Abstract

Tujuannya penelitian ini yakni untuk menganalisis kontribusi implementasi pengelolaan sarana dan komunikasi organisasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap mutu pelayanan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey-deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang sudah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Baik secara parsial maupun simultan implementasi pengelolaan sarana dan komunikasi organisasi memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap mutu pelayanan pendidikan. Bertolak dari hasil penelitian tersebut, penulis menyarankan: (1) Dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap peserta didik, agar kelengkapan sarana yang ada dioptimalkan kuantitas dan pemeliharaannya; (2) Pihak sekolah sebaiknya mengakomodir keluhan, saran, dan aspirasi masyarakat, agar pelayanan pada masyarakat makin meningkat, terutama yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan mutu pendidikan; (3) Selalu menjalin silaturahmi dan komunikasi dengan orang tua peserta didik dalam upaya secara bersama mendorong peningkatan mutu pelayanan pendidikan.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui integrasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah serta pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada 104 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunanakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan analisis statistik, deskriptif dilengkapi dengan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan integritas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan integritas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah secara simultan terhadap efektitivitas kerja guru. Beranjak dari kondisi yang ada, penulis menyarankan: (1) Dalam rangka meningkatkan integritas kepemimpinannya, kepala sekolah perlu meningkatkan keterpaduan dalam memimpin serta lebih transparan dalam mengelola sekolah melalui komunikasi rutin dengan guru sebagai mitra kerjanya. (2) Budaya organisasi sekolah juga merupakan salah satu yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kerja guru. Untuk itu, kepala sekolah perlu meningkatkan toleransi terhadap tindakan berisiko dan toleransi terhadap konflik dengan cara membangun pola komunikasi yang lebih mudah dipahami oleh semua elemen di sekolah.

Abstract

Pokok masalah yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kompetensi guru terhadap mutu pendidikan baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey method, dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket skala lima kategori Likert, terhadap 65 orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap mutu pendidikan. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap mutu pendidikan. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kompetensi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu pendidikan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada SMA Negeri, para guru perlu memperhatikan masalah penguasaan kompetensinya agar diperoleh efektivitas proses pembelajaran yang lebih optimal. Mutu pendidikan pada SMA Negeri sudah cukup baik, namun demikian masih perlu ditingkatkan agar diperoleh kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan antara lain dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengembangkan kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada konsep diri dan kompetensi pedagogik guru serta pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran baik parsial maupun ganda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode survey di mana penulis terjun langsung ke tataran empirik dengan menyebarkan angket terhadap 47 orang guru. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier dan ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan konsep diri guru terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran; (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan konsep diri dan kompetensi pedagogik guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran. Oleh karenanya, penulis menyarankan: (1) Agar guru memperbaiki kesehatan dan penampilan karena hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelemahan konsep diri guru adalah pada penampilan dan arti penting tubuh. Sehingga guru perlu diberikan pencerahan yang berkaitan dengan cara memelihara kesehatan dan kebugaran melalui dilaksanakannya senam bersama atau melaksanakan diskusi kelompok berkaitan dengan diit mempertahankan tubuh yang prima. (2) Untuk menghadapi persaingan ke depan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dipandang perlu meningkatkan lagi kompetensi pedagogik guru terutama yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dan menganalisis tentang supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi serta pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Balongan Kabupaten Indramayu. Metode penelitian menggunakan metoda survey terhadap guru. Teknik pengumpulan data selain melaksanakan observasi langsung, mengadakan wawancara dengan pihak terkait dan menyebarkan angket. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi berprestasi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Penulis menyarankan, bahwa: (1) Masih perlu ditingkatkan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah karena terbukti supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. (2) Motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the principal's supervision and work climate simultaneously had on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency. The research method used is the survey method with correlational techniques and regression and the collection technique data used are Likert scale questionnaire data on 65 public elementary school teachers in the Kertasemaya sub-district of Indramayu Regency. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant effect of supervision of the principal on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in the sub-district of Kertasemaya, Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's supervision of teacher work motivation is 17.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables. (2) There is a significant effect of work climate on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the work climate on teacher work motivation is 21%, while the rest is influenced by other variables besides the supervision of the principal, which are not examined in this study (Epsilon). (3) there is a simultaneous significant effect of school principal supervision and work climate on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya District, Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's supervision and the work climate simultaneously on the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency is 32%, while the rest is influenced by other variables, which are not examined in this study (epsilon). To increase work motivation, it is necessary to supervise the principal regularly and need a conducive work climate.

Abstract

The formulation of the issues raised in this research is: Is there any influence of headmaster and compensation on the performance of non-civil servant teachers in private junior high school in Sector I of Indramayu Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of principal guidance on teacher performance and compensation on teacher performance, and the influence of principal guidance and compensation simultaneously on the performance of non-civil servant teachers in private sector SMP in Sector I Kabupaten Indramayu. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach that uses simple and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is there is positive and significant influence partially between each independent variable that is principal guidance and compensation to dependent variable that is teacher performance, and there are positive and significant influence between principal coaching variable and compensation simultaneously to performance non civil servant teachers at private junior high schools in Sector I Kabupaten Indramayu. This research is kind of correlation because to know the relation of principal guidance variable (X1), compensation (X2) and teacher performance (Y). While the data collection using questionnaires and analyzed using single regression and multiple regression. Hypothesis testing result obtained by R square value equal to 0,162 indicate that there is influence positively and significant coaching principal and compensation simultaneously to teacher performance equal to 16,2%, the rest from other factor outside of both variable. The principal can maintain and improve the teacher's reproduction by continuing to conduct regularly, the principal can also increase teacher training activities through field trips, attend seminars or headmaster training and try to be role models for teachers in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Principal Situational Leadership and Work Motivation on Teaching Performance of State Vocational School Teachers in Ex-Kewedanaan Losarang Indramayu Regency. In this study, the measured variable consists of two independent variables with notations (X1) and (X2), and one variable bound by notation (Y). Data collection techniques are a method used to obtain research data. In this case the author uses the data collection techniques as follows: (1) Literature / Documentation Study; (2) Observation; (3) Interview; (4) Questionnaire / Questionnaire. The data analysis used in this study is using statistical regression analysis. This study concludes that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the principal's situational leadership on the teaching performance of the Losarang State Vocational School teachers at Ex-Kewedanaan in Indramayu Regency and the magnitude of the effect is 27%. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on the teaching performance of the Losarang State Vocational School teachers at Ex-Kewedanaan in Indramayu District and the magnitude of the effect is 28.8%. (3) There is a positive and significant influence on the principal's situational leadership and work motivation simultaneously on the teaching performance of the Losarang State Vocational School teachers at the Ex-Kewedanaan in Indramayu District and the magnitude of the effect is 41.3%.

Abstract

The research sets purpose to increase the dtudi result of ips by using the draft map method for subject kind of job toward students at third grade in SDN XXV Wailiti in 2017 / 2018 . This research is actually a class measure research which has the students of third grade as its subject of research, consists of 9 schooolboys and 16 schoolgirls. It is done within 2 cycles and each cyele goes through planning, implementation, observation and reflection. While to assemble the data, it uses test, observation, documentation. The result of the research shows increases in teachers and students activity, and also the study result of students in IPS by using draf map method. The observation on the teachers activity on the firdt cycle at first meeting reaches 75% categorizet as good, and at the second neeting reaches 88,33% categorizet as good. The second cyle for the first meeting gets 90% for good category, and on the second it achieves 96,6% for very good category. While the students activity on the first cycle for the first meeting reaches 75% categorizet as good, and the second meeting reaches 83,33% categorizet as very good. On the second cycle at first meeting attains 87,5% for good category, second meeting achieves 95,83% categorizet as very good. Based on the study result of first cycle, students reach the average level become 66,6%. While the second cycle shows student in average level raises up to 81,6%. In summary, by using draft map method for subject kind of job can increase teachers skills, students activity and study result toward student at third grade in SDN XXV Wailiti, sub-ditrict of Alok Barat, Sikka Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the magnitude of the influence between the leadership style of the principal and the work discipline of the teacher both individually and jointly on the performance of the teacher in the Public Elementary School in the Haurgeulis District of Indramayu Regency. This research was conducted to find an analysis of the relationship between school principal supervision and work climate with the motivation of elementary school teachers working in Kertasemaya Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency with correlational and regression techniques. The type of research used is quantitative, namely research based on the calculation of numbers or statistics of a variable to be studied separately and then connected. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded (1) there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's leadership style (X1) on Teacher's performance (Y) in Public Elementary Schools in the Haurgeulis District of Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership style (X1) on Teacher performance (Y) in Public Elementary Schools in the District of Haurgeulis in Indramayu Regency was 6.84% and the rest was influenced by teacher discipline variables and other variables not examined in this study. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of teacher work discipline (X2) on Teacher performance (Y) of Public Elementary Schools in Haurgeulis District, Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of teacher work discipline (X2) on the performance of Teachers (Y) of Public Elementary Schools in the District of Haurgeulis in Indramayu Regency amounted to the remaining 10.5% influenced by the principal leadership style variables and other variables not examined in this study. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of the principal's leadership style (X1) and teacher work discipline (X2) together on the performance of Teachers (Y) of Public Elementary Schools in the Haurgeulis District of Indramayu Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership style (X1) on the performance of Teachers (Y) of Public Elementary Schools in the District of Haurgeulis in Indramayu Regency amounted to the remaining 10.5% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
