The editorial board welcomes contributions in the form of articles from scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in Islamic education management disciplines to be published and disseminated after going through the manuscript selection mechanism, sustainable partner studies, and editing processes. All articles published in this journal are the views of the authors and do not represent this journal or the author's affiliated institutions. Abstract. The function of staffing or purpose of filling a position is an activity to obtain skilled employees who will fulfil vacant positions in the alignment. Charging this site aims that all places have officials who will lead to the tasks in the field so that the target organization can be accomplished. In an association that is always at issue is the duty and authority of an executive. An official is unlikely to carry out all the tasks alone to give some of the works to his subordinates. Abstract. This article discusses the development of teacher professionalism. Teachers as professional educators must have the ability (skill) in managing these activities effectively and efficiently. The task and role of the teacher is not limited in the community, even the teacher is essentially a strategic component that chooses an important role in determining the progress of the nation's life. Even the existence of the teacher is a sine quanon condisio that cannot be replaced by any component in the life of the nation since long ago, especially in this contemporary era. Abstract

Abstract: This paper discusses planning in education. Educational planning is the basis of implementation in education by looking at the future that will be done to develop order to be more effective and efficient in accordance with the needs of the community to achieve development targets, which can be relied upon. Good planning must be able to provide answers to the concept of questions formulated in six questions, namely: what, why, where, when, who, what, what will be planned. The type in the process can be used in terms of time, namely the long term, win and short term planning, based on scope, macro, meso, and micro, as well as approaches based on education levels. The planning process starts from the preparation of program plans, implementation of plans, supervision and evaluation.Through good planning in education, the results that are expected to achieve.Keywords: Planning and education

Human Resource Management (HRM) is all activities related to the recognition of the importance of educators and education personnel in schools as vital human resources, which contribute to school goals, and utilize functions and activities that ensure that human resources are used effectively and fair for the benefit of individuals, schools and communities. Human resource management aims to formulate the needs of educators and education personnel, develop and empower educators and education personnel to obtain the optimal value of benefits for individual educators and education personnel concerned. The scope of management of human resources in schools is HR Planning, analysis of educators and education personnel, procurement of educators and education personnel, selection of educators and education personnel, orientation, placement and assignment, compensation, performance assessment, career development, training and personnel development educators and the creation of work life quality, educator and education power negotiations, research of educators and education personnel, pensions and dismissal of teaching and education personnel. Abstract

Abstract: Islamic education institutions in Indonesia face two challenges, namely; internal and external. Internally, Islamic education is faced with the classic problem of the low quality of human resources in education management. The causes include poor quality and education staff development and selectivity of education personnel. Furthermore externally, Islamic education institutions faced three major issues; globalization, democratization, and liberalization. The issue of globalization that is identical with market orientation and mechanism also affects the world of education. That way in education also includes awareness about how to attract and convince the community of the type and model of education. From here, the education world is ready or not ready to be involved in competition to gain public trust. To face these challenges Islamic Education institutions must maximally manage and empower all elements of management in the management of educational institutions. A good understanding of the elements of management can have an impact on the readiness of educational institutions to manage their institutions well in any condition to be the best and foremost. Abstract: Implementation of Education Management in Achieving Vision The school implements by conducting activities in each work unit so that it can be organized towards the same goal of allocating resources to develop and implement and sekolmpok people who are directed to work together for planning, organizing implementation and supervision. Facilitate the learning process, create program activities in schools, develop plans and quality improvement programs, evaluate the implementation, apply the system in accordance with the expectations of the school so that the regular learning process regularly with effective and efficient. The independence of professionalism to schools merupankan one factor to be able to encourage schools in menjujdukan vision and mission. Therefore, in applying a curriculum required by a strict, professional principal with strong management and leadership skills to be able to take decisions and initiatives to improve the quality of the school. Implementation of education management has been able to run well because seen from the vision and mission of the school is quite applicable by many teachers and students also can apply all that has terpapan in the future. Abstract. This journal discusses the development of variations in teaching in increasing learning motivation. The learning process is an activity that involves an individual (physical and spiritual), learning activities are never carried out without a strong motivation or motivation from within the individual or from outside the individual who participates in learning activities. Therefore, the learning process requires the development and use of variations in teaching to generate student motivation. Variations in teaching include variations in teaching styles, variations in media and materials, and variations in teaching and learning interactions. Motivation has a very important role in learning activities, there is no learning activity without motivation, therefore motivation has a strategic role in achieving the goals or results of learning.
