Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan memidiasi komunikasi dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ekplanatory yang bertujuan untuk, menguji pengaruh peran mediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap komunikasi dan kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 152 responden dan mereka adalah karyawan bagian produksi pabrik Kertas PT. Setia Kawan Makmur Sejahtera Tulungagung. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (probabilitas sampling), sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan (simple random sampling). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei langsung dengan instrumen kuisioner. Untuk selanjutnya dianalisi menggunakan metode dan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) – Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, komunikasi terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, dan Peran mediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap komunikasi dan kinerja karyawan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the training, human resource development, employee morale, and employee performance through a positivist approach. The population is employees SKM (Sigaret Kretek Mesin) Unit.V PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk with a sample of 100 employees who have represented proportionately from each part of the field of production, quality control, and PPIC. Engineering analysis using Path Analysis tool. The results showed that the presence of training and human resource development effect on employee morale, meaning that by implementing training and human resources development will foster confidence in employees that the company is really a organization which not only pursue profits, employees see that the company has been paying attention. Lack of attention given to the company in the form of training and human resource development have had an impact on increasing employee morale. Trainings held company proved a positive response. This proves that the employees who attended training was getting attention from the company, which employees feel that the company implemented the training of employees looking into the companys assets. In addition, employees also felt that his presence in the company not merely as workers, but employees assess that the company also has to pay attention to the interests of the employees concerned. The result of the analysis showed that the effect on employee morale employee performance. It shows that with better morale, the employees are able to carry out tasks and jobs with better anyway.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai konsumen dengan nilai (β) sebesar 0,862.Kuliatas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan dengan nilai (β) sebesar 0,878. Kualitas layanan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai (β) sebesar 0,208. Nilai konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai (β) sebesar 0,317.Kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai (β) sebesar 0,345. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung dan signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui nilai konsumen sebesar 0,273. kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan pelanggan sebesar 0,303.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, (2) analyze the effect of job satisfaction on intention to leave, (3) analyze the effect of organizational commitment on intention to leave, (4) analyze the effect of job satisfaction on intention to leave through organizational commitment. This research was conducted by using path analysis (Path analys). Data on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and intention to leave was obtained through interviews and using a questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents MPS Ngoro JOMBANG employee who is a partner of PT.Hm. Sampoerna Tbk. From the research variables that affect the intention to leave, namely job satisfaction variables significantly positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction variables were not significant negative effect on intention to leave, organizational commitment variables significantly influence the intention to leave, and organizational commitment variables moderating the effect of job satisfaction on intention to leave.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis: pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai; pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai;pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja; pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja. Responden sebanyak 115 orang Pegawai PDAM Kota Kendari dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional (proportionate random sampling). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square(PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung yaitu melalui motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja fisik dan motivasi kerja terbukti mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan keilmuan khususnya sumberdaya manusia, terutama hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi kerja dan kinerja.

Abstract

The growth of information technology have brought changes to the development of the business word , and it is widely used by businessmen to compete in their marketing activities .thereford, the marketing activities growth broadly and complex .contemporaly, consumers are more easily to exchange the information with other consumers in choosing products that they would buy. The communication of Word of Mouth ( WOM ) becomes essential in marketing, because it can be influence consumer purchasing decision. Acordingly the communication of WOM have more trust compare to others marketing communication forms. The aim of this research is to find out and explain the influence of EWOM communication form toward Trust, Purchase Intention and purchase decisions. The type of this research is explanatory research. Object the research is consumers at Zafertech.com online shopping with 97 samples. The analysis method is using GSCA (generalized structured component ) analysis. Purposive Sampling is used in this research. The results show 1 ) the electric communication of WOM have a significant influence toward Trust, 2 ) the electric communication of WOM have a significant influence toward Purchase Intention, 3 ) the electric communication of WOM have a significant influence toward purchasing decision (4) trust have a significant influence toward Purchase Intention, (5) trust have a significant influence toward purchasing decision, and (6) Purchase Intention have a significant influence toward purchasing decision.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) have actively participated ina variety ofeconomic development in a country, including agribusiness sector. However, problems often arise that in hibit growth and development of SMEs. The problem comes both from outside and from with in the SMEs. World trade is mainly derived from the SME sect or which is required in preparing competitive commoditiesto competein local market, regional market and the world market. Indonesia is one of countries which supplies horticultural commodities. As a tropical country, Indonesia has abundant tropical horticulture product caused by its diversity o fland resources, climate, and the weather. Horticulture is one of the expected main sub-sector topositively contribute to the development of the agricultura lsector in East Java. Horticulture development is rural based and implemented through regional approaches, withsustainableagribusinesssystemin accordancewith thecomparativeand competitive advantages.The purpose of this study, to determine the influence of the environment and entrepreneur secret either partially and simultaneously on competitive advantage Bumiaji, Batu.Research participants of the study are ornamental farmers. Primary data and saturation sampling technique are applied in the study meanwhile questionnaire are used in collecting the data. The number of questionnaires were 43 units and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS 21 for windows. The results shows that environment affect the competitive advantage of horticulture agribusiness. The ability of financial assets held by the farmer in range below 120 million rupiah every year; include land owned. While in the entrepreneur secret doesn’t affect the competitive advantages. Farmer’s creativity to manage the process planting to harvest is less. This caused by a number of farmer who rely on the sale of ornamental plants without change the shape and usability. The determination coefficient is 0.36 ( adjusted R Square ), indicating that the environment ( X1 ) with entrepreneurial secret ( X2 ) are able to explain the competitive advantage of ornamental crop farmers by 36 %, while the remaining 64 % is influenced by other unexamined variables.

Abstract

Value relevance is being defined as the ability to explain the effect of accounting information to the price or stock returns. Accounting information is relevant if it could affect users of the financial statements in making decision. Earnings, book value, and cash flow constitute important components of financial report which is usually used as a means to inform the company’s performance. Aside from financial report, accounting information can also be obtained from on corporate social responsibility disclosure report. The objective of this research is to analyze the relevance of accounting information included earnings, book value, and cash flow to the stock price and to test the role of corporate social responsibility disclosure in moderating the relevance of earnings and book value. Sample that used in this research is non-financial listed companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange on 2007-2011. Samples are determined by purposive sampling method, 505 for the first sampling and 235 for second sampling. Hypotheses were tested using multiple regression analysis. This research shows that earning, book value, and cash flow from operating activity and cash flow from investment have value relevance, on the other hand financing is proven has no relevance with stock price. CSR Disclosure has been proven that it can moderate the relevance of earning and book value.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Intention to Leave.The research belongs to explanatory research. The samples are taken by using propotionate random sampling technique and the size of the samples to be determined 79 of 98 employes of PT. Bitung Mina Utama. The data collecting technique is questionnaire. The data is analyzed by using Path Analysis.The findings of this study show: (1) Organizational Culture has significant effect on Organizational Commitment; (2) Organizational Culture has significant effect on Job Satisfaction; (3) Organizational Culture has insignificant effect on Intention to Leave; (4) Job Satisfaction has significant effect on Organizational Commitment; (5) Job Satisfaction has insignificant effect on Intention to Leave; and (6) Organizational Commitment has significant effect on Intention to Leave.

Abstract

The rapid growth of social media in Indonesia leads the user to a level which the form of a new business plan can be developed that is social commerce. S-commerce is a new evolution in the world of internet commerce utilizing social media as a business platform. This study aimsto analyze the effect of social support, risk perception, and social interaction of trust and s-commerce’s consumer purchase intentions in Indonesia. Respondents were 148 Facebook user in Indonesia. Data collection through an electronic questionnaire survey method that has been deployed in social networks facebook. Methods and data analysis technique using Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that social support has dominant effect on consumer’s purchase intentions. These findings provide a new view about consumer’s activity in social media and has implication on s-commerce company strategy in Indonesia.
