Abstract

This study aims to apply value engineering and analyze methods of construction on the bridge construction project conventional concrete construction. Evaluation is the execution of civil works on the building that is under construction bridge on the foundation structure. In the analysis of value engineering, there are several stages of implementing value engineering are the information phase followed by identifying the cost ranging from the highest costs to the lowest cost and use? law Pareto chart table and then proceed to the creative stage by using the method of cost / worth and the last stage is the stage recommendation. From the results of application of value engineering preliminary design at a price of IDR. 72,486,508,196.71 then some alternatives that are alternatives I obtained the price of IDR. 40,616,598,222.56 or savings gained by 43.97% in this alternate entirely using precast concrete pile foundation alternative II IDR. 41,699,143,562.9 savings gained 42.47% in this alternative uses all pile foundations and alternate drill III IDR. 41,243,208,716.9. Savings gained by 43.10% in this alternative partly using precast concrete pile foundation and the pillar 5 and 6 using the bore pile coated steel casing. Elections under thebridge structure with value engineering is suggested should be done at the beginning of the project to optimize cost savings projects that better suit the purpose of value engineering itself.

Abstract

Along with the progress and the growing number users of transport services, companies engaged in the transportation services required to improve the quality of its services, one of which is the perception of the quality service to passengers transport used by consumers. Quality of service is a service of the vessel Kmp.Teluk rated Sinabang these Labuhan Haji- Simeulue. The analysis was performed by calculating the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The purpose of this research is to identify some of the factors that influence perceptions of service and the level of conformity respondent / passenger sea transportation of Sinabang Kmp.teluk vessel analysis using Perception Index. Analysis of the results of Importance Performance Analysis to come by researchers at the Level of Performance Boats for Suistability Respondent (Tki) 0:09, the assessment Perception by Level of Performance Boats obtained results Suistability Respondent (Tki) 2:33, and the assessment Perception by Importance obtained results Suistability respondents (Tki) 1:00. So the importance of the overall results and performance in getting results overall passenger perception of Conformity Level Respondents 73.94 = 74 (Tki 74%). Suistability respondents (Tki) is the result of statements that prove the hypothesis if the value of the average performance of the above as well as the average value of importance/ expectations in the level of suitability of respondents freight ferries KMP.Teluk Sinabang under Tki <100%, which means transport services KMP.Teluk Sinabang not satisfactory. Abstract

Heavy equipment plays an important role in terms of speed and acceleration of work. The road improvement project of Suka Makmue Square - the eastern ring road of capital of phase II, funding from OTSUS budget of Nagan Raya Regency with project cost Rp.3.922.503.000, - road length 2475 m The work followed is preferred heap work, B-class aggregate foundation layers, class A aggregate foundation layers. This research uses heavy equipment dump trucks, motor graders, roller vibrators, water tanker trucks. The purpose of the research is to know the productivity of heavy equipment and to know the time needed by heavy equipment to complete the work. The method used is the calculation method manually using the formula productivity. Based on the calculation of productivity at occupation of accumulation using dump truck production per hour 32,4 m/hour, production per day 259.2 m/day with 11 days, 6 days class B class aggregate work, 4 days class A class aggregate work, motor grader production hourly 128,3 m /hour, production per day 1026,43 m3/day with time 3 day, 2 days class B class aggregate work, 1 day class A class aggregate work, vibrator roller production hourly 64,8 m3/hour, production per day 518,4 m3/day with time 6 days, 3 days class aggregate layer work B , 2 days class A class aggregate work, water tankers truck production per hour 16.2 m3/hour, production per day 129,6 m3/day with 21 days, 11 days class B aggregate work, 8 days class A class aggregate work ?Keywords-productivity, heavy equipment, time of work.

Abstract

?Tsunami that occurred in Aceh at the end of 2004. has affected the buildings affected by the tsunami. The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of the current state and to analyze the level of damage to the structure of the column affected by the tsunami, one of which is the building of UPTD Bina Marga and Cipta Karya IV Meulaboh. This research is done by direct survey method to the field and conduct damage analysis of buildings based on Regulation of Minister of Public Works No.16/PRT/M/2010 on the technical guidance of periodic inspection of buildings. The result of the analysis is done classification level of damage according to the standard in Regulation of Minister of Public Works No.24/PRT/M/2008 about building maintenance and maintenance guidelines. The results showed that the column of the affected buildings had decreased the strength of the concrete, the condition of the column structure was all cracked and broken, most of the concrete blankets had been peeled, the main reinforcement conditions were corroded and some of the stirrup bones were broken. The result of concrete quality test is 114,41 kg/cm? lower than normal concrete strength. The results of the study and analysis that the affected columns on the buildings of UPTD Bina Marga and Cipta Karya Region IV Meulaboh are classified as heavy damage, the building of UPTD Bina Marga and Cipta Karya IV Meulaboh is not functional?Keywords: Level of damage, Column Structure, UPTD Bina Marga Meulaboh and Cipta Karya IV Meulaboh region.

Abstract

Perkembangan daerah Barat Selatan Provinsi Aceh semakin baik, karena pada saat ini telah berdiri pembangkit listrik tenaga uap (PLTU 2 x 110 W) dengan menggunakan bahan bakar batu bara yang menghasilkan limbah hasil pembakaran tanur yaitu abu terbang batu bara (fly ash) dimana pemanfaatan? limbah? tersebut ?masih ?perlu ?dikembangkan? terus ?menerus. ?Salah ?satunya ?adalah sebagai bahan tambah (additive) pengganti silica fume untuk menghasilkan beton mutu tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan zat tambah yaitu abu terbang batu bara, dimana jumlah yang ditambahkan adalah 0? %, 5 ?%, 8 ?%, ?10 ?% dan 15 ?% terhadap berat semen, juga digunakan superplastizer (Viscocrete N 10) sebanyak 1,5 % dari berat semen. Beton direncanakan dengan faktor air semen (FAS) sebesar 0,3. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap kuat tekan beton pada umur 28 dan 56 hari. Pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan pada benda uji silinder beton dengan diameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm. Jumlah benda uji 30 buah, setiap variabel menggunakan 3 buah benda uji. Hasil pengujian kuat beton pada umur 28 hari menunjukkan pada penambahan masing-masing fly ash, 0% menghasilkan kuat tekan? ?(56,21 MPa), 5% (56,21 MPa), 8% (51,68 MPa), 10% (56,59 MPa), dan 15% (60,36MPa). Untuk umur pengujian 56 hari, 0% menghasilkan kuat tekan (64,13 MPa), 5% (63,26 MPa),8% (56,59 MPa), 10% (63,94MPa), dan 15% (66,96 MPa). Terjadi penambahan kekuatan 10,94% pada umur 56 hari dibandingkan kuat tekan pada umur 28 hari dengan penambahan fly ash batu bara sebesar 15%.

Abstract

?Pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek konsruksi, ?hal yang penting diperhatikan adalah memonitor kemajuan tiap-tiap kegiatan pekerjaan. Metode earned value merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan dalam pengelolaan proyek yang mengintegrasikan biaya dan waktu. Metode earned value menyajikan tiga dimensi yaitu penyelesaian fisik dari proyek (the percent complete) yang mencerminkan rencana penyerapan biaya (budgeted cost), biaya aktual yang sudah dikeluarkan atau yang disebut dengan actual cost serta apa yang didapatkan dari biaya yang sudah dikeluarkan atau yang disebut earned value. Berdasarkan perhitungan cost variance bulan ke-1 dan ke-3 pada proyek pembangunan perumahan griya mahoni menunjukan angka positif, hal ini berarti biaya untuk menyelesaikan proyek lebih ?kecil ?dari ?anggaran. ?Perhitungan? schedule ?variance ?bulan ?ke-1 ?didapatkan ?hasil ?schedule variance yang bernilai negatif yang menunjukan kinerja pekerjaan yang buruk karena paket-paket pekerjaan yang terlaksana lebih sedikit dari jadwal yang direncanakan. Sedangkan pada bulan ke -3 menunjukkan ?nilai ?positif ?berarti ?pekerjaan ?yang ?terlaksana ?lebih ?banyak ?dari ?biaya? yang dikeluarkan. CPI-1= 1,00173 dan CPI?3= 1,00173 yang bernilai lebih besar dari 1 menunjukkan biaya yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan proyek lebih kecil dari anggaran. Nilai SPI= 0,976 pada perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa proyek? ?berjalan tidak sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. SPI=1,00315 Pada bulan ke-3 berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Evaluasi Nilai BETC pada bulan ke-1= Rp 379.153.065,2 dan bulan ke-3 = Rp 150.631.012,311 yang menunjukkan sisa biaya yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan proyek.??Kata kunci : Earned Value, Percent Estimate At Completion

Abstract

Suspender of suspension bridge consists of several types including vertical and inclined suspenders, then the formulation of the problem in this study take into account this differences to analyze how the influence of the suspender type on the behavior of the hanging cable which aims to plan the safety structure of the suspension bridge and determine the behavior of the bridge structure related inner and displacement forces. The benefits of this design is to obtain the structure of a suspension bridge that passable for passenger vehicle for both types of suspenders. The modeled bridge structure is 120 m length and 2.5 m width. Design and analysis of a suspension bridge is using SAP2000 version 14 with reference loading refers to SNI 1725-2016. The maximum axial force on the main cable of inclined suspender is larger than the axial force on the vertical suspender, which respectively is 525.83 kN and 872,661 kN, especially on the load combinations which take into account the effect of wind force, axial force of vertical suspender is greater than the inclined suspender which shows that the tension on the vertical cable is larger due to wind load. Based on the displacement of the truss, it was found that the value of each combination of load deflections on the vertical suspenders was much greater than the inclined suspender which is 384 mm in vertical suspenders and 323 mm in suspended suspenders. Pu / ?Pn ratio value in the vertical suspender is smaller than the inclined suspender, but the deflection for both types of suspenders has met the permit deflection of L / 200. Based on the calculation, it canbe concluded that suspension bridges with vertical suspenders are safer to the ultimate load, while the inclined load of inclined type is better because of the deflection on the smaller bridge truss.Keywords:?Suspension Bridge, Deflection, Capacity Ratio, Inclined Suspender, Vertical Suspender.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the number of biopori infiltration holes (LRB) that can increase water?absorption into the soil, so as not to become a puddle. This happens because of land use changes that?occurred in the campus field Teuku Umar University, including in the Engineering Faculty Teuku Umar?University. Changes in land use and reduced open space on the UTU campus are expected to result in?shrinking infiltrated rainwater and causing increased surface run-off. Increasing the flow of this surface can?cause the existing drainage channel dimensions are not enough anymore so the water is abundant and there?are floods inundation. Therefore, in order to avoid flooding this puddle, it is necessary to enlarge the?infiltrated rain water, among others, with ?Lubang Resapan Biopori? (LRB). The location of the LRB is done?in front of the Faculty of Engineering building located on the UTU campus land, the LRB manufacture is?done in 3 locations but one of the locations can not be used because of high runoff and puddles, therefore?only 2 locations are made LRB manufacture, 3 cylindrical holes are made by digging in the soil using manual?drill tool, 10 cm diameter drill bit and 80-100 cm long, and 100 cm LRB spacing, then organic waste. From?the results of data analysis, the number of biopori infiltration holes recommended for the UTU Faculty of Engineering area requires as many as 68 LRB. Abstract

The project is a group of interconnected activities where there are starting points and?end points and certain results. Projects usually require various skills from various professions and? organization. ?The ?resources ?used ?during ?construction ?are ?men, ?money, ?materials, machines, methods, marketing, and information. Manpower / human resources is one of the most important factors of project success. In addition, another important factor is planning labor costs, because to find out the amount of costs incurred on the project. The purpose of this study is to find out the labor requirements and the amount of labor costs, as well as knowing the accumulation of labor needs and the greatest costs for a given week and the causes, especially the concrete work of column structures. In writing this final project, the method of calculating the amount of labor and costs is used with the help of Microsoft Excel, then visualized through graphics. The data used in this study is secondary data consisting of drawing plans, Budget Plan (RAB), time schedule, progress, and work plans. This study resulted in the calculation of labor requirements, in the column structure, namely 582.21 OH. With details, workers 442.96 OH, artisan94.29 OH, artisan head 23.46 OH, and Overseer 21.51 OH. The labor cost needed to finance this work is Rp. 26,249,643.00. The use of the largest costs occurs at week 4, costs Rp. 4,902,580.00 and the smallest costs occur at week 2 of Rp. 337,608.00. Based on this research, labor requirements and labor costs have been well distributed

Abstract

Prior to expansion of area, West Aceh had an area of 10,097.04 km2 or 1,010,466 ha after expansion of the West Aceh area to 2,927.95 km2, consisting of 12 sub-districts and 322 villages. The city of Meulaboh is located in Johan Pahlawan Subdistrict, one of the sub-districts of Meulaboh City that has a shopping center, the Business Development Market. Pasar Bina Usaha is the best-selling shopping center on the southwest coast, with congestion due to increasing community activity. This increase in activity is caused by the large number of movements of houses - markets - houses that affect the existing transport system. Against this background, it is necessary to examine the trait of the movement of the community from the home market house with the attraction model of the market visitors. Based on the analysis of the dominant factors influencing the attractiveness of the business market visitors, the number of family members (X1), the number of motorcycles (X3), the number of marketers (X9), the transport costs (X11), the number of marketers per day (X12) travel time (X15) and age (X16).
