Artikel yang dimuat dalam jurnal ini mengedepankan analisis objektif terhadap kasus manajemen dan organisasi dalam perspektif akademik berupa hasil penelitian di bidang manajemen dan organisasi dalam perpektif akademik berupa hasil penelitian di bidang manajemen dan review terhadap konsep manajemen baru maupun implementasi konsep manajemen dengan studi literatur. Redaksi menerima naskah dari berbagai pihak untuk dimuat pada jurnal ini. Naskah yang masuk harus mengikuti Format Penulisan Naskah Jurnal Manajemen dan organisasi.

Abstract

The competition is very tight, so M-BRIO Food Laboratory as one of the food testing laboratory requires suitable of marketing strategy. The purpose of this study were (1) Identify and analyze internal and external environmental factors that affect effectivity of the marketing strategy at M-BRIO Food Laboratory, (2) Recommend priorities and appropriate marketing strategies can be applied to the M-BRIO Food Laboratory. Formulation of marketing strategies that go through three stages, (1) the input stage using EFE matrix and IFE matrix,(2) matching stage using the SWOT matrix and,(3) decision stages using paired comparison method for selecting alternative strategies and continued with the analitycal hierarchy process (AHP) method to prioritize marketing strategies appropriate for the company. Internal environmental factors that become the main force is lead by a food expert that has been recognized nationally and internationally. While its main weakness are display of exterior and interior of the laboratory building has not been well-organized and performance of employees who have not been standardized. External environmental factors that can be used as the main opportunity is the development of the technology food testing laboratory. While the main threat for companies is bargaining power of consumers against the companys so high. Priorities recommended marketing strategies are (1) Conduct promotion and education to inform the quality of service, scope of product coverage and the parameters that have been accredited, to food companies, (2) campaign of food safety to the public as a form of promotion and education through food expert as endorser.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) to analyze the Quality of work life (QWL)condition in FEM, (2) to analyze the relationship between organizational commitment with the Quality of work life (QWL) in FEM, (3) to analyze Quality of Work Life (QWL) factors was the most influential on organizational commitment in the FEM. Type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Census method was the sampling method was used in this research. Processing and data analysis in this study was using SPSS software, Minitab, and Microsoft Excel. Results from this study indicated that the WQL has been pretty good in the FEM IPB. The relationship between quality of work life with organizational commitment has been good with a Spearman correlation showed a positive relationship, significant and rather strong. Quality of work life factors that most influence on organizational commitment is the integration of work environment factors with coefficients of a high standard compared to other factors that QWL.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) Assess the supply chain structure of cement products in PT Indocement Induk Prakarsa (ITP) Tbk; (2) Conduct performance measurement of supply chain management (SCM) for cement products in PT ITP Tbk approach Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model version 9.0; (3) Provide alternatives solution to the problem after the measurement is known along with suggestions of measurement and analysis activities of SCM at PT ITP Tbk. Calculation of performance metrics level 1 is the perfect order fulfillment (POF) 82.43%, order fulfillment cycle time (OFCT) 2 days, the cost of good sold (COGS) 53.84% and cash-to-cash cycle time (CTCCT) 53 days. Opportunity value that is calculated using the lost opportunity measure (LOM) is a POF registration COGS Rp 552,146,310,636 and Rp 127,956,658,590. The mapping level 2 shows PT ITP Tbk have performance lowest deliver process, because the expedition and transportation of cement is less effective and efficient in sending customer orders. Mapping level 3 shows in detail the process of delivering PT ITP Tbk, so it can answer why deliver a low performance. From the results of the overall SCM performance PT ITP Tbk good enough, but needs to be improved on the expedition and the distribution of transportation to reach the target business objectives set PT ITP Tbk, which is improving customer service and increase profits.

Abstract

Small Medium Enterprise (SME) plays a strategic role in developing countries economy. Each of SMEs has unique strategy of order fulfillment management. This is influenced by factor dynamics influencing the system. The system characteristic becomes the inspiration to be studied furthermore continues especially using system dynamics modeling approach. System dynamics modeling approach used because this method used to know and learn the system behavior. This paper represents of order fulfillment management analysis with case study at CV. Kurnia Jaya – Yogyakarta. The developed model has 4 sub models: customer order sub model, order fulfillment sub model, raw material management sub model and labor sub model. Next step is calibrating the developed model with boundary adequacy test, extreme conditions test and behavior reproduction test. After passing all these steps, the developed model to be ran with policy design (different scenario of order such as: constant order, step order, impulse order and actual order). Finally 3 alternative recommendations proposed for increasing the production rate so the order backlog and delivery delay decrease.

Abstract

Each company that was ready to compete must have an effective management. Employees satisfaction depend on their expectation about what will they get from their compensation. The employees is one of the factors that influence the company’s progress in the Tourism hotel of Selabintana. One of the main employees’s work dissatisfaction factors is compensation that was not in accordance with employee’s expectation. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of compensation with the concept 3P towards the employees job satisfaction, to identify the level of the employees job satisfaction, and to analyze gender relations, the age, the level of education, the length of service, and the number of securities of the family towards the employees job satisfaction of the Tourism hotel of Selabintana Sukabumi. The data collection used the primary data and the secondary data. The testing of the questionnaire was carried out with the validity test used Pearson product moment and the test reliability used the Alpha Cronbach technique, as well as data processing used the analysis method of the factor, cross tabulation and chi square with SPSS version 15.0 for Windows. The analysis factor’s result that the most influence factor is Pay for Performance factor. The most influence attribute from the factor of Pay for Position is the salary. The most influence attribute from the factor of Pay for Performance is the rotation of the employee. The most influence attribute from the factor of Pay for Competence was the experience. Based on the calculation, the employees generally is in the satisfied category with the value 63.33%.

Abstract

Magnum Manufacturers need to consider the differences between women and men in decision-making purchase of Magnum ice cream. On this basis, the purpose of this study was to (1) Magnum television advertising effectiveness analysis in communicating the advertising message by gender in student-Tier 1, Bogor Agricultural University, (2) analyze the factors that influence the purchase of real students by gender in the purchase Walls Magnum ice cream by student stratum-1 Institut Pertanian Bogor. Analysis of the data used are Consumer Decision Model (CDM) and Canonical Correlation Analysis with the help of MINITAB 14, SPSS for Windows version 16.0 , Ms Excel and STATISTICA 8.Results of canonical correlation analysis based on respondents generally produced three factors that most influence the purchase of real to buy Magnum ice cream, namely factors friend (0666), knowledge of attributes (0519), trust (0515), and advertising (0.56).The results of the analysis of students based on canonical correlation produced three factors that influence the purchase of real to buy cream of Magnum of ice, i.e., factor of student (0.816), confidence (0.736), and personality (0.725). In students, the most influential factor is the factor of sales people and advertisements.
