Abstract

In line with growth of era requirement of speed and of accuracy (information accuracy) represent vital matter in information era these days. In a company represent a system, representing network a work from procedures which is interaction, flock together to activity or to finish a certain target. System Planning and control of Production is system which effort manufacture used to plan goods to produce pursuant to order of customer. This goods production require matured planning in preparation of material required, to be sent out for to supplier. Abstract

The analysis of product and manufacturing process is the initiate activity and become a base in planning an industrial activity. The error in the early analysis will cause a fatal effect in the following process. Product analysis is an activity which will change the last product into the components of the product former in detail: specification, volume, and the amount of the product. Abstract

This research is nucleus core perceive models application nonlinear to evaluate satisfaction of information system which they use.  This model is wearable as a means of to measure satisfaction of asking for user personate responder to give a value depicting satisfaction store. Response of this attributes is combined linearly is henceforth formed by model which representative in measurement of store; level satisfaction of user to information system which they use. Step is solving of this research need two data aggregate. First is primary data, continued with data of secondary as reinforcement. This data is applied at linear model and five model of[is nonlinear as comparator. Of this result we earn to do anticipation test nonlinear model more effective in predictive mount satisfaction of consumer as a whole relate to information system which they use. Abstract

With beautiful art and primitive ancestors to provide a visual form of crafts, native cultures offer great potential to improve the design and become a recognized global market value. Evidence suggests a very high prospect for some local culture into cultural elements that are important in the design of future applications. The purpose of this paper is to explore the meaning of cultural objects and to extract the local culture of their cultural traits. This paper tries to describe how to improve the features of the local culture by using new production technology, which can be converted into a modern product that meets the needs of the contemporary consumer market. Certain cultural objects chosen to describe the performance analysis of cultural features, how it is used, cultural meaning, operational interface, and the scenario in which it is used. Finally, this paper established a cultural product design model that is intended to provide designers with a valuable reference for designing a product cross-cultural success. Abstract

Performance is a thing that is individualized, as each employee has a different ability levels vary for doing his job. The management company can measure the performance of employees based on the performance of each employee. Performance is an action, not an event. Performance of the action itself consists of many components and is not a result that can be seen at the time as well. Strategy is an integrated, comprehensive and integrated corporate strategy excellence linking environmental challenges that are designed to ensure that corporate objectives can be achieved through proper execution by the company. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method of decision-making on the issue of prioritization of choice alternatives. Using AHP begins by making the hierarchical structure of the problem to study. Pairwise comparison matrices are used to establish relationships within the structure. In the pairwise comparison matrix will be sought from the weight of each criterion in the AHP strategies to improve employee performance with a range of alternatives can be seen that the highest priority to improving the quality of 0.3871. followed by improvement of infrastructure and welfare weighing 0.3610 and 0.2519.   Keywords: Performance, Strategy, AHP

Simulation as mode to yield the condition of from situation with model for study to test or training, and others. Queue arise because of requirement of service will exceed ability (service capacity) or service facility, so that consumer of facility which arrive cannot immediately get service caused workload of service. Many matter, additional service facility can be given to lessen queue or to prevent incidence of queue. Abstract

Scheduling of production basically resource allocation to finish a group of work to be fulfilling certain criterion. The criterion can in the form of minimum completion of task time, usage of maximal resource, generated total cost minimum and other criterions. There is three important aspect to determine accomplishment of criterion, that is determination of production lot, determination of work sequence and determination of production capacities which is needed. In a industry of manufacture, scheduling needed in operator energy allocation, machine, and equipment of production, process sequence, product type, purchasing of raw material and others. Abstract

To get significant cost savings required for production managers to make improvements in inventory management. One method that is often used is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Just In Time (JIT). Both methods have advantages and disadvantages of each. The downside of this method Economic Order Quantity (EOC) is the burden of causing storage costs, it is because too many raw materials ordered, while the weakness of the Just In Time (JIT) is the emergence of the booking fee. This method vio companies to frequent message items with a small lot size. With the application of the method Just In Time (JIT) and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) for the planning period for 1 months resulting Total Inventory Cost (TIC) for the method Just In Time (JIT) of Rp 2,187,534,448 (calculated 3 types of materials ie raw rayon, cotton and polyester) and Total Inventory Cost (TIC) for the method Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) of Rp 2,187,681,189 (calculated three kinds of raw materials, namely fiber rayon, cotton and polyester). Therefore, when applying the method Just In Time (JIT) Total Inventory Cost savings obtained (TIC) of Rp 1,760,892. Abstract

PT. Rumpun Sari Medini early represent company which process green tea leaf sprout become dry tea which later then re-sold at company - company of other tea like: Sosro, 2 Forceps, and also PT. Rumpun Sari Medini with the existence of addition of new machine amount  production floor, causing to arrange floor situation produce green tea become less arranged better and cause material of handling required become more, eating expense and time, and also larger ones energy. Evaluated from arranging facility situation produce PT. Rumpun Sari Medini, trouble-shooting here  solving by using method of From Chart to with Facility Location Layout and software running (FLL), in this method determined travelled distance frequency between room, and also determined also degree of contiguity between room by using Activity Relationship Chart (ARC). ResultL of processing with FLL running three measurement of distance method, Rectilinear Distance, Squared Euclidean Distance and of Euclidean Distance seen from best contiguity to entire/all part of production and also possibility do the proposal layout can be applied with condition of which in fact field, got  most minimum contribution value that is Euclidean Distance with contribution value equal to 115.894,32. Here also determined degree of contiguity between room by using Activity Relationship Diagram (ARC). Later;Then from proposal of layout pursuant to result of analysis of ARC and of running FLL with same method, Euclidean Distance transfer 2 department yield smaller contribution value 95.459,72 so that decided layout result of analysis of ARC weared as proposal layout. Abstract

Growth of Machine Searcher in this time yield high recall and store; level of precision low. Recall which is high to be interpreted that document which yielded in investigation of document many, while low accuracy store level can be interpreted that expected document can be found a few/little or lower. Solution to overcome the problem of above by making meeting system return information use method of Vector Space Model (VSM).
