Abstract

The weight  vehicle  was  used  to  work  the  weight job   of human  such as  digging    loading   and  lifting. the  materials    It  was  completed   bv system  work such  as attachment   svstem  and  driving  system.  The both of  system   must  he  supported    by  the  engine  follow    with  hydraulicsystem.    Design    0/  attachment     svstem    used    cylinder    hydraulicmovement  for  work 01 digging.  loading  or lifting.  and so do cylinder hydraulic   was  used  to  turning   all  bodv  of  vehicles.   The  movement and power  a/attachment    system  and  driving  system  was designed  to could  work  a/digging.    loading  and  lifiing.   The result  calculation   of attachment   force,    the   /ifi   hvdraulic    cylinder    is  designed    with   2cvlinders.   each  has   15 em  cvlinder   diameter   and   I  em  width   0/cylinder   with  uses  stainless   steel    (0.,    = 5100  kg/em].   The  dump cylinder   is designed  with  I cvlinder.  has  /8  CI7I  ofcylinder  diameter and  I em  width  of cvlinder   with  lise the  same  materials.   Hydraulic svstem    uses   the   hydraulic    pump   to   central    work   of  attachment system  and driving  system  [hut drive from  engine  power.Key words.  Hvdraulic.  Driving.  Attachment

Abstract

Effect of lipasefrom Rhizopus delemar and alginate concentration during immobilization preparation  on the hydrolytic  activity  and the specific activity of immobilized lipase has been studied  Immobilization of lipase was done by entrapping lipase onto Ca-ulginate beads with 0.2 M CaC/] Immobilized lipase made from   9  variations  bv mixing lipase at same weight with  1%.2   % and 3 % (VIIV)  alginate solution concentration and10 111210,ml and 30 ml alginate volume. The stability of   immobilizedlipase  activity for   repeated  used  reactions  were  also  observed   The selected immobilized Iipasefromfirst  step wasfree:e  driedfor  24, 36 and48 hours. Both the hydrolytic activitv and the specific activity of immobilized lipase were affected hv lipase and alginate concentration. The hydrolytic activity  of immobilized lipase decreased with the reduction of lipase concentration, however. the specific activity increased accordingly. After  freeze  drying, the activity of immobilized lipase was also affected by alginate and lipase concentration. Abstract

The  objective   of  this  study   was  to  investigate    the  effect  of  soaking nitrate  acid  of Malelo  sand  to adsorption   efficiency   of chromium  (Cr). The Malelo  sand  was prepared   by soaking   in nitric  acid with variation of  concentration     were   17,5:  35  and   70%  for    24  hours   at  room temperature.    The  adsorption   efficiency   of  chromium   was  determined based  on concentration    of chromium   residue   after  adsorption.   which measured  using Atomic Absorption  Spectrophotometer    (AAS). The characterization    of Malelo  sand  determined   using  FTIR  and XRD.  The result  indicated  that the mean  ofadsorption    efficiency   of chromium  on Malelo   sand   without   preparation    and  soaking   in  nitrate   acid  with variation   concentration    17.5:  35 and  70%  were  91,36:  92,40:  92,72 and 94,004%  respectively.Key   words:    soaking,     Malelo    sand.    nitrate    acid.    efficiency     of adsorption,   and Chromium
