Abstract

Abstract:PT. Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) Surabaya is a company engaged in the field of energy conversion industry, industrial machinery, and infrastructure industries. All business activities are based on the formation of work teams are formed according to the needs of the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing, kerja tim, employee performance. Teamwork as well as the mediating role of knowledge sharing on the performance. Samples from this study were all employees totaling 84 people. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model of Partial Least Square with the help of software SmartPLS 2.0 M3.The results of the study explains that knowledge sharing significant effect on the performance of employees, knowledge sharing significant effect on teamwork, teamwork significant effect on employee performance. kerja tim does not mediate the effect of knowledge sharing on the performance of employee. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to test and analyze whether leadership style and innovation culture on employee job satisfaction. This type of this research is quantitative. The sampling technique of this research is using saturate sampling with 40 respondents. Statistical analysis that used is the approach of mutiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS 2.0 software. Results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction,innovation culture has a positif and no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, leadership style and innovation culture have simultaneously significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract:Eventmarketingwas previously consideredas a complementary formarketing communications. Currentlyevent marketingis increasingly recognizedas one of theeffective waystobuildbrand imageof a company. one of the companies that use event marketing as one of the strategies is Mizone. therefore, this study aims to investigate the influence of event marketing to the brand image. Limitation of the studyis the respondents whoattend theeventorwho purchasethe productwhenthe event took place. The samples were used as much as 210 people. using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument that used was a questionnaire, and simple linear regression analysis. This study shows there is positive effect between event marketing to brand image Mizone isotonic water. Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to examine the effect of inflation, BI rate, CAR (capital adequacy ratio), NPF (non performing finance) and BOPO (operating expenses and operating income) to ROA(return on assets). Sample selection uses saturated samples method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the significance of the effect together with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the inflation variables, BI rate, CAR (capital adequacy ratio), NPF (non performing finance) and BOPO (operating expenses and operating income) to ROA(return on assets). Abstract

Absract:This study aimedtoanalyze the differences ofbidask spreadandstock volatilitybeforeand after theannouncement of stock splitoncompanies listedinIndonesia Stock Exchange2010-2013 period. The samples are30companies chosenbypurposive sampling method. This study usedeventperiod5daysbeforeand5daysafter stock split withdescriptivestatisticalanalysistechniques, the normality test(one sample kolmogorov smirnovtest), andhypothesis testing(wilcoxon signed rankstest). The results ofthe descriptivestatisticsindicatethatthe bidask spreadafter announcement ofstock splithas decreasedwhileincreasingstockvolatilitythan before announcement. However, the resultsofhypothesis testingwith thewilcoxonsigned rankstestshowedthatboththe bidask spreadsandstockvolatilityis not significant differencebetweenbefore and after announcement of stock split. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of earning per share, return on asset, return on equity, return on investment, asset growth and capital adequacy ratio on stock price. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method that produces 5 companies as the study sample. Multiple linear regression was used to examine the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. This research result prove that variabel EPS, ROA, ROE, ROI, AG and CAR simultanly influential significant to share price company of banking, but parsially just variabel EPS and ROA having on significant to share price company of banking in Indeks Kompas 100. Abstract :The research aims to exemine the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, leverage, firm size, and corporate social responsibilityon firm value. The samples at this research are high profile companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during period of 2008-2012. Data usedfromannualreport.Technique analysis usedmultiple linear regression. The results showingthatthere are threeindependentvariablesthataffect thedependent variable ismanagerial ownership, CSR, Leverageis influence firm value. Institutionalownershipisnot effecton firm value.institutional investorswithsmallshareholdingswillperformweak oversightof themanagerialdecisionsandactions, whichmayaffectmanagerialdecisionsrise and fall ofthe value ofthe company. Firmsizehas not influenceon firm value. Dueto theincrease intotal assetsownedbythe companymaynot necessarilyincrease thevalue ofthe companyin the eyes ofinvestors. Abstract

Abstract: Changes require organizational changes to its organizational culture as the culture as a reference to coordinate the behavior of employees to achieve organizational goals, and of the employees who adaptation back to a new environment. This study aims to describe and analyze wheter organizational culture and job stress employee job satisfaction. The study took place at PT.Kereta Api Indonesia Persero Daop 8 Surabaya. Sampling technique that used was proportionate stratified random sampling. Methods of the statistical analysis that used were multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 1.8 software. the results showed that organizational culture have a significant positive influence on employee job satisfaction, job stress had not significant influence on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture and job stress have a significant simultant influence on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to discuss and analyze the effect of simultaneous or partial dimensions of the variable quality of services consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy towards customer satisfaction. This study also aims to discuss and analyze the dominant variable on customer satisfaction PT. Bluebird Group. The analysis showed that in partial physical evidence, reliability, assurance and empathy significant effect on customer satisfaction, responsiveness while the effect is not significant it is in because of PT . Bluebird Group has not been able to meet consumer desires . From the test of determination of obtained results.This means that the contribution of tangible, reliability, responsiveness), assurance, and empathy to the customer satisfaction is have a say. Abstract

Abstract:Aspects of human resources is still in the spotlight for the company to remain able to survive or even thrive. One form a human resource development is training. In addition, extraversion and conscientiousness shaping patterns of behavior and how they use it in their work. This study aimed to analyze the effect of training, extraversion, and conscientiousness on employee performance precision mechanical parts on PT X Surabaya. With a population of 53 mechanics at 5 Branchs of PT X. There are 53 employees in the sample. While the statistical analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results is that training had no significant effect on the performance, extraversion no significant effect on the performance, and conscientiousness significantly influence employee performance. Simultaneously, training, extraversion, and conscientiousness significant effect on the performance of employees. Keyword: training, extraversion, conscientiousness and employee performance.
