Abstract

ABSTRACT: Adolescence student’s bullying behavior causing bad impact for the physic, mental, and social of the vully-victims. Thereby, victims needs resilience to be revved from their traumatic experience. This study aims to find out the sources of resilience of victims of abuse. This research using qualitative method with case study approach case study. Resilience is the ability of a person to successfully copyng and revived from their unpleasant experience. Collecting data technique using interview and observation. Data analyze technique using coding, organizing data, thematic analysis, interpretation and data credibility using triangulation source technique to sampling based on opinion. The result of research  showed that, from 5 subyect, there one  subyect,  H who isdominant in all aspect such as  I am, I can, and I have. The subjects of ‘AO’ and ‘B’ are more dominant at the source I am, subject ‘A’ is more dominant in the source I have. Whereas subject ‘N’ is more dominant in the source I have. The study concludes that there are family factor, community, emotional regulation, optimism, self-efficacy, and religiosity factors that influence the resilience of adolescents. In conclusion, there is only one subyect who has resilience, but the other subyect doesn’t has all the aspects of I am, I can, and I have, while in other subjects is only dominant in one source of resilience. To has resilience, a person must have all of the aspect, such as I am, I can, and I have.Keywords: Resilience, bully-victims, adolescence ABSTRAK: Perilaku perundungan pada remaja yang dilakukan di lingkungan sekolah menimbulkan dampak buruk secara fisik, mental, dan sosial bagi korban. Dengan demikian, korbannya membutuhkan resiliensi untuk bangkit dari pengalaman traumatis tersebut. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk dapat berhasil dalam mengatasi atau bangkit kembali dari pengalaman hidup yang tidak menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sumber-sumber resilien korban perundungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus kepada lima remaja korbang perundungan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan meliputi koding, organisasi data, analisis tematik, tahapan interpretasi dan mengetahui keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber untuk pengujian terhadap dugaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa dari lima subyek terdapat satu subyek yakni H dominan di semua aspek pada sumber I am, I can, dan I have. Subyek AO dan B lebih dominan pada sumber I am, subyek A lebih dominan di sumber I have. Sedangkan subyek N lebih dominan di sumber I have. Studi menyimpulkan bahwa ada faktor keluarga, komunitas, regulasi emosi, optimisme, self-Efficacy, dan religiusitas yang mempengaruhi proses resilien remaja. Dapat di simpulkan bahwa hanya satu subyek yang resiliensi, sedangkan pada subyek-subyek lain hanya dominan di satu sumber dalam membentuk resiliensi, hal ini belum bisa dikatakan resilien. Sedangkan untuk menjadi resiliensi harus memiliki semua aspek dalam sumber I am, I can, dan have.Kata kunci: Resiliensi, korban perundungan, remaja

Abstract

Development of the modern era of increasingly broad impacts on the various sides of human life, a change not only affects the thinking and technology, but also to the tendency of the illness. Cancer and various accompanying events can be stressful for the patient. Therefore needed in order to support the patient, the patient’s husband helped her recovery and the patient can survive longer. Stress is a presumption of the individual to a source or a situation which was considered to give the pressure, excitement and a certain burden, both physically and psychologically that is not commensurate with her that she perceived as a threat to the welfare of one's life. Social support assistance provided by the husband is the husband as the people closest to the patient. Breast cancer is a disease caused by the growth of abnormal breast cells, which is the process of malignancy in the breast that often causes death in the group of women sufferers.Independent variables in this study is social support of the husband, the dependent variable is the stress in patients with breast cancer. The study population were women with breast cancer at the Department of Surgery Cipto Mangunkusumo Central Jakarta. Purposive sampling method to sample and try out using unused. Scale of social support and stress scale each consisting of 52 items. Methods of analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. Based on research results found that there is a relationship between social support dan stress.Keywords: social support, stress, breast cancer patient

Abstract

People perception toward their physical appearance or also known as body image has already been a great issue for long, especially in women. This issue appears whenever everyone finds the discrepancies between the real body and the ideal body image. The ideal body image is influenced strongly by the mass media at that moment. Nowadays, the ideal physical appearance for women based on media’s opinion is skinny body. If a woman finds her body doesn’t meet the ideal figure, then the body dissatisfaction will appear. Body dissatisfaction is related directly to lower body image satisfaction. Lower body image satisfaction (measured by MBSRQ) without any treatment will lead to eating disorder soon. Thus, it becomes urgent to treat women with body dissatisfaction to prevent those pathological areas. Treatment for women with body dissatisfaction is aimed to increase their body image satisfaction. The core of this treatment is to reconstruct the irrational thoughts of these women related to their body image. This treatment will use the approach of art therapy and will be given to five participants. All participants are women. Unlike the other approaches of therapy, art therapy doesn’t use too much verbal words as the main technique. Art therapy uses the art or creativity as the media to express the thoughts or feelings of clients. The results of this research show that the approach of art therapy is success in increasing the body image satisfaction in women with body dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the success of this intervention is varying between one participant and another. The personality factor is used to enrich the discussion of the result and also to analyze the difference of success quality in five participants. Keywords: body image dissatisfaction, art therapy, women

Abstract

This research using quantitative data which includes comparative research or research that aimed to know differences between two variable or more for to know are have difference about anxiety in choose major in college on the students twelve grades observed from guidance and counseling. The research sampling method using purposive sample and size of samples amount 45 students twelve grades Jembatan Lima who get guidance and counseling and 45 students twelve grades Duri Raya who didn’t get guidance and counseling. This research used anxiety scale are reviewed by Dacey & Fiore’s (2002) component. Reliability anxiety scale value in choose major in college on amount .930 consisted 22 item. The analysis data using Mann – U Whitney represent that have differences about anxiety in choose major in college on the students twelve grades Jembatan Lima who get guidance and counseling with the students twelve grades Duri Raya who didn’t get guidance and counseling. Keywords: Anxiety in choose major in college, Guidance and Counseling, and Students twelve grades.

Abstract

Puberty is experienced in adolescence that causes physical and sexual maturity. Sexual hormones that have begun to work encourage adolescents to engage in sexual behavior. Women are referred to as the most disadvantaged if they have premarital sex without long-term commitment. And losing your virginity will affect your self-esteem such as feeling insecure, embarrassed, guilty, sinful, dirty, scared, worried, fear not accepted and humiliation and others will arise after having premarital sex. The purpose of this study is to get an overview and know how the self-esteem of teenage girls who have premarital sex. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with phenomenological approach and using interview and observation method to obtain research data. Respondents in this study were five teenage girls who had premarital sex. The results in this study showed that only one respondent fulfilled all aspects of self-esteem. Then, three respondents fulfilled the aspect of feeling of worth. Two respondents fulfilled the aspect of feeling of competence, and two respondents fulfilled the feelings of belonging. The existence of family factors that also affect the respondents to perform premarital sex behavior as well as the existence of environmental factors, personality factors and hormonal factors. Premarital sex performed by these five respondents can be a picture that premarital sex in teenagers is a natural thing to do with a partner as a form of peak of love by teenagers though not married. So that adolescents are expected to study sex education by attending seminars to find out the impacts if premarital sex. Keywords:  Self-esteem, Self-esteem in teenage girls, teenage girls, premarital sex

Abstract

Problem Based Learning with jigsaw model is a learning system which requiresstudents to collaborate with friends in a group to solve complex problems relating to the acquisition of knowledge.The principle of Problem Based Learning is self-regulated learning which is focusing on students (Students centered) and no longer focused on the teacher. This system is expected to be able to increase student’s motivation and achievement. Students are able to explorethe material by their own methods. This research was basically wanted to see the application of PBL with jigsaw method. This study was experimental research with a one-group posttest or after only a one-group design. This design involved a given group manipulations. This design was used because it was not possibleto randomize the subjects and divided them into the control group and the experimental group. This research was carried out for 3 months in one class. The results showed that the learning outcomes through PBL which measured with effectiveness of PBL scalewas considered less effective by students. They felttroubled with other students who did not have the motivation to learn. In this case, a preliminary study is a must; to determine the characteristics of students. Abstract

Secara umum tujuan utama dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskriptif analisis studi dari C. G Jung (1875-1961) terhadap Adam. C. G Jung menjadi subjek yang tepat untuk dikaji dalam studi ini sebagaimana ia dengan luar biasa mengemukakan objek studi di dalam penulisannya. Studi literature ini secara khusus berdasarkan karya C. G Jung Mysterium Coniunctionis: An Inquiry into the Separation and Synthesis of Psychic Opposites in Alchemy dalam Bab Adam and Eve, dengan penambahan autobiografi dari Jung Memories, Dreams, Reflections. Pandangan C.G. Jung‟s terhadap Adam tiga dasar realitas yaitu: Tuhan, alam semesta, dan manusia. Studi ini juga akan menjawab tujuan dari penciptaan Adan dan apakah Adam adalah simbol dari kesempurnaan manusia. Jung berpendapat bahwa setiap orang menghayati kesan gambaran akan Tuhan- cetakan dari diri - berada dalam diri kita. Setiap individu mengandung kesan dari arketip atas diri. Menurut Jung, tujuan dari usaha manusia adalah pencarian keutuhan melalui pengetahuan batin. Hal ini merupakan perwujudan perjalanan menuju pusat dari jiwa, perjalanan menuju diri. Visi Jung mengenai penciptaan Adam adalah munculnya diri atau yang disebut Jung sebgai proses individuasi atau realisasi diri, pencarian dan pengalaman dari makna dan tujuan hidup, cara-cara dimana seseorang menemukan dirinya dan menjadi siapa dirinya sesungguhnya. Bagi Jung pemunculan Adam dalam kesadaran merupakan sebuah realisasi dari seseorang atau Anthropos, transendensi totalitas jenis kelamin dan selama orang tersebut adalah Ilahi, ia adalah teofani, seseorang yang sempurna dan tak dapat digambarkan dengan kata-kata. Dengan alas an ini, pandangan Jung mengenai Adam dapat diartikan sebagai “pemaknaan manusia Adam” (“anthropocentrical Adam”). Kata kunci: C. G Jung, Pemunculuan Adam, Diri, Arketip

Abstract

As an undergraduate, the activity of lectures and the organization becomes a learning event for working. Problem arises when they have difficulty regulating time between lectures and organizational activities. However, this can be overcome by developing time management skills through training as a form of intervention. The introduction to time management training module design is based on active training approach that uses the principles of experiential learning. At University “X”, specifically at the program of study of Psychology, time management skills in the undergraduate association program measured using a scale of time management that consists of 15 item created by researcher with the range of validity 0,405 – 0,876 and reliability 0,889. The result is from 27 undergraduate, 17 have time management skills that tend to be low and 10 tend to be high. However the introduction to the design of training modules produced in this study has its limitation. It still needs further development on the next research in order to design a holistic training module of time management, which effectiveness can be tested more accurately. Keywords: time management, training module, active training, experiential learning.

Abstract

Schizophrenia residual type is one of schizophrenia types which is the symptoms of schizophrenia are no longer appears significantly. The schizophrenia patients are need to be prepared before they complete their treatment in a mental health institution and back into society. A skill that is needed by schizophrenia residual type is conversational skills. However, some of schizophrenia patients are encountering problems in learning the conversational skills. The aim of this research is to study the effectiveness of group behavior therapy into the conversational skills of schizophrenia residual type patients. The technique used in the therapy is modeling and shaping. Statistical test with significance p = 0,002 < 0,01 shows that group behavior therapy can improve conversational skills in schizophrenia residual type patients. Abstract

Based on data from the Cancer Hospital Dharmais (RSKD), from 2004 to 2010, breast cancer was always the top ranked. It showed that breast cancer is a serious disease in Indonesia. Psychological reactions that usually appear after a patient adjudged breast cancer is a mental shock, anxiety, could not accept the fact, to depression. Anxiety that occurs in patients with breast cancer will be reduced if the immediate environment, such as family, relatives, friends, and neighbors provide social support to the patient. This study aims to examine the relationship between social support with anxiety in breast cancer patients. This study involved 30 breast cancer patients with stage II and III age range 17-60 years. It was based on the assumption that patients in stage II and III may exhibit anxiety traits and still possible to join the study, and patients with an age range 17-60 years has had psychological maturity and be able to think logically. This research used quantitative methods using scale study, which was based on indicators which refer to the theory of social support by Sarafino (1998) and the theory of anxiety by Nevid (2005). The results of this study indicate that there was an association between social support with anxiety in breast cancer patients.Keywords: Breast cancer patients, social support, and anxiety
