Abstract

This study aims to determine; Results of Performance Analysis Elementary School Physical Education Teacher in Makassar (review of the physical education teachers who are already certified). This research is descriptive research. Its population is a physical education teacher primary school in the city of Makassar with sample of 61 physical education teachers who have been certified by cluster random sampling. Data analysis technique used is percent. Performance physical education teacher Elementary School in the city of Makassar, which is divided into several indicators therein include: prapembelajaran, the core activity of learning consisting of mastery of the subject matter and approach / learning strategies, as well as the use of learning resources / media of learning, learning that trigger and maintain order pupil, assessment processes and learning outcomes, as well as the use of language. The results showed that: for the assessment of the Principal about the performance of physical education teachers Elementary School in Makassar obtain the results 61 (100%) of respondents who expressed very well from 61 respondents, teacher ratings of teacher performance physical education primary school in the city of Makassar obtain the results 61 (100%) of respondents who expressed very well from 61 respondents, and pupil assessment of the performance of elementary school physical education teacher in Makassar obtain excellent results in the category of 38 respondents (62.3%), for the category of either 18 respondents (29.5 %), and for the medium category 5 respondents (8.2%) and respondents who did not have the performance category is less and it is less than 61 respondents. Based on these results it can be concluded that the results of the performance of elementary school physical education teachers in the city of Makassar, which are summarized on the assessment of the principal, teachers and students obtain the results of 61 (100%) of respondents who expressed very well from 61 respondents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of isotonic exercises and isometric exercises on top passing skills in volleyball games. The population and sample avre male students of Makassar Public Middle School 13 with a total of 60 people. Sampling techniques in research based on groups (clusters). For the data analysis technique used is the t-test at a significant level of 95%. By looking at the existing problems, the results obtained from the processing of data show that: There is a significant effect of pssing exercise on wall reflections on top passing skills in volleyball games in SMP Negeri 13 Makassar students (to = 11,635> tt = 2,045). There was a significant effect of isometric training on the upper passing skills in volleyball games for students of SMP Negeri 13 Makassar (to = 11,919> tt = 2,045). There is a significant difference between isotonic exercises and isometric exercises on the upper passing skills in volleyball games in SMP Negeri 13 Makassar students (to = 10.145> tt = 2,000).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of serial learning training exercises in an effort to improve bolababasket lay-up techniques. By using the field experiment method. The population used is class X.5 students at Makassar State High School 16 with a sample of 32 students. To analyze complex data, researchers will use qualitative analysis techniques, one of which is interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that; the results of the recapitulation between cycles after going through the series of learning in the second cycle showed that the lay-up technique in basketball games in class X.5 students in Makassar 16 High School had an increase, it was shown from the results in cycle I there were 3 students (9.4% ) on a scale of 4 (good) and increased to 9 students (28.1%), resulting in an increase of 18.7% (28.1% - 9.4%). Likewise on the value scale 3 (medium category) shows that in the first cycle there were 12 students (37.5%) and increased to 23 students (71.9%) so that an increase of 34.4% (71.9% - 37, 5%). Thus it can be concluded that through serial learning carried out in the second cycle had an increase of 53.1% (18.7% + 34.4%) in the lay-up technique in basketball games for students of class X.5 in Makassar State High School 16.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the speed of hand reaction and wrist flexibility with volleyball's passing ability. This study includes a type of descriptive research. The population of this study was all PKJR FIK Students of Jambi State University with a total sample of 80 male students selected by random sampling. The data analysis technique used is correlation and regression analysis techniques using the SPSS Version 21.00 system at a significant level of 95% or a 0.05. Based on the results of data analysis, this study concludes that: There is a correlation between the speed of reaction of the hand and the passing ability of volleyball, proven ro value = 0.582 (P <5 0.05); There is a wrist flexing relationship with volleyball's passing ability, proven ro value = -0.581 (P <a 0.05); There is a relationship between the speed of hand reaction and wrist flexibility with the passing ability of volleyball, proven Ro value = 0.696 (P <5 0.05).

Abstract

This research is a field experiment with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population and sample are male students of Makassar 8 Public High School with a total of 60 people. The data analysis technique used was Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a significant level of 95%. By looking at the existing problems, the results obtained from the processing of data show that: There is a significant difference in influence between kettler weight training and rubber load training on the distance of the ball kick in soccer games (Fo = 2.484> Ft = 4.03). There is a significant difference between high limb explosive power and low limb explosive power to the distance of the ball kick in soccer games in students (Fo = 4.469> Ft = 4.03). For students who have high limb explosive power, there is a significant difference between kettler weight training and rubber load training on the distance of the ball kick in soccer games (to = 13,829> tt = 2,048). For students who have low limb explosive power, there is a significant difference between kettler weight training and rubber load training on the distance of the ball kick in soccer games (to = 2.763> tt = 2.048)

Abstract

This study aims to improve the heading ball skills in soccer games through heading learning methods. This research is action research. The research subjects were class X.OTO.1 students of SMK Negeri 2 Somba Opu, which consisted of 28 male students and the analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of recapitulation between cycles after going through the implementation of heading learning methods in the second cycle shows that the skill of heading balls in soccer games in class X.OTO.1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Somba Opu has an increase, it is shown from the results in cycle I there are 5 students (17.9%) on a scale of 4 (good) and increased to 10 students (35.7%), resulting in an increase of 17.8% (35.7% - 17.9%). Likewise on the value scale 3 (medium category) shows that in the first cycle there were 10 students (35.7%) and increased to 18 students (64.3%) so that an increase of 28.6% (64.3% - 35, 7%). Thus it can be concluded that through the heading learning method carried out in the second cycle has an increase of 46.4% (17.8% + 28.6%) on heading skills in soccer games in class X.OTO.1 students in Vocational High School 2 Somba Opu. The results of the study concluded that: there was an increase in ball heading skills in soccer games through the heading learning method in class X.OTO.1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Somba Opu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pull over training on smash ability in badminton games. This research is experimental. The population is UNM FIK students. The sample used was 20 people consisting of 10 people in each training group. The sampling technique is ordinal matching. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, requirements test, and t-test at a significant level of 95% or 0.05. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant effect of pull over training on smash ability in badminton games, with the value of t count = -11,000 <from t table = 1,833 at a significant level of 95% or 0.05. (2) There is an insignificant influence of the control group on smash ability in badminton games. The value of t count = -6,000 <from t table = 1,833 at a significant level of 95% or 0.05. (3) There is a difference in effect between pull over and control groups on smash ability in badminton games by obtaining t count = 3.674> from t table = 1.833 and P value (0.546> 0.05)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ball to wall learning model training on top service ability in volleyball games. By using the field experiment method. The population used was students of SMK Negeri 2 Makassar with a sample of 20 male students taken by random sampling. The data analysis technique used was the t-test at a significant level of 95%. The results of the study show that; (1) There is a significant influence on ball-to-wall learning model training on top service ability in volleyball games, proven to be t0 = 7.720> tt = 2.262, and (2) There is a significant difference in influence between ball model training on the wall and group control of top service ability in volleyball games, proved t0 = 4,658> tt = 2,101.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of box jump training on smash ability in volleyball games. By using the field experiment method. The population used was FKIP Muhammadiyah University Tangerang students with a sample of 20 PGSD FKIP Muhammadiyah University students taken by random sampling.
