In construction project work, constraints usually occur on the project work, both constraints that have already been taken into account and constraints that are beyond the calculation of the planner. These obstacles are the cause of the delay in the completion of the project, so that the project does not take place according to plan.
The object of research on the PT. Jabez Perkasa Project Team in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province by means of distributing questionnaires. Determination of the delay rating at ten (10) factors is based on the acquisition of the highest RI value (Relative Index) and the data analysis technique used to find the most influential subfactor on each factor using Factor Analysis.
The results of the study using the Relative Index (RI) that the factors that most influence the delay in the implementation of the building construction project work carried out are material factors with the RI value of 0.876. The most influential subfactors on ten factors of delay based on factor analysis are subfactors of inadequate number of workers, subfactor delays in availability of materials, subfactor damage to equipment, subfactors on surface and subsurface conditions, subfactors for late payment of salaries to employees, subfactors of prolonged rainfall intensity, subfactor changes in working time by the contractor, subfactor changes in the scope of work at the time of implementation, subfactor determination of the duration of work that is not careful, subfactor processes and procedures for evaluating the progress of the old work and through the agreed schedule.
The unique and interesting tourism potential and local wisdom that the region has had so far is still not being promoted. The Candipuro Culture Festival event can become an opportunity and explore the value of cultural tourism in a region to be promoted as a potential tourist destination for tourists. The purpose of the study was to find out the tourism promotion strategies carried out in promoting and cultural attractions displayed in the Candipuro Culture Festival Event
The study used a qualitative descriptive method. collecting data technique are interviews, observation and documentation. step of data analysis activities: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.
The results that the promotion strategy used in the Candipuro Culture Festival Event was conducted using online and offline media to increase the number of tourist visits. Cultural attractions displayed at the Culture-based Candipuro Culture Festival Event, namely in the form of traditional arts and local wisdom of local residents, but there are cultural elements whose meaning has begun to shift, so more attention is needed. The importance of cultural preservation from generation to generation so as not to lose meaning.
Based on the Performance Accountability Report of Government of West Papua Provincial Transport Department in the 2017, there is a decline in the percentage of the performance of civil servants. On the semesters of 2016 amounted to 83,22% to 79,27% in the half of 2017. This shows that for three consecutive semesters there are problems associated with the performance.
The research objective is analyze the effect of compensation and career development of the performance of civil servants in the West Papua Provincial Transport Department. The population for the sample of respondents was 40 people by using non probability sampling method. Data analyze techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression.
Result of the analysis showed, partially compensated no significant effect (0,870 > 0.05) on the performance of employees, partially significant effect of career development (0.001 < 0,05) on the performance of employees, and simultaneously compensation and career development have significant influence (0,000 < 0.05) on the performance.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of YouTube advertising on the interest in buying Vivo Smartphone. This study uses simple regression to determine the effect of YouTube ad variables on buying interest. The results of this study are based on 211 respondents, where the YouTube advertising variable affects buying interest by 59.9%, while the remaining 40.1% is influenced by variables outside the research variable.
This research aims to explain about the system of single track queue models and to know the measure of service performance on removal of pension funds Asabri in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Branch Manokwari. The types of this research is descriptive quantitative.Analytical method that used is a single track queue models that means only one and stage of service that should be passed by recipient of pension funds in the service.
The result of this research used of system single track queue up models that shown the characteristic of queuing by average queue system (Ls) 15 people. The average in queuing (Lq) 14,0625 people while the opportunity of people in system (Po) as much as 6,25%. The average is waiting in the queue (Wq) of 0,46875 minutes or 30 seconds, 93,75% busyness level in the calculation of performance queuing system in this research is still optimal in reference with the predefined service standars.

This research is a quantitative, according to its implantation, associative research. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique.
The analysis that has been conducted by the researcher found that: (1) the trust variable (X1) partially has no effect on the purchasing decision (Y) The confidence variable has a value of t count 1.616 which is smaller than the t table value of 1.991 (1.616 <1.991) and significance value 0.110 is greater than the value of ∝ (alpha) which is 0.05 (0.110> 0.05). (2) information quality variable (X2) partially affects the purchasing decision (Y) Information quality variable has a t value of 4.375 which is greater than the t table value of 1.991 (4.375> 1.991) and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the value alpha is 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). (3) the trust variable (X1) and the information quality variable (X2) together (simultaneously) affect the purchasing decision variable (Y) the significance value of F is 0,000 with an error level of 0.5 which means the significance value of F is 0.05 smaller (0,000 <0,05).

This study uses a qualitative method to describe stress management coping in adolescents as a result of parental divorce through a phenomenological approach which focuses on finding facts of human behavior based on the informant's perspective. Methods of collecting data through in-depth interviews and completed with field notes. The research subjects were teenagers whose parents divorced with the age limit (15-22 years) the number of subjects in this case study was 14 (fourteen) people in Ternate City.
The behavior and culture of life of informants due to not being able to manage stress and accept family conditions, there is no visible achievement of the informants for regional economic development. very influential in regional development considering that the younger generation is the successor of the nation and state development. The results of this research indicate the condition of adolescents who experience problems such as this affect the development of development when viewed from the achievements that should be owned by the younger generation.
Retail mix is a tool used to implement and handle the development of retail strategies to satisfy the needs of more target markets than competitors. This research was conducted to determine which factors predominantly influence purchasing decisions in retail companies. In addition, this study aims to analyze the influence of retail mix consisting of customer service, store design & display, communication mix, location, merchandise assortment, and pricing of consumer purchasing decisions in retail stores in the city of Madiun.
A sample of 100 people with purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Respondents are consumers in retail stores in Madiun City which consist of 3 Sub-Districts namely Taman Subdistrict, Kartoharjo District and Manguharjo District. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results of the simultaneous retail mix research have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Partially variable store design & display, merchandise assortment, and pricing have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Customer service variables have a significant negative effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Communication mix and location variables have no significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Subsequent research needs to include a variable post-purchase behavior because the customer will evaluate the experience after making a purchasing decision.
