Adaara: Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islamis a periodic scientific journal published by the Islamic Education Management Study Program (MPI) Tarbiyah Department Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bone. This journal focuses on the study of the science of Islamic education management. The editorial board welcomes contributions in the form of articles from scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in Islamic education management disciplines to be published and disseminated after going through the manuscript selection mechanism, sustainable partner studies, and editing processes. All articles published in this journal are the views of the authors and do not represent this journal or the author's affiliated institutions. Jurnal Adaara-"Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam"- is published twice a year on February and August.

Abstract

Abstract: In the last decade Islamic educational institutions have evolved as an increasingly complex institution that requires a well-ordered organization. The complexity of Islamic educational institutions is particularly evident from the need for management of educational implementation by management approach. That is the need to use management science approach in educational institutions especially Islamic educational institutions to be absolute. So the development of educational administration becomes an interesting part for practitioners and educational experts until now. In educational institutions, the relationships between leadership, management, administration and organization are mutually demanding and have an important role in advancing Islamic education institutions. Therefore, these four components can not be separated in educational institutions. Kata Kunci: Organizational Behavior and Leadership

Abstract

Abstrct: This paper discusses the development of school culture and climate. Conducive school climate and culture is characterized by the creation of a safe, comfortable, and orderly learning environment so that learning can take place effectively. Conducive school climate and culture are so important that learners feel happy and positive about their schools, so that teachers feel valued, and that parents and communities feel welcome and engage. This can happen through the creation of positive norms and habits, harmonious relationships and cooperation based on mutual respect. The school climate can basically be put forward as an organizational climate that occurs in a school. School climate is the result of interaction media in school organizations. Abstract

Abstract: The curriculum is an educational design that encompasses all student experiences in colleges. KKNI is a framework of competency qualification that can match, equalize and integrate between the field of education and the field of job training and work experience in the framework of giving the recognition of work competence in accordance with the structure of work in various sectors. Curriculum changes affect the concept of evaluation, curriculum changes give color in the implementation of the curriculum. The principles of learning evaluation in the KKNI-based curriculum include: educative, authentic, objective, accountable, and transparent principles that are conducted in an integrated manner. The assessment technique consists of observation, participation, performance, written test, oral test, and questionnaire. The assessment instrument consists of process assessment in the form of rubric and / or result assessment in the form of portfolio or design work. The assessment mechanism in the KKNI-based curriculum consists of (a) preparing, submitting, agreeing on the stages, techniques, instruments, criteria, indicators, and assessment weights between the assessors and those assessed in accordance with the lesson plans; (b) carry out the appraisal process in accordance with the stages, techniques, instruments, criteria, indicators and weights of assessment that contain the assessment principles as referred to in Article 20; (c) provide feedback and opportunities to confirm students’ assessment results; and (d) documenting assessments of process and student learning outcomes in an accountable and transparent manner. Implementation of the assessment consists of the planning stage, task assignment activities or questions, performance observation, return of observation sheet, and the final value. Reporting of the results of the assessment in the form of qualification of student success in taking a course expressed in the range: letter A is equivalent to number 4; letter B is equivalent to number 3; letter C is equivalent to number 2; the letter D is equivalent to the number 1 categorized less; or the letter E is. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to provide an overview of madrasah-based management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Watampone, and madrasah-based management in improving the quality of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Watampone. This research is a type of qualitative research. The source of the research data was the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasah curriculum section, the deputy head of the madrasah in the infrastructure facility, the deputy head of the madrasah in the student section, the deputy head of the madrasah in the public relations department, the teacher, and the school committee. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed through steps of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study found that madrasah-based management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Watampone has been carried out well, through planning stages with the preparation of work programs and budget plans involving all madrasa components. The implementation of the work program is carried out according to each division of labor. Madrasa leadership is carried out by the head of the madrasah. Supervision and evaluation are carried out to ensure that all activities are carried out properly and as a reference for further improvements. Madrasah information systems are used to obtain information on the development of education. Quality improvement in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Watampone is carried out by meeting all national standards of education criteria and improving student achievement. In fulfilling the criteria for standard nasinonal education, it is ensured by carrying out all activities related to this matter through the leadership of a strong madrasa head, good cooperation between madrasah components, and fulfillment of professional duties and responsibilities. Abstract

Abstract. Work culture is part of the view that makes values, habits, strengths and drivers in the life of the group organization, which reflects patterns of attitudes, behavior and beliefs, ideals, opinions and actions in the work. Work culture is one of the components of human quality that is deeply embedded in national identity and is a basic benchmark in development. It was hoped that the head of the madrasah would be able to influence and mobilize the individual spirit in his institution in the form of solid cooperation in realizing a reliable work culture. A reliable work culture will have a positive impact on institutional management, such as respecting time, working as well as possible and professionally, working honestly and being of worship value, increasing work performance, building management of openness and healthy competition, eliminating collusion of nepotism and corruption, building employment opportunities together with all subordinates in developing achievements, careers and positions and applying efficient and effective ways of working. Kata kunci: Head of madrasa and a reliable work culture.

Abstract: One of the most critical resources in management is human resources. The importance of this human resource requires being apprehended by all levels of management, as well as in management education. Although the emergence of sophisticated technology today, the human factor still strikes an essential role in the success of an association. Human resources are an indispensable constituent in an organisation because humans are the first and primary element in management before the other aspects. Accordingly, human resource management has a vital role in administering and accomplishing organizational goals, not least in educational institutions. Human resources must be appropriately regulated by its function so that these human resources can execute a role in the duties and functions of the institutions that they involve. Abstract

Abstrak. Human resource development demands from time to time are increasing. Therefore education services must be able to keep up with these developments. Besides family and school, the community has its own role in education. The role of the community in madrasah education must be carried out jointly to improve the quality of education. So the role in education is not only educators but also the community must contribute to improving the quality of education for the betterment of the nation. Therefore, the community has an important role in achieving a quality education goal. Education as a process requires synergy between components and requires an understanding of the vision of all stakeholders involved. Support from the community is very necessary for the implementation of good education because of the community so that madrasas will become more qualified, because of the support from the community, of course the progress of the madrasa will be reaped through the future of children in the future by involving their role in improving the quality of education services which include planning, supervision and evaluation of education programs including the field of religious education.
