Abstract

In proses of making Concrete Construction, Planning power achiement should be reached. There are many alternatives to get the most maximum of power Value, by the least expense, or economically. The right composition of Concreate material is one way to get power quality. Mixing the way to do, and the way to maintain to reach harder one will inter correlate to get porver quality of concrete. Abstract

The Aplication of capacity design principles in seismic analysis is based on occurrence of global plastic mechanismi, characterized by the presence sufficient number of plastic hinges. The assurance of a good structural behaviour requires the verification of rotation capacity of these plastic hinges, which must be greater than the requered rotation. The puepose Of this paper is to review the factor influencing the avaible and required ductilities. The main conclusion of paper is the necessity of some urgent changing in code provisions conceming ductility checking.

Abstract

This writing discusses a numerical approach in solving an engineering mechanics problem by implementing the finite element method especialy in analyzing a continum. The package program will be design base on theory that can be executed by using a personel computer and can also be used to analyze plane strees and plane strain problems. The discussion will cover derivating formula lo be used, arranging block diagram as well as breaking down algorithmic analysis of two dimention solid materials by using isoparametic element. To complete the writing, the result of calculation on case study will be compared to the calculation using SAP 90 program and using exact. Engineering mechanics. The result test indicates that ISOQ8 program can be used for analyzing the structure of plane stress and plane straing.

Abstract

Technology improvement the same as periode improvement, especialy mechanical will relevance with several equipment, mechanical contruction etc, from planning, production, assembling arrave operation, maintenance and repairs. In planning process will depand on worked mechanisme but also materials every component spare parts. For it need enough vission about absolute need of materials. Every metal always have mechanisne of charactheristic i.e performance for receive loads of worked, i.e. static or dinamic loads. Static work means permanent loads or domain every time. Dinamic loads means big loads with domains various and depand on time. The research used low carbon steel ST 37 result SMAW with RB 26 SMAW electrode with tensile test, showed it, weld processed very correlation to tensile test result experiment. The best weld correlation to strenght of materials. And the bad weld result correlation with bad weld result.

Abstract

Pada kesempatan ini telah dilakukan penelitian dengan topik " Pengaruh kekasaran permukaan pada akurasi hasil uji kekerasan logam dengan metode lndentasi" meliputi tiga metode, yailu : Metode Brinnel, Metode Vickers, dan Metode Rockwell C. Secara umum kekasaran permukaan benda berpengaruh terhadap hasil uji kekerasan Logam, Pengaruh ini akan sangat terlihat pada pengujian kekerasan dengan menggunakan metode Brinnel dan Metode vickers. Pengaruhnya akan semakin kecil pada pengujian dengan Metode Rockwell. Tingkat akurasi yang tinggi akan dapat dicapai dengan melakukan pengujian kekerasan Logam pada tingkat kekasaran tertentu yang sesuai dengan metode pengujian.

Abstract

The aim of galvanizing in steel to improve power resistance corrotion ard resistance to wear out, for example : component automotive. But galvanizing can be hydrogen atom diffused into low carbon steel during galvanizing. The proces for drop out hidrogen to surface, after galvanizing was baked at ternperature 200 C during 15 hours, 48 hours and 65 hours. And material was analyzed with microscope optic and hardness test. The conclution cf analizing not influence with baking at temperatur 200 C because temperatur baking under transformation temperature. The increase of  baking time, hardness of materials decrease and consentration hydrogen also decrease.

Abstract

Differential Gear ( Gardan ) salah satu dari pemindahan daya / tenaga dari engine. Sebaik apapun tenaga yang  dikeluaran oleh engine, bila gardan terdapat ada kerusakan pada komponennya tentu tenaga rnobil tidak juga stabil atau lancar jalannya. Untuk itu sangat perlu perhatian serius dalam perawatan dan perbaikan Diiferential Gear ( Gardan ) , seperti ; kecukupm minyak pelumas ( olie gadan ), viskositas dari minyak pelumas yang digunkan, bantalan ( bearing ) yang digunakan. Rusaknya gardan dapat disebabkan oleh over load (beban lebih) dan gardan juga sensitif terhadap hentakkan atau kejutan dalam penggantian kecepatan, terutarna dalam penggantian kecepatan dari tinggi kerendah.

Abstract

The rnany purpose in Control System are maintening and steering (driving) the variable proses, so have a same rate on set point in practise its state can’t fully reach, but is tired to adjust set point in same value to overdumped or underdumped.PID controller(proporsional, integral and derivative) are used in many aplikasi industry, specially in industry of proses. Its knowed as tuning. Tuning is adjust a value of control Kp T1 & Td in control system. In this research, testing a control do in laboraturium to tuning. The method of tuning are osilasi and reaction curve method. Both methode are present by Ziegler Nichols.

Abstract

Changed agent is professional cfficial which influes the innovation decision of claen to the direction in which is wanted by changed intitution. The are employees who work to support to plan and do social changing. They have a function as what eats what that gives a contact among a social system which support the changing og their main chage as_catalisator, gives the problern solving , helping in changing process and the sources of connections who are needed to solve the which is paced by claen in the changing case. The purpose if this research is to get general picturing about prosesing how to in form the main of innovations product(OVOP) in west sumatera, to know the actor of change agent in introduction and the persuation of innovation OVOP in regence(nagari)of alahan panjang , salimpauang, jambak, and kamang hilia to know why the actor of change agent is different or same to know the consequences of innovation OVOP in the four nagari or in west sematera generally. Based on diffusion innovation theory was indicated the theories about changing  to all regencies(countries)which became the research object whose result can be generalized  even through the theory must be examined the reflical discover at the environment of the second the third and the fourth which clarificated that the same result must be come: the result of innovation OVOP in west sumatera (alahan panjang, salimpauang, jambak, and kamang hilia) was state by quality of its change agent. Investigating the proposition is used causal comparative method of difference and method of agreement to explain the four reqruences to get the sort of main fresh fruit product of change agent. The data were collected from 20 persons of change agent, 100 sampling thecnique(quota sampling). That’s way was adopted because the nagari which become this research object, the limit and its populations were not clear. By this case study analize had been reached the result. The difference of factors which influence the decision to adopted the innovation was the difference of the actor of the change agent. For the moment the persuer  factors were the trueless of communications and the tiedless in corporation that were needed before and as ling as the adoption prosess. Descriptive statistic to the answer o frespondent adopter and non adopters streng then the result of the case study.

Abstract

Peat most soil is a type of soil that has high composition of organic materials. The thickness of this soil is about 40 cm. This soil is made of organic materials that have been composed in anaerob condition. ln this condition, the acceleration of organic materials formation is faster than the formation of its decomposition. The classification of soil (soil taxonomy and FAOUNESCO) identifies this soil as Hisfosol. lt may be defined as the soil that consists of 20 % - 30% organic composition, (12%- 18% organic carbon) and its thickness may be more than 40 cm or it is more than 80 cm from the outer layer of soil profile. Utilizing this soil for agricultural purpose can be identified as the best option, especially for food plintration. However, this plantation must be based on long-lasting and natural environmental orientation. lt means the plantatibn should be utilized for everlasting purpose by decreasing the acceleration of decomposing process. For that reason, rice wet field is the best alternative to be applied in this soil since the water flooded condition and the quality of water in each field partition can decrease reduction process of peat most composition. Moreover, they may also avoid water pollution since there will be no dissolved material that can flow out from this partition. The utilization of histosol with long-lasting and natural environmental orientiation concept requires good lay out for partition construction. lt must be concerned with following features such as potential value of that soil, suitabilig of thai soil and reliable technology which will be applied in that soil.
