Abstract

Insulator fault may lead to the accident of power network,thus the on-line monitoring of insulator is very significant. Low rates wireless network is used for data transmission of leakage current. Determination of the measurement matrix is the significant step for realizing the compressed sensing theory. This article comes up with new sparse matrices which can be used as compressed sensing matrices to make data compression and reconstruction of leakage current with the compressed sensing. This theory can achieve pretty good results. And then this article performs that the reconstitution effect is almost the same using the measurement matrix of Toeplitz matrix, circulant matrix or sparse matrix, as using a classical measurement matrix.

Abstract

It is rich in electric field energy in high voltage substations while it is hardly collected and utilized. A novel energy harvesting device based on spatial electric field is presented in this paper, which is composed of capacitive energy collector and conditioning circuit. A simulation model of the energy collector is established to study the relationship between output voltage and its structural parameters and is verified by no-load tests. There are some restraining factors such as output voltage unstable in the traditional conditioning circuit. A new conditioning circuit is designed to overcome the problems and this new circuit is more effectively. This paper designs a new device to harvest the electric field energy within substations and it can provide broad potential use in the future.

Abstract

In this study, an optimization algorithm is proposed for asymmetric s-shape acceleration/deceleration to achieve better contour accuracy for biaxial systems. The optimization is based on the method of genetic algorithm incorporated with the constraints made by the motion system. Numerical simulations of an XY table driven by linear motors following a simple cornering path verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract

In order to ensure safety work of marine equipment, this paper introduces a kind of sink-float safety device which can match with marine equipment to realize protection work, and a fuzzy controller set up by fuzzy control algorithm. The data of the control system is collected by multi-sensor and filtered through the filter circuit. Under a 5 grade sea condition, the marine sink-float safety device can carry marine equipment, escaping from the harsh marine environment by diving to a certain depth. The simulation in MATLAB/Simulink shows that the control system could response fast and operate stably. Furthermore, it is able to control sink-float safety device efficiently and reach to the preset depth accurately. So we can guarantee the operation of marine equipment reasonably.

Abstract

Single pixel camera is a new imaging device that develops from the “ghost” imaging and compressive sensing theory. For high resolution imaging with large amount of data, the process of measurement and reconstruction is time-consuming, which limits its application to remote sensing area. Based on the analysis of the configuration of the single pixel camera, an efficient imaging strategy through combining different numbers of DMD mirrors and local imaging was proposed which is able to image the interested target in high resolution with low time cost. Simulation experiment was carried out for two different types of targets, i.e., three-line target image and the scene consisting of a ship in the ocean. Three types of images, in low, middle and high resolution, are reconstructed respectively by the control of DMD working area and the strategy to combining DMD mirrors. The reconstructed images reached the application requirements at very low measurement and reconstruction time cost. The effectiveness and practicality of this strategy could be applied to other compressive sensing imaging devices.

Abstract

Current quality assessment methods of water parameters are mainly laboratory based, require fresh supplies of chemicals, trained staff and are time consuming. Sensor networks are great alternatives for such requirements. We present a practical application of wireless networks: a remote water monitoring system running TinyOS. The contents of several chemicals in the water are sensed and transmitted. The sensor data are collected and transmitted via ZigBee and GPRS. Instead of focusing on theoretic issues such as routing algorithms, network lifetime and so on, we investigate special techniques involved in the implementation of the system while employing TinyOS and its special programming language.

Abstract

This paper proposed a calibration method of sheet-of-light vision measurement sensor based on light plane constraint. Through capturing 12 images of different direction from homemade circular calibration target, the center of the circle and the light stripe is extracted based on Halcon platform of Germany. The experimental results obtained the intrinsic parameters, extrinsic parameters and radial distortion coefficient of the nonlinear model. At the same time the light plane constraint equation is got based on PCA plane fitting method. The results show that the calibration method is simple and reliable, and the method does not need any auxiliary adjustment. The work laid the better foundation for hard disk planeness vision measurement.

Abstract

Feature extraction and accurate classification of electric power equipment, help to improve the automation and intelligent level of power system management. Aiming at the problems that applying Hu invariant moments to extract image feature computes large and applying corner vector to match has too dimensions, this paper presented Harris corner invariant moments algorithm. This algorithm only calculates corner coordinates other than the entire image coordinates, so can change the point feature into feature vectors, and reduce the corner matching dimensions. Combined with the SVM (Support Vector Machine) classification method, we conducted a classification for a large number of electrical equipment images, and the result shows that using Harris corner invariant moments algorithm to extract invariant moments, and classifying by these invariant moments can achieve better classification accuracy.

Abstract

This paper aimed to design and realized Qiqihar urban video surveillance system and use advanced design solutions to improve the traditional city video surveillance system based on EPON technology. Hierarchical design was proposed and a detailed analysis of each design was given. The system not only has expanded capabilities in the structure, but also has integrated application capabilities in the business, including image transmission, remote monitoring, remote centralized digital image data storage, remote real-time on-demand playback (stored data image). The result shows that the system can completely solve the digitization of the monitoring system and the process of networking bottlenecks.

Abstract

In order to enhance the recognition performance of the i-vector speaker recognition system under unpredicted noise environment, a improved local preserve projection which used for reduce dimension to i-vector is proposed on this paper. First , the non zero eigenvalue is rejected when we solve the optimized objective function, only using the eigenvalue which value greater than zero. A mapping matrix is obtained by solving a generalized eigenvalue problem, so can settle the singular value problem occurred in traditional local preserve projection algorithm.The experiment result shows,The recognition performance of the method proposed in this paper is improved under several kinds of noise environments.
