلة اللعبة اللغوية  "بروكون سقوار" (Broken Square) و"سنو بوليج" (Snow Balling) في تعليم اللغة العربية لترقية مهارة القراءة في الفصل  العاشر بالمدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية منبع الأعلى. ومنهج هذا البحث هو " منهج كمي" (quantitative) ونوع هذا البحث "بحث تجريبيّ"، بشكل التصميم Pretest-Posttest Group Design . نتائج من درجة اختبار "ت" العلاقة   هي 4،66   1،992 من مستوى دلالة 5%. وخلاصة البحث، أن موجدة فعالية تطبيق وسيلة اللعبة اللغوية "بروكون سقوار" (Broken Square) و"سنو بوليج" (Snow Balling) في تعليم اللغة العربية لترقية مهارة القراءة في الفصل العاشر بالمدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية منبع الأعلى فوروادادي كروبوكان. والفرضية في هذا البحث مقبولة.الكلمات المفتاحية: وسيلة اللعبة اللغوية، "بروكون سقوار" (Broken Square)، "سنو بوليج" (Snow AbstrakAliyah Madrasah Manbaul Alaa Purwodadi Grobogan is one of the Madrasas that teaches Arabic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of Broken Square and Snow Balling language game media in learning Arabic in class X Madrasah Aliyah Manbaul Alaa. The approach of this research is a quantitative approach to experiment with the Pretest-Posttest Group Design design. In this study researchers collected data using test, observation and documentation methods. Experimental research is very important as a method made to find out the results of the reality of cause and effect. On this occasion, the researcher intends to find out the level of reading skills of students in class X Aliyah Madrasah Manbaul Alaa using Broken Square and Snow Balling language games, by comparing the control class and the experimental class. From this study, the results of the T.test correlation were 4.66 ˃ which is 1.992 at a significance level of 5%. Then it can be said that the language of Broken Square and Snow Balling is effective in learning Arabic to improve reading skills in class X Manbaul Aliyah Madrasah Alaa Purwodadi Grobogan. Abstract

AbstractIslamic boarding schools not only can bring up the religious enthusiasm, but also interpret Indonesia with a spirit of nationalism. Hence, it is not surprising that pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) is present to give a dedication to this nation aside from Islamic interest. Not only in the role of education,an educational institution like pesantren also had socio-cultural functions and role, a significant spiritual movement needs to be done to provide reinforcement towards empowerment within the goal of education holistically. A means that supports the learning process is the mastery of Arabic. This paper will describe the practice of Arabic teaching and learning in Muslim minority area with an approach to the principle of moderation. The research was carried out in West Papua which included five districts and one city. The results of the study showed that the application of learning that was carried out in Islamic boarding schools in Mayamuk, Aimas, Waisai, Teminabuan, Kaimana, Waigom, and Misol, was done in a well-structured. In the seven locations, Islamic education within the framework of the learning process that is based on language skills is carried out with the santri (Students) communicative approach.The skill of the students that is trained is linguistic expression without special emphasis on grammar mastery. The environment of boarding schools that provide dormitories as a place to live becomes a tool of interaction among santri (students) in practicing language skills. The language ability of the students is adapted to the learning context along with the environment. The existing social aspects are used to support the learning process. Finally, this research concludes that differences in learning objectives and determining approach and methodological aspects will affect learning Arabic.Keywords: Modern, Learning, Islamic Boarding School

مستخلص البحث:ينطلق هذا البحث من مشكلة التي يواجهها طلاب قسم تعليم اللغة العربية بجامعة محمدية تانجرانج، حيث صعوبتهم على ممارسة التعبير الشفهي. ويهدف هذا البحث لكشفها، ولوصف الخطة الاجرائية عما يتعلق بتدريس التعبير الشفهي بالطريقة الاتصالية وأثرها في ترقية كفاءة التعبير الشفهي لطلاب قسم تعليم اللغة العربية في جامعة محمدية تانجرانج. هذا البحث بحث نوعي، ويُخْتَصّ هذا البحث في دراسة حالة لأنها يُقَصّده الباحث لمعرفة المشكلة التي يواجهها الطلاب في التعبير الشفهي ومراحل تدريسه بالطريقة الاتصالية التي تجري في الفصل وأثرها شاملا وعامقا. وتشير نتيجة هذا البحث: الأول، أن المشكلة التي يواجهها الطلاب في تدريس التعبير الشفهي هي: أ). قلة التدريبات اللغوية الشفوهية، ب). قلة حفظ المفردات الموضوعية، ج). قلة التواصل بين الطلاب باللغة العربية، د). قلة اهتمام بالمواد المدروس، هـ) أن التعبير الشفهي الذي يمارسه الطلاب غير منتَظِم. الثاني، أن تدريس التعبير الشفهي بالطريقة الاتصالية على ثلاث مراحل إجرائية، وهي الخطة، والتنفيذ، والتقويم. والثالث، إن استخدام الطريقة الاتصالية فعال في ترقية كفاءة التعبير الشفهي.الكلمات المفتاحية: تدريس، التعبير الشفهي، الطريقة الإتصالية AbstrackThis research departs from the problems faced by the students of the Arabic Language Education Department of Muhammadiyah University in Tangerang in the tabir syafahi (verbal expression) practice. The purpose of this study was to reveal the problems faced by students in teaching tabir syafahi and also the procedures for using communicative methods in teaching tabir syafahi and their effectiveness in improving tabir syafahi competencies in Arabic Language Education students at Muhammadiyah University in Tangerang. This study uses a qualitative approach; and including the type of case study because researchers want to know deeply and comprehensively about the problem tabir syafahi experienced by students, the stages of teaching, and the impact of the application of communicative methods in tabir syafahi learning. The results of this study indicate that: First, the problems faced by students of the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang in teaching tabir syafahi include: a). lack of oral language training, b). treasury of thematic mufradat is still minimal, c). the intensity of Arabic communication is still lacking, d). lack of attention to the material being taught, e). less systematic in conveying ideas. Second, the procedure for applying communicative methods in tabir syafahi includes three things, namely: a). Planning, b). Implementation, c). Evaluation. Third, the use of communicative methods is effective in improving the competency of tabir syafahi.Keywords: Communicative Method, Teaching, Tabir Syafahi

Abstract

AbstractConceptually, Islam history with its special historiography characteristic has got scientific recognition that is not only in Islamic side. In the context of history of Islamic culture, it has implication relates to an effort for harmonizing between historical material with some lessons or morar value to become a basis for morality to then turn into the soft-skill development. Thus, several things relate to the exposure and the understanding of Islamic history at school, need to be stated in detail to become the subject for further research. The interesting thing to learn is the fulfillment of historical needs regarding chronological aspects and historical material testing according to some criteria that apply in historical research methodology. This research belongs to the category of library research. In this case , research data sources,  both those directly or indirectly related to written material published in textbooks do not meet the standards of scientific work. The easiest indicator to see is the absence of footnotes, interpretations and looks  only moving from the reference book. again, this is related to the motive for the preparation of textbooks arrangements which are intended for purely educational purposes regardless to material validity to then  turn  to  conclusion that the history textbook of Islamic culture is very difficult to be called as a history book, in the level of books and historical literature, it is in the tertiary position.Keywords : Analysis, Islamic Senior High School, History of Islamic culture

مستخلص البحث        إنّ التطوّر والتقدم في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم أدى إلى ظهور كثير من المستحدثات التكنولوجية أصبح توظيفها في العملية التعليمية ضرورة, للإستفادة منها في رفع كفاءة العملية التعليمية. والتعليم الإلكتروني تتم عن طريق استخدام أجهزة إلكترونية والوسائط المتعدّدة وتعتمد على تطبيقات الحاسبات الإلكترونية وشبكات الإتصال في نقل المهارات والمعارف وتضم تطبيقات عبر الويب وغرف التدريس الإفتراضية حيث يتم تقديم محتوى دروس عبر الإنترنت والأشرطة السمعية والفيديو ويمكن الطالب من الوصول إلى مصادر التعليم في أيّ وقت وأيّ مكان. استخدمت الباحثة منهج الاستقرائي والوصفي بالطريقة المكتبية بحيث تجمع المعلومات المنشودة من الكتب والبحوث والمقالات باستخدام الشبكة الدولية وغير ذلك.  هذه المقالة, تعرض الباحثة تعريف التعليم الإلكتروتي, أنواع التعليم الإلكتروني, استراتيجيات التعليم الإلكتروني, المعايير العامة لتصميم برمجيات التعليم الإلكتروني, خصائص التعليم الإلكتروني, أهمّ إيجابيات التعليم الإلكتروني, تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني في بعض المدارس.الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليم الإلكتروني, تطبيق, دور,تعليم اللّغة العربيّة.    AbstractDevelopments and advances of educational technology led to the emergence of advanced technology that has become a necessity in the educational process to improve the efficiency of the educational process. E-learning uses electronic and multimedia devices and relies on electronic computer applications and communication networks in the delivery of skills and knowledge and deliver content through online audio and video that allows students to access content anytime and anywhere.
