Abstract

In this study was researcher trying to make an android-based application that can identify fish with formalin. The method used in researcher methods naïve Bayes classifier as a detector (detector) with the object input in the form of fish eye image. The steps in the study include the training and testing process. In the training process used to build the model naïve classifier and estimation parameters. While testing process, implement the results of the model and parameter estimation have been built to detect fish formalin or not formalin. The trial results demonstrate the ability-based applications using the naïve Bayes 98.3% for object dimensions 10x10 image

Abstract

Handwriting recognition is one of the very interesting research object in the field of image processing, artificial intelligence and computer vision. This is due to the handwritten characters is varied in every individual. The style, size and orientation of handwriting characters has made every body’s is different, hence handwriting recognition is a very interesting research object. Handwriting recognition application has been used in quite many applications, such as reading the bank deposits, reading the postal code in letters, and helping peolple in managing documents.This paper presents a handwriting recognition application using Matlab. Matlab toolbox that is used in this research are Image Processing and Neural Network Toolbox.

Abstract

-- Lung is one in control in the circulatory system of air (oxygen) in the human body, so the detection of disorders of the human respiratory urgently needed to detect any disturbance in the lungs used X-ray beam, from the results of x-ray image of the thorax contained information used to analyze and determine the shape of an object from the lungs, in order to obtain such information, a process of segmentation. In this study used methods Distance regularized Levelset Evolution (DLRSE), this method region based models which is an improvement of edge-based models. The purpose of this study to implement segmentation methods DRLSE the lungs of the results of x-ray image of the thorax. The trial results with the system DLRSE method performed on the 20 data from X-ray image of the thorax obtained an average result accuracy of 87.90%, a sensitivity of 76.27% and a specificity of 93.98%.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu tolak ukur menilai perkembangan ekonomi negara. Inflasi merupakan kecenderungan naiknya harga barang secara umum dan terjadi terus-menerus. Sehingga inflasi dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur untuk menilai perkembangan suatu negara. Inflasi merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering menjadi topik pembahasan di kalangan pakar ekonomi. Inflasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, misalnya pola konsumtif masyarakat yang tinggi. Perekonomian Indonesia akan menurun jika inflasi tidak dikendalikan dengan baik. Untuk mengendalikan laju inflasi dibutuhkan sebuah peramalan terhadap laju inflasi di Indonesia. Hasil peramalan digunakan sebagai informasi bagi pemerintah untuk menyiapkan kebijakan agar laju inflasi tetap dalam keadaan stabil. Penelitian ini mengusulkan Takaghi Sugeno Kang (TSK) fuzzy logic untuk peramalan laju inflasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur performa sistem dengan menggunakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laju inflasi. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data historis dan faktor eksternal sebagai parameter. Untuk mengevaluasi hasil peramalan digunakan teknik analisis Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan parameter time series dan faktor eksternal CPI memiliki performa sistem yang lebih baik dibandingkan faktor-faktor lain dengan RMSE sebesar 1.328.

Abstract

This study applied Fuzzy Inference System Sugeno to forecast electrical load by considering the external factors. To see the accuracy of forecasting using Fuzzy Inference System Sugeno, then a comparison between the forecasting results of Fuzzy Inference System Sugeno using historical data with Fuzzy Inference System Sugeno using external factors was done. By using external factors method, resulted the smallest RMSE of 0762 and using historical data obtained error (RMSE) of 1028. The results of the study came to the conclusion that Fuzzy Inference System Sugeno method using external factors to forecast the consumption of electrical load gives a better result than Fuzzy Inference System Sugeno using only historical data.

Abstract

Poin pertama yang menjadi fokus dalam pemenuhan keamanan adalah keamanan dalam bidang pangan (food security). Di Indonesia, masih terdapat beberapa fenomena seperti penggunaan boraks sebagai zat aktif kimia pada bakso. Hal ini masih menjadi tren yang menjadi hambatan dalam pemenuhan hak manusia dalam mewujudkan keamanan pangan. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode naïve bayes classifiersebagai pendeteksi (detektor) dengan melakukan grayscale dan melakukan estimasi parameter distribusi fitur objek untuk data citra proses training. Sedangkan proses testing juga akan melalui tahap grayscale, selanjutnya proses identifikasi dengan menggunakan fungsi diskriminan dan hasil estimasi parameter distribusi. Jumlah data yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebesar 840 citra meliputi 780 bakso yang dibuat secara mandiri dan 60 data diperoleh dari hasil survey dilapangan. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan hasil terbaik diperoleh dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 82.7778%  untuk dimensi citra 3x4 dengan jumlah data yang diidentifikasi secara benar adalah sebanyak 149 dari 180 data yang digunakan.

Abstract

The route of the travel tour packages offered by travel agents is not considered optimum, so the level of satisfaction the tourist is not maximal. Selection of the route of the travel packages included in the traveling salesman problem (TSP). The problem that occurs is uncertain tourists visiting destinations at the best destinations timing hereinafter be referred to as the fuzzy time window problem. Therefore, the authors apply the genetic algorithm to solve the problem. Based on test results obtained optimum solution with the fitness value of 1.3291, a population size of 100, the number of generations of 1000, a combination of CR=0,4 and MR=0.6.

Abstract

Abstract - Kebutuhan akan sistem informasi telah memberikan dampak atau pengaruh terhadap sebuah institusi atau organisasi. Bukan organisasi saja melainkan sampai dengan bisnis dan transaksi organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan sebuah sistem dari Self Services Terminal (SST) dan berdasarkan analisis PIECES sehingga diketahui kekuatan dan kelemahan yang kemudian diperlukan pengembangan Self Services Terminal (SST) guna kemajuan STMIK Pradnya Paramita Malang. Metode PIECES yang terdiri dari Performance, Information/data, Economic (ekonomi), Control/security, Efficiency, Service. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data dan pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian adalah adanya perbaikan, pengembangan berdasarkan analisis PIECES yang bermanfaat bagi seluruh pihak yang menggunakan SST. Berdasarkan Kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden dengan kerangka kerja PIECES Sistem SST pada STMIK Pradnya Paramita Malang adalah baik dengan sebagian besar responden memberikan jawaban baik sebesar 47% dengan nilai 3,52, sedangkan masing-masing aspek yang terdiri dari pertama Aspek Performance (Kinerja) adalah baik dengan nilai 3,48, Kedua, aspek information (informasi) adalah baik dengan nilai 3,64, Ketiga, aspek economic (ekonomi) adalah cukup baik nilainya 3,08, Keempat, aspek control (kontrol) adalah baik dengan nilai 3,64, Kelima, aspek efficiency (Efisiensi) adalah baik dengan nilai 3,55 dan Keenam, aspek services adalah baik dengan nilai 3,69.

Abstract

Abstract— Recognizing human hand gesture through the use of INS (Inertial navigation System) sensor, Hidden Markov Model (HMM) was used as a tool to recognize pattern statistically. Employing INS sensor to admit data input , it is assumed that hand gesture could be detected by analizing the acceleration and fluctuation from data sensor and the difference of hand-position in 3-axis. The INS sensor that was being used was came with 6 channels to generate signals of a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer. The acceleration fluctuated in three perpendicular directions due to different hand gestures was detected by the accelerometer, while the change of hand-position in 3-axis was detected by gyroscope. Data from sensor was exported to computer via USB (Universal Serial Bus) port.During the stage of data collection, a cut algorithm was developed to pick the most significant part of the sensor data. After finishing data comparison stage, DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) was selected to transform the signal from time domain to frequency domain. Sequences of calculation were performed to analyze the best sampling frequency to select dominant frequency of every gesture to be picked as parameter value. The parameter value used in HMM as the approach to recognize and differs gestures. Index Terms—3-axis gyroscope, accelerometer, gesture, gesture recognition, hand gesture, human gesture.
