Abstract

Mixture of marketing constitutes one of effective marketing strategies to increase selling. The role of personal selling conducted by PT XYZ could be known based on how far the influence of personal selling to the escalation of selling and how personal selling conducted by firm got effectiveness and achieved determinate targets. In this research it’s an assumption that factors out of promotion activity didn’t shift.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is an activity conducted by firm in the frame of establishing price of product, distribution, and promotion to introduce products or service produced by the firm. Consumers are expected to be interested to make use of those products and services, thereby marketing strategy will bi able to increase visitors. In establishing marketing strategy TMII conducted vision, mission, and goals analysis first before carrying out SWOT analysis by means of regression, correlation, and coefficient of determination analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang di adopsi oleh perusahaan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manafaktur di Jawa Timur dan juga untuk menguji hubungan antara strategi usaha manufaktur, lingkungan bisnis, dan pretasi perusahaan di pandang dari performance usaha manufaktur.Strategi kualitas dan strategi pembiayaan merupakan strategi usaha manufaktur yang paling populer yang diadopsi oleh perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur di Jawa Timur.Dan lagi, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara strategi usaha manufaktur dengan prestasi usaha manufaktur itu. Ternyata bahwa perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang usaha manufaktur di Jawa Timur yang mengadobsi strategi kualitas itu lebih berhasil dilihat dari kualitas produk yang lebih unggul,prose, dan fleksibilitas yang leih tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to delve information regarding how far the influence of training to workers productivity and2) to observed the implementation of K3 obliged by government. Approach conducted to find out the role K3 is from work mishap of workers and how far the influence of work mishap to workers productivity. The essence of this research is in the frame of developing human resources, specifically in an effort to increase human resources productivity in a firm, with PT Goodyear as case study object. It’s proven from this research that training has significant influence to workers productivity increase. If the firm escalates its training program, workers productivity will be higher. If each of workers get more training program, say an hour, thereby workers productivity will increase 0,0288 tire per workers productivity as well. If work, mishap increase one person, productivity will decrease 0,012 tire per worker per month
