Abstract

The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of performance appraisal system,motivation and job satisfaction toward to performance at PT. Bank BPD Bali branches ofMangupura. This study was taken because there are still differences between the researchstudies with each other. This research was conducted using primary and secondary data.Variables used in this study were, Performance as the dependent variable and Performanceappraisal system, Motivation and Job satisfaction as an independent variables.The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, previously performedclassical assumptions test that included normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticitytest, and autocorrelation test. And then the latter using multiple correlation analysis,determination analysis, t-test and F-test for hypothesis testing.The results of this study showed that, partially Performance appraisal system,Motivation and Job satisfaction has significant effect on Performance at PT. Bank BPD Balibranches of Mangupura. While, Performance appraisal system, Motivation and Jobsatisfaction are simultaneously had significant effect on Performance at PT. Bank BPD Balibranches of Mangupura. Prediction capability from these three variables toward Performanceis 98.20%, where the balance 1.80% is affected to other factor which was not to be entered toresearch model.Keywords: Performance appraisal system, Motivation, Job satisfaction and Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to fine out the effect of patient's expectation on the service quality, to find out the effect of the competence of employees on the service quality, to find ut the effect of patient expectations on patient satisfaction, to find out the effect of employee competence on patient satisfaction, to find out the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in dental Polyclinic of Udayana hospital. The research was conducted at Dental Polyclinic of Udayana Hospital. The data were collected using questionnaires using differential scale semantics. The number of samples was used 100 people. Data analysis technique by using SEM. The results showed the higher expectation of the patient hence higher the service quality accepted with CR value of 10,181 and sig 0,000. The higher employee’s competence hence the higher the service quality accepted with CR 4,308 and sig 0,000. The higher patient’s expectation hence the higher patient’s satisfaction accepted with CR 2,679 and sig 0,000. The higher employee’s competence hence the higher the patient's satisfaction accepted with CR 2,183 and sig 0,045. The higher the service quality  hence the higher the patient’s satisfaction accepted with CR value of 5,874 and sig 0,000.

Abstract

Abstract

The object in this research is Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness,Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction. This research aims find out the relationship andinfluence of variable Electronic word of mouth, brand awareness, and brand image informing or creating Customer Satisfaction.From this research, four the hypothesis that test is done to 107 respondents who waschosen by judgement sampling technique is conducted sampling technique based onthe characteristics set is minimal stayed previously at Legian Village Hotel. Tabulation ofthe data processed by the program AMOS v22. With the results of studies showing the cutof value and goodness of fit looks four criteria are met eight criteria used. Relative criteriaare met including Chi-square (χ2 / df), Probability, TLI, and CFI and the marginal is GFI.Thus it was more than two criteria that qualify, then the model can already be said to begood.It is expected that this research can connect the implications theoretical and theimplications for companies with the result that overall has been described in this chapterclosing sub-section conclusion.Keywords: Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, CustomerSatisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            According to the expert, the spa industry is still growing and can be used as green washing. Therefore, it is important for the spa industry to also poised to offer adequate solutions and lead the way on how we can achieve sustainable well being within protecting the world. Fairmont Sanur The Spa, as the winner of Best Leading Spa Resort 2017/2018 by Bali Tourism Award realize the increase interest of customer for ‘something green’ also impact their business. The customers sincere awareness about environment make them realize that they might have to run things differently from now on, starting with checking their green marketing strategy due to up until now they only focus on the regular marketing. The purpose of this study is to develop a green marketing strategy for the green spa industry which is exemplified by Fairmont Sanur The Spa. This research used qualitative method that is constructive with literature review and management interview as the premier data source. The result of this study is finding that Fairmont Sanur The Spa needs to focus more on their promotion in terms of strategy, therefore a strategy for promotional activity is made. This research contributes to the resort spa business where they need to focus on their green movement as a whole to ensure the quality of the products and services offered. Further studies can be can be conducted to find standardization on green spa, therefore even though they have been doing all the green marketing, they do not have a certificate that can assure their green business.

Abstract

of this research is to understand and analyses the relationship betweenmarketing mix, yield management strategy, customer satisfaction and occupancy rate diFurama Villas & Spa, Badung, Bali.Occupancy rate influence by four factor such as the correct implementation ofmarketing mix strategy, yield management strategy and how to manage the customersatisfaction in order to increase the sales performance especially determine through occupancyrate. The four factor are clearly shown on the response from the customer through the answerfrom the distributed questionnaire using the Score Interval Scale.This research study includes the four hypothesis that would be examined. Data from100 respondents selected by using non-probability technique with purposive or judgmentsampling method was analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis by usingAMOS version 20.0 software. The result of this research proved that the relationship amongthe four variable strategi marketing mix strategy, yield management, customer satisfactionshow the positive and strong influence to increase the occupancy rate. The result is betweenthe rane of Goodness of Outfit criteria : Chi-square =209,594 : probability = 0,03 ; RMSEA= 0,023 ; GFI = 0,917 ; AGFI = 0,914; CMIN / DF = 0,872 ; TLI = 0,802 ; CFI = 0,894; Allof the hypothesis in this research can be accepted.This research also connect results of the research with theoretical implicatiob andpolicy implication for the management of Furama Villas & Spa, Badung Bali as elaborated inthe summary and epilog. Limitation of the research agenda and future research can be adjustedto all the upcoming research.Keywords: strategy, marketing mix, yield management, customer satisfaction and occupancyrate.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to investigate the influence of independent commissioner, audit committee, capital structure and profitability to stock price. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statement and stock price of the company period 2013 to 2016. The population in this study are all companies that have registered in the BUSINESS-27 index during 2013 to 2016 and publish financial statements in 2013 to 2016. The total sampling technique is used in the selection of samples, so that the number of samples obtained equal to the total population of 38 companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that independent commissioners, audit committees, capital structure and profitability have no effect on stock prices. Independent commissioners and audit committees have a significant positive effect on profitability, while capital structure has a significant negative effect on profitability.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the influence of trust, e-wom, security, and web site design on purchase decisions on tokopedia.com. The data analysis is use Structure Equation Modeling technique with the AMOS 24 program. The conclusion of the analysis shows that the trust and website design variables have positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, while e-wom and security do not affect the purchase decision. Thus, tokopedia.com can pay attention to the security features and design of its website to increase the confidence and decision to buy its customers.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of photography services marketing using Instagram social media in Bali Province. Data collection techniques used interview and observation methods. Stages in data analysis include data reduction (data reduction), presenting data (data display) and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verification). Based on the results of research conducted on the Five Photographers who use Instagram social media as a promotional media which has followers or followers of more than 20,000 in the Province of Bali, the conclusion is the use of Instagram social media to popularize and promote photography services, is quite effective and also generate additional income for informants. All informants also said that using the marketing strategy using Instagram was more useful than using other conventional methods. But for the upper class segmentation, the promotion must be accompanied by making a website to reach a wider market place.
