Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of organizationalculture and organizational commitment to employee performanceNAV Jaya Mandiri Surabaya. The population in the study were allemployees of PT NAV JAYA Jaya Mandiri Surabaya Pusat, NAVSoetomo, NAV Walikota Mustajab, and NAV Billiton. The samples inthis study were taken by using purposive sampling method andsample size was 33 employees. The analysis technique used in thisstudy is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis.Based onthe research that has been done can be seen that organizationalculture has a significant influence on employee performance PT NAVJaya Mandiri Surabaya . Organizational commitment has a significantinfluence on employee performance PT NAV Jaya Mandiri Surabaya .Factors organizational culture and organizational commitment hasinfluence simultaneously or jointly to employee performance PT NAVJaya Mandiri Surabaya.Keywords: organizational culture, organizational commitment and employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract: Traditional marketing concepts are considered to be lesseffective if used during such a relationship at present, so it takes themodern concept that is capable of create the emotions and experiencesof visitors. Strategy concept is experiential marketing and emotionalmarketing. This research is quantitative approach. The research usedcausal research, experimental. The Target population in this research isvisitors The Legend Waterpark was visiting over twice with the agebetween 16 to 25 years. Samples taken of 70 people. This researchuses two types of samples, which is given treatment (experimentalgroup) and not given treatment (control group). The technique samplingused quota sampling. Analysis of the multiple linear regression analysisis and independent sample t test. The Research result showed thatexperiential marketing and emotional marketing influence significantly tocustomer loyalty on two group. The experimen’s group showed greatercustomer loyalty levels than control’s group.Keywords:  experiential marketing, emotional marketing, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

 Stock is one type of investment is quite attractive and themost heavily traded in the capital market. In principle, investors buystocks is to earn dividend and sell the stock at a higher price (capitalgain).The purpose of this research is to determine the influence ofOPM, ROE, NPM and ROA toward changes in stock prices onproperty sector companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchangeperiod 2008-2012 simultaneously and partially. Sample in thisresearch a total of 27 companies were taken using purposivesampling method. Data collection method use is documentation. Dataanalysis method used is multiple linier regression. The results of thisresearch show that simultaneously there is significant influencebetween the independent variable to the dependent variable. Whilepartially only ROE variables has a significant influence to changesstock prices. OPM, NPM, ROA variables had no effect on stock priceschanges.Keywords: OPM, ROE, NPM, ROA, and stock price changes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence ofjob satisfaction, organizational innovation and creativity in PT. Telkomregion Surabaya. And the role of creativity in mediating the effect ofjob satisfaction on organizational innovation. Samples from this studywere employees access division, consumer services, enterpriseservices, business services, telecom infrastructure, boardbanddivision, and human resources department totaling 66 people. Thedata analysis technique used is the analysis of the alternative methodof Structural Equation Model of Partial Least Square with the help ofsoftware SmartPLS 2.0 M3. The results of the study explained thatjob satisfaction significantly influence on organizational innovation.Job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee creativity.Creativity employees significantly influence on organizationalinnovation. Creativity employee job satisfaction mediates the effect oforganizational innovation.Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational innovation, and creativity.

Abstract

Developments of local coffee shop and restaurants in bigcities such as Surabaya growing rapidly, with variety concepts orcreative ideas offered to attract consumers. It is addressed by CoffeeToffee in managing outlets are as attractive as possible, creatinginnovative, different and creative products in order to not less than theforeign coffee shop. This study was aims to analyze and discuss theeffect of lifestyle and product differentiation in the purchase decision inCoffee Toffee Rungkut Surabaya. The population in this study is thepeoples who visit and buy coffee at Coffee Toffee Rungkut Surabayawith range age about 15 to 27 years old. Sample in this study is 110respondents with accidental sampling. Techniques for collection data isquestionnaire and technique analysis data using multiple linearregression analysis.Keywords: lifestyle, product differentiation, and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and find out the influence oftransformational leadership style toward organizational effectivenessthrough decision making.This research is causality (cause and effect)by using a quantitative approach. The object of research ispermanent employees at PT Bank Jatim Cabang Utama Surabaya,the number of population are 71 employees and 61 employees asnumbered of samples, sampling techniques by using simple randomsampling technique. Statistical analysis by using Partial Least Square(PLS) version 1.0. The results showed that the effect oftransformational leadership style has positive and significant influencetoward organizational effectiveness, leadership transformational stylehas positive and significant effect toward decision making, decisionmakinghas positive and significant effect toward organizationaleffectiveness, transformational leadership style has positive andsignificant effect toward organizational effectiveness through decisionmaking.Keywords: transformational leadership style, organizational    effectiveness, and decision making.

Abstract

This research has done to know the influence of DPK,CAR, NPF, and SWBI with murabahah financing to syariah bankduring 2008-2012. Dependent variable of this research is third partyfund (DPK), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non performing financing(NPF), and Indonesia bank wadiah certificate (SWBI). This researchsample is financial report during three month of public syariah bankduring 2008-2012. It uses saturated sample method. The data isusing secondary data that get from financial report that published byIndonesia Bank. Analysis data method is using multiple linierregression. Analysis result is showing that variable simoultantly DPK,CAR, NPF, and SWBI get influence to murabahah financing. PartiallyDPK has positive influence to murabahah financing. NPF get negativeinfluence to murabahah financing. While CAR and SWBI hasn’tinfluence to murabahah financing. Variable explaining independentvariable is get 92% while the rest 8% can influenced by othervariable.Keywords: Murabahah financing, third party fund (DPK), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non performing financing (NPF),and Indonesia Bank Wadiah Certificate (SWBI)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and discuss the influence ofcountry of origin on the perceived quality. The study focused on thesharp brand for TV, AC, and washing machines. This research isconclusive. The population used was the visitors Hartono ElektronikaKertajaya Indah Timur Surabaya. Sample taken as many as 110peoples with purposive sampling technique. Then the sample wasdivided into two groups of control and experimental group. Theresearch instrument  used was a questionnaire and the data obtainedwere processed using simple regression analysis, followed byanalysis of independent samples t test. The results showed that thereis significant influence between the country of origin of the perceivedquality of the control group and experimental group. For the analysisof independent samples t test there was no difference effect tocountry of origin on perceived quality to experimental and controlgroup.Keywords: country of origin and perceived quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect ofcompensation and work discipline on employee performance partA.K.U. (Administration, Finance, and Public) in Tjoekir sugar factoryin the district of Jombang. This study used 62 employees part A.K.U.(Administration, Finance, and Public) in sugar mills Tjoekir inJombang district as the study sample. The data obtained wereanalyzed using regression analysis, to test the variable compensationand work discipline on employee performance. The results indicate apositive and significant effect of compensation and work discipline onemployee performance part A.K.U (Administration, Finance, andPublic) in Tjoekir sugar factory in the district of Jombang.Keywords : compensation , work discipline , employee performance.

Abstract

The increase of smartphone competition makes producermore intensive to provide the information about their products. It isdone to improve consumer’s product knowledge so that it can lead toa positive attitude, where it can growing consumer’s purchaseintention. This study aims to analyze and discuss the influence ofproduct knowledge toward purchase intention with attitudes as anintervening variable. This research is a conclusive causal. Therespondents in this study were visitors of WTC Surabaya. Samplestaken are 110 people by using purposive sampling technique. Theresearch instrument used was a questionnaire, the data obtainedwere processed by analysis of path (path analysis). The result showsthat the relationship between each variable is significantly positive,and the mediation is proved partially.Keywords: product knowledge, purchase intention, and attitudes.
