Abstract

Good or bad results of the child's development relies heavily on education (influences) received by children from various educational environment In such interactions, of course, there is the influence of both positive and negative. The development of more modern era, and the competition of life increasingly difficult, challenging each individual to improve the their quality. Therefore, it is necessary to be ready to compete with the needs of times. This is certainly not free from the influence of the environment in the form of education involving attitudes, behavior, and personality of the individual. A positive environment will make the behavior of students or learners positive as well.  It is because learners will mimic the behavior in their surroundings. It involves family environment, school environment, and the community.

Abstract

School is one of the places where students are able to get education and knowledge. For elementary school students, it is not always an easy thing to enter the school. Most of the elementary school students feel anxious to study at school. Anxiety which is happened during learning process is called learning anxiety. This feeling can be an obstacle for students to achieve the goal of the study. To overcome this problem, there are several learning approach can be applied in the learning process, one of which is Constructivism Approach. This approach can help students to cope with their learning anxiety because the teacher as a facilitator will raise the confidence of the students, involve students actively in the learning process and make them feel that they discover their own knowledge.

Family is the main motor for of children’s character education development. If the family fails to make character education for their children, it will be difficult for other institutions outside the family (including schools) to fix it. Abstract

Thematic integrative learning approach is given in primary schools starting from class I to class VI. The approach used to integrate the core competencies of the various subjects, namely; intra-disciplinary, inter-disciplinary, multi-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary. Intra Disciplinary Integration dimension includes the attitude, knowledge and skills as a whole in each subject integrated through themes. Inter Disciplinary involves combining basic competences of several subjects that are related to each other as depicted in science and social subjects are integrated on a variety of other subjects as appropriate. This is reflected in the structure of elementary curriculum for Grades I-III which have no science and social studies, but the charge is integrated into other subjects mainly Indonesian. Multi Disciplinary is a no-merge the basic competencies so that each subject area still has its own basic competencies. The picture is science and social stand-alone class IV-VI. Trans Disciplinary approach in determining the theme linking the various competencies of the subjects with the existing problems in the vicinity.

Abstract

Education is one way to achieve qualified human resources . Due to the progress of a nation will be realized if the country has qualified human resources . An educator who are parents both learners are those who take responsibility for helping students heading to maturity , which means helping children in the development of knowledge , skills and attitudes behavior. The most important thing that must be owned educators in recognizing the ability of learners is to recognize the skills they have, the ability to provide reinforcement as well as having an innovative spirit.

Abstract

Kurikulum pendidikan dasar antara harapan dan kenyataan, yakni suatu harapan tercapainya Tujuan Pendidikan Nasional. Namun, kenyataan yang terjadi adalah perkembangan dan perubahan yang terjadi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara di dalam negeri dan isu-isu mutakhir dari luar negeri yang dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat dan bangsa Indonesia merupakan hal-hal yang harus segera ditanggapi dan dipertimbangkan dalam penyusunan kurikulum baru pada setiap jenjang pendidikan. Apalagi pendidikan dasar merupakan cikal bakal untuk menuju ke pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, sehingga diperlukan kurikulum sebagai pedoman dalam melaksanakan pendidikan.Beberapa hal yang melatarbelakangi penyusunan kurikulum baru, yakni adanya peraturan perundang-undangan yang baru telah membawa implikasi terhadap paradigma pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan dasar dan menengah antara lain pembaharuan dan divensifikasi kurikulum, serta pembagian kewenangan pengembangan kurikulum. Perkembangan dan perubahan global dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan yang datang begitu cepat telah menjadi tantangan nasional dan menuntut perhatian segera dan serius. Kondisi masa sekarang dan kecenderungan di masa yang akan datang perlu dipersiapkan generasi muda termasuk peserta didik yang memiliki kompetensi yang multidimensional.Pengembangan kurikulum harus dapat mengantisipasi persoalan-persoalan yang mempunyai kemungkinan besar sudah dan/atau akan terjadi. Kurikulum yang dibutuhkan di masa depan adalah kurikulum yang mampu memberikan keterampilan dan keahlian bertahan hidup dalam perubahan, pertentangan, ketidakmenentuan, ketidakpastian, dan kesulitan dalam kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, kurikulum secara berkelanjutan disempurnakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara nasional. Penyempurnaan kurikulum dilakukan secara responsif terhadap penerapan hak asasi manusia, kehidupan demokratis, persatuan, dan kesatuan, kepastian hukum, kehidupan beragama dan ketahanan budaya, pembangunan daerah, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi, serta pengelolaan lingkungan.

Abstract

Disclosure of the development of children's potential is very large. The difference ability of children indicates the differences in the applied learning pattern. Especially in terms of cognitive, there are various ways dealing with the improvement of their competence optimally. One of them is by conducting reading activities. A literature contains much information that can be reviewed and analyzed at a certain level. Every child needs to get information about various things not only from a mere communication, but also through reading independently. Reading habits should be cultivated from an early age so that the child’s desire to read something will grow as a habit. There are many methods of reading which are offered in a series of child processes to improve their competence. Accuracy in choosing the method will cause the child to be able to perform reading activities effectively. The indicator is when the child has finished reading the passage; he may deliver information orally about the reading materials.The ability to remember and understand this information is also definitely related to the selected and used method by children in reading. Therefore, the significant part of parents and teachers is the linkages of optimizing children cognitive development with appropriate reading method selection.

Abstract

The succesfulnes of learning to complete the passing grade is not determined by the good input but mostly specified by the learning process. Therefore, a teacher should be able to design learning activities as accurately as possible in accordance to the ability of learners. One way that can be taken by teachers is through the use of Multi Media-based meaningful learning model of instructional design (MID). Having the results of the first cycle and the second cycle which occurs a significant increase in the first cycle with the number 3165 and the second cycle with 3695 meaning that an increase from the first cycle and the second cycle is 530 points. An average increase of 11.77 points from the average (mean) in the first cycle with 70.33 (B) and the second cycle with 82.1 (B +). Viewing from the absorption in the first cycle with the figure 70.33% and the second cycle with the 82.1% determined there is increased 11.77%, while the views of learning mastery cycle I reached 42.22% and learning mastery in the second cycle reached 100% then there is a 57.78% increase.

Abstract

Every child born into the world brings the religious feelings in him. Religious feelings are feelings that are naturally accompanies every individual when he live up to his relationship with his Lord. Religious feeling is a feeling that sublime form in the human soul. The religious feelings of the human heart moves him to do more good deeds. Although since children have been accustomed to living in a deity atmosphere. They have not been able to determine their attitudes to religious values. They just imitate and adapt alone with his way of life. During school, religious feeling is still in progress. Ttherefore, it needs help from people who are more mature for their development.
