Abstract

In the era of globalization, innovation is one thing that many people talk about in order to try to create a form or thing or thing that can make an activity more effective and efficient. The challenge of continuing to innovate does not only come to humans individually but also extends to the scope of the organization.  This study aims to see the dynamics that occur in the innovation process carried out by BPJS Kesehatan by taking a case study on the HR performance management sistem. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with five research sources using a qualitative approach. The results showed that there are three main dimensions of the development process of HR performance management system innovation at BPJS Kesehatan, namely: forming a unified data from existing personnel sistems, building a system that can integrate modules for performance, talent and career, and build system development. The dimension of integrating performance modules, talents and careers into an integrated system is characteristic of this research when compared to other findings regarding the processes and stages of innovation. Innovation in the performance management system at BPJS Kesehatan is a tangible form that organizations see employees as talent and are key competitive assets and key factors for future organizational success.

Abstract

Facebook is a global Internet services for network counterparts in the world of social media. Many gains and losses as facebook users, profits for example, could make friends with anybody, fast data access, ob- taining positive information, you can merchandise on line via the website facebook, write status Boulding per- sonality, positive self expression and much more. While the loss as an example, is an expression of negative self, posting images of pornography, promotion of self-sales, post status provoke others, and many other examples. But the authors focus of this article, in order to determine how the self-disclosure of facebook users are presented with words and pictures through facebook media status. And to determine how the meaning stored behind the sign delivered status facebook users on personal status. The research method with qualitative research. With Roland Barthes semiotic text analysis as a scalpel as to read the meaning of the sign facebook status informant who uploaded the form of photos and words. The object is the meaning of self disclosure facebook users, while the subject is an informant who upload status in facebook that are self disclosure, by using purposive sampling by the author. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation, and literature studies. While data analysis technique data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Validity of the data using a triangulation of data sources, methods, and theory. The results of this study according to the theory of self-disclosure self disclosure Johari Window is positioned in quadrant one we know ourselves and other people also know about ourselves means no disclosure of ourselves to others. Then constructed by the author obtained some categories of self disclosure face- book users which are self disclosure proud and happy on image analysis 1, self disclosure nervous and confident on the analysis of Figure 2, self-disclosure that are unmet human needs analysis in figure 3, self disclosure flavor pain by eliminating a sense of overbearing analysis in figure 4, self disclosure longing, the analysis in figure 4, self disclosure a sense of disappointment, the analysis in Figure 6, self disclosure feeling of happiness, the anal- ysis in Figure 7, self disclosure feelings of sadness, the analysis in figure 8, and the final analysis is the self-dis- closure of feelings and thoughts facebook users male gender differences feeling, owned ratio of men and women.

Abstract

Everyone grown on his or her generation. Children who grow up today experience the development information and communication technology. Communication pattern is also moving from interpersonal communication to digital communication. It supported by the development of smartphone and social media. The develoment of communication technology will varify the problems faced by parents. The quality and quantity of interpersonal communication is now decreasing. Communication between person in the family is now substituting by virtual communication via social media. The purpose of this research is to see the communication pattern between parents and children especially women children when theiru parents are apart of one of them died. Data were collected through interview with five young women. They all were alumni of Tarakanita School of Communication and Secretarial Studies and have been working for several years. Now they are studying at the same campus to complete the Bacheler’s Degree. It was found out that when parents were still united or together and there was no interference for others, communication took place in a good way. Communication between children and parents were not going on well. Commucitation between father and mother was also good. However, when there was a turbulence in the family caused by death or interference of the third party, communication was disputed or upset. Communication between mother and father is disturbed and so is the communication between children and parent. It was found out that there was a tendency that mother became more possessive and over protective. The comclusio is that inharmony family background of turbulence because of death did not effect to the children’s attitude and behavior. They are not dissolved by the family matters. On the other hand, they successfully change the weaknesses into strengths. On the other words, communication barriers caused by the family matters will not always give negative impact to children. They still have the spirit for a better lifeSetiap anak membawa jamannya, begitu istilah yang sering dipergunakan untuk menggambarkan kondisi, keadaan dan kecenderungan yang dialami oleh setiap generasi. Demikian pula anak muda jaman sekarang, tak lepas dari kekhasan era informasi dan komunikasi yang ada pada saat ini. Pola komunikasi keluarga mengalami pergeseran dari komunikasi antar-personal dan komunikasi verbal ke komunikasi digital. Aktivitas, kesibukan dan masalah yang dihadapi  orangtua menjadi sebab terbatasnya kuantitas dan kualitas  komunikasi antar-anggota keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pola komunikasi yang terjalin antara orang tua dan anak terutama anak perempuan ketika orang tua harus berpisah atau karena salah satu dari kedua orang tua meninggal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pola-pola komunikasi yang terjadi di dalam keluarga dengan orang tua tunggal baik karena meninggal atau karena sebab lain dan harus berpisah. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada lima alumni STIKS Tarakanita yang semuanya perempuan. Mereka sudah menyelesaikan program D3, sudah bekerja dan saat ini sedang meneruskan studi di Program Strata Satu. Dari wawancara dapat diketahui bahwa pada saat kedua orang tua lengkap dan tidak ada intervensi dari pihak luar komunikasi terjalin dengan baik dengan seluruh anggota keluarga. Namun ketika terjadi guncangan baik karena sebab alamiah yaitu karena salah satu orang tua meninggal atau karena pihak lain sehingga menyebabkan kedua orang tua berpisah, komunikasi menjadi terganggu. Komunikasi antara ayah dan ibu terganggu, demikian juga komunikasi antara anak dan orang tua. Di sisi lain, ada kecenderungan bahwa anak akan mengikuti ibunya ketika orang tua harus berpisah. Dengan keadaan ini, ibu cenderung menjadi lebih possesive dan over protective. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa latar belakang keluarga yang kurang harmonis atau ketimpangan keluarga akibat kematian tidak mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku anak. Mereka tidak larut dalam kehancuran keluarga namun justru mereka mampu mengelola kekurangan ini menjadi sumber kekuatan untuk berjuang sehingga tidak makin terpuruk oleh keadaan. Dengan kata lain, kendala  komunikasi akibat perceraian orangtua dan semua masalah yang ditimbulkan ternyata tidak selalu memberikan dampak negatif bagi daya juang anak. Mereka tetap memiliki daya juang dan bertanggung jawab untuk hidupyang lebih baik

Abstract

As a new comer of MOBA-based game in Indonesia, Arena Of Valor has been promoted massively. This research to know how big is the influence of promotional mix which is consisted of advertising, sales promotion, public relations, events and experience, direct and interactive marketing, and word of mouth marketing towards innovation-adoption of online game apps Arena Of Valor. This research is a quantitative research which involves 1066 respondents. Based on the result, it can be shown that 65,5% promotional mix influencing innovation adoption of online game apps Arena Of Valor and the other 34,5% is not researched in this researchSebagai pemain baru dalam permainan daring MOBA yang masuk pasar Indonesia, Arena Of Valor gencar melakukan aktivitas promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh bauran promosi yang terdiri dari periklanan, promosi penjualan, hubungan masyarakat, acara dan pengalaman, pemasaran langsung dan interaktif, dan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut terhadap adopsi inovasi aplikasi permainan daring Arena Of Valor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaif yang melibatkan 1066 responden sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh bauran promosi mempengaruhi adopsi inovasi aplikasi permainan daring Arena Of Valor sebesar 65,5% sedangkan 34,5% lainnya tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Kemerosotan nilai moral dan dan karakter anak bangsa semakin meningkat dibuktikan dengan banyaknya kasus tawuran remaja, narkoba, dan pergaulan bebas yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya pendidikan karakter yang dimiliki oleh setiap sekolah. Oleh karena itu, Sekolah SMA Don Bosco II perlu menggunakan teori Elaboration likelihood model dan strategi Public Relations untuk mempertahankan citra sekolah katolik yang berkarakter. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami penerapan serta mengetahui hambatan dan solusi Sekolah SMA Don Bosco II dalam mempertahankan citra sekolah Katolik yang berkarakter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, jenis deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman serta teknik pemeriksaan triangulasi sumber. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari strategi Public keabsahan data yaitu Relations yang terbagi atas sembilan tahap, Sekolah SMA Don Bosco II telah melakukan kesembilan tahap tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi Public Relations telah terimplementasikan pada Sekolah SMA Don Bosco II dengan berbagai hambatan terkait krisis keteladanan guru, dan sulitnya mencari guru yang benar-benar teladan. The decline in moral values and character of the nation's children is increasing as evidenced by the many cases of teen brawls, drugs, and promiscuity committed by schools. This is due to the lack of character education owned by each student. Therefore, Don Bosco II Senior High School needs to use an elaboration likelihood model theory and a Public Relations strategy to maintain the image of Catholic schools of character. The purpose of this study is to understand the application and find out the obstacles and solutions of Don Bosco II Senior High School in maintaining the image of Catholic schools with character. The research method used is a qualitative approach, descriptive type and uses data collection techniques with in-depth interviews and observations. The analysis in this study is the data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model and the data validity checking technique which is source triangulation. The results achieved from this study indicate that from the Public Relations strategy which is divided into nine stages, Don Bosco II Senior High School has conducted the nine stages. The conclusion of this study shows that the Public Relations strategy has been implemented in Don Bosco II Senior High School with various obstacles related to the teachers’ example of exemplary, and the difficulty of finding truly exemplary teachers.

the purpose of this research to know e-commerce marketing communication strategy that is Shopee Indonesia, this site use sales promotion strategy with online media. Various interesting promotional promotions make consumers often do impulse buying. Development factors for the use of information and communication technology (ICT) make it easier for consumers to make online purchases.Researchers want to The Influence of Sales promotion Shopee Indonesian Decision Impulse buying Online at Student STIKS TARAKANITA. This research has 2 variable that is Sales Promotion as X variable and Impulse buying as variable Y. The theory used in this research is communication theory, Marketing Communication, Mix of Promotion and Impulse buying. This research was conducted on March-July 2018 at STIKS Tarakanita. Methods This study uses quantitative research methods using primary data, the questionnaires were distributed directly to STIKS Tarakanita students with shopee accounts totaling 130 students. Test Validity, Reability, Normality, Linearity, Regression Simple, Correlation, and Determination conducted in this study processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 22.0. The results of this study there is influence of sales promotion Shopee Indonesia to impulse buying in STIKS Students Tarakanita 52% the remaining 48% influenced by other variables not included in this research model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran e-commerce yaitu Shopee Indonesia, situs ini menggunakan strategi promosi penjualan dengan media online. Berbagai Sales promotion yang menarik membuat para konsumen sering melakukan impulse buying. Faktor perkembangan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) mempermudah konsumen dalam melakukan pembelanjaan online. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh sales promotion Shopee Indonesia terhadap impulse buying pada mahasiswa STIKS TARAKANITA. Penelitian ini memiliki 2 variabel yaitu sales promotion sebagai variabel X dan Impulse buying sebagai variabel Y. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ilmu komunikasi, Komunikasi Pemasaran, Bauran Promosi dan Impulse buying. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Maret-Juli 2018 bertempat di STIKS Tarakanita. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer, yang kuesioner disebarkan langsung kepada mahasiswa STIKS Tarakanita yang memiliki akun shopee yang berjumlah 130 mahasiswa. Uji Validitas, Reabilitas, Normalitas, Linearitas, Regresi Sederhana, Korelasi, dan Determinasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menjunjukan terdapat pengaruh sales promotion Shopee Indonesia terhadap impulse buying pada Mahasiswa STIKS Tarakanita sebesar 52% sisanya 48% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Education communication process could not be separated from the important elements of education: the education process, headmaster, educator, students, school employees, school curriculum etc.educators is the potential resource, the valuable energy in term of developing the education organization. The students are the essential material in term of values of knowledge culvitation in the life education process. On the other hand, curriculum is a media that is periodically being given as the steps communication of learning process for the students. The important and central aspect to actualize the education vision and mission is that all the elements of the education should have good morality, by accentuating the primary values in moral and religion. The moral values comprehension according to Aristoteles, is an exclamation and moral lesson as well to all of us, especially the educators to accentuate and prioritize the human values to the nature where human being lives.
