Abstract

Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah: (1) mengembangkan tes diagnostik kognitif khususnya pada materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup, (2) mengetahui kesulitan siswa pada materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup, (3) mengetahui konsistensi tes diagnostik kognitif yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Prosedur pengembangan dalam penelitian ini adalah: model hipotetik divalidasi ahli, revisi I, uji coba terbatas, revisi II, uji coba agak luas, revisi III, uji coba luas, instrumen final, diseminasi produk. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi: (1) analisis validitas butir dan reliabilitas dengan menggunakan anates. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh 19 butir soal yang baik, dengan indeks reliabilitas soal pilihan jawaban 0,73 dan soal pilihan alasan 0,80. Lebih rinci capaian hasil belajar pada aspek kognitif: (1) C1 rata-rata 59,15%, 2)  C2 rata-rata 65,41%, (3) C3 rata-rata 60,65%, (4) C4 rata-rata 51,2%. Developing of cognitive diagnostic test for the natural science subject in junior high school  AbstractThe objectives of this development study are: (1) developing cognitive diagnostic test especially on classification of living things material, (2) finding out the difficulty in material the classification of living things, (3) looking at the consistency of developed cognitive diagnostic test. This research is a development research. The development procedures in this study are: hypothetical model validated expert, revision I, limited trial, revision II, somewhat broad trial, revision III, broad trial, final instrument, and product dissemination. The analyzes include: (1) analysis of the validity and reliability by using anates. From the results of this study obtained 19 items a good question, with a reliability index of multiple choice item is 0,73 and multiple choice of reasons is 0,80. More detailed achievement of learning outcomes on cognitive aspect: (1) C1 averages 59,15%, (2) C2 averages 65,41%, (3) C3 averages 60,65%, (4) C4 averages 51,2%..

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine: 1)  motivation,  competence, and  school culture together against learning management teacher, 2) the effect of work motivation on teacher learning management, 3) the effect of teacher competence on learning management, and 4) the effect of school culture on teacher learning log management on teachers in the Capital Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. This study is a survey that uses a quantitative approach. The populations of study were 108 teachers in Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta spread across 5 schools. This study was a population. The data collection technique used is questionnaires. The validity of the test of one by study Cronbach alpha product Moment correlation, reliability test questionnaire using Cronbach Alpha. Correlative analysis of the data using multiple regression analysis with three predictors F test and partial correlation. The results showed that the variables of work motivation, competence and school culture simultaneously significant effect on the learning management teacher at Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. Variable work motivation is the partially significant effect on teacher learning management. Variable competence partially significant effect on teacher learning management. The magnitude of the effective contribution of the three variables, namely the variables of work motivation, competence, and school culture affect the learning management teacher at Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. Based on the value of the effective contribution of the independent variables indicate the dominant variables that influence learning management work motivation of teachers is variable.

Abstract

Model Pembelajaran Cooperative learning Tipe Jigsawdi kelas VIIMTsN Yogyakarta I Mlati Sleman tahun pelajaran 2015/2016SD bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar matematika materi bangun datar segi empat. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dilakukan oleh peneliti sebagai guru kelas dan guru matematika kelas 9 sebagai observer. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus., subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII semester II MTsN Yogyakarta I Mlati Sleman tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 berjumlah 33 siswa. Teknik analisis data digunakan analisis perbandingan,. Dari prosentase dideskripsikan kearah kecenderungan tindakan guru dan reaksi serta hasil belajar siswa.Prestasi belajar sebelum tindakan kelas rata-rata 69,58 ketuntasan individual sebanyak 22siswa(66,7%).Setelah tindakan kelas pada siklusI nilai rata-rata 73,75 dengan ketuntasan individual28siswa (84,84%), siklus II nilai rata-rata mencapai 77,33 dengan ketuntasan individual 33siswa (100%).Pada akhir PTK motivasi belajar siswa dalam kriteria tinggi (84,48). Hasil penelitian membuktikan penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative learning Tipe Jigsawmeningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar matematika materi bangun datar segi empatsiswa kelas VII semester II MTsN Yogyakarta I Mlati Sleman tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dan dapat dijadikan prediktor yang baik. Oleh karena itu dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat diterapkan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative learning Tipe Jigsaw untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi materi bangun datar segi empat. Implementation of cooperative learning type jigsaw learning model in the framework of increasing motivations of achievement of math statements students of class VII MTsN Yogyakarta its lesson 2015/2016 AbstractLearning Model Cooperative Learning Type Jigsawdi class VII MTsN Yogyakarta I Mlati Sleman 2015/2016 SD lesson year aims to improve motivation and achievement of learning mathematics material wake rectangular flat. Classroom Action Research is done by the researcher as a classroom teacher and grade 9 mathematics teacher as an observer. The research was conducted in two cycles, the subjects of this study were the second grade students of second semester of MTsN Yogyakarta I Mlati Sleman 2015/2016 academic year amounted to 33 students. Data analysis techniques used comparative analysis. From the percentage is described towards the tendency of teacher action and reactions and student learning outcomes.Prestasi learning before the class action an average of 69.58 individual completeness as much as 22 students (66.7% ).After class action on the cycleI average score of 73.75 with mastery Individual students (84.84%), cycle II average score reached 77.33 with individual completeness 33 students (100%) At the end of TOD the students' learning motivation in high criterion (84,48) The research results proved the use of Learning Model Cooperative Learning Type Jigsawmend the motivation and achievement of learning mathematics of building the rectangular building of class VII second semester of MTsN Yogyakarta I Mlati Sleman of academic year 2015/2016 and can be a good predictor. Therefore, in the learning of mathematics can be applied Learning Model Cooperative learning Type Jigsaw to improve motivation and achievement of building of rectangular flat.

Abstract

The objective study to knowing the quality assurance and effectiveness of student learning outcomes in the cognitive competence, psychomotor, and effective with acculturation models nontoni (observation), neteni (remembering), neroke (imitating), (4) nambahi (add) on activities, namely: (1)   learning cooperative, (2) conducting experiments, and (3) report experiments. Subjects were learning quality assurance management magnetic electricity in the third semester student number 39 students. The location of research is in the Physical Education Studies Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sciences University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. This data collection techniques use the instrument objective multiple choice test, observation sheet Likert scale models, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis technique is to determine the effectiveness of the quality assurance and learning outcomes of students in courses magnetic electricity. Results of research on learning with acculturation models notoni, neteni, neroke and nambahi using cooperative learning approach, experiment, and documentation of student reports obtained an average score of 83.45 entry predicate good or trustworthy. In order for the result to be very trustworthy increase expected no improvement in the management of cooperative learning, experiment equipment, coaching in preparing the trial reports, and worksheets student learning.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to describe the management of professional development of teacher’s in implementing the curriculum 2013, by expressing (1) the strategy undertaken in the framework in implementing the curriculum, (2) management the implementation of professional development of teachers implementing the curriculum 2013, (3) inhibiting factors in the implementation of professional development of teacher‘s in the implementation of curriculum 2013 in the state senior  high school 1 of Wonosari. The research method used was a qualitative method. Data collection was done by interviews, documentation and observation. The process of data analysis began by examining all of the data available from various sources, from interviews, observations that have been written in the field notes, personal documents and official documents. The results showed that: (1) strategies implemented in the framework in implementing the curriculum 2013 carried through the stages of planning, organizing, implementation,  monitoring, and evaluation that goes with good and satisfactory (2) Implementation of teacher professional development program realized in the form of activities that include: training, implementation and preparation of classroom action research (CAR), implementing lesson study and implementation of workshop curriculum 2013 The factors that hinder the implementation of teacher professional development programs in implementing the curriculum 2013, among others: (a) Internal factors including: the ability and commitment of teachers in the completion of the task, (b) external factors, including: training events which are materially less ready (c) the workload of 24 hours (d) the difficulty of determining the exact time of program development. Steps taken by the principal in overcoming these obstacles include: (a) holding the selection of participants training Dikpora organized by Province and Ministry of National Education (b) Optimizing dissemination after activities of workshops outside of school, (c) conducting the program at the time of semester holidays or after the learning process is completed, and (d) to cooperating with relevant competent agencies DIY Province namely LPMP  (e) intensifying the activities of MGMP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: a) Menemukan bakat penelitian siswa, b) mengetahui persiapan Desain Pengembangan Kinerja Ekstrakurikuler di Divisi Penelitian siswa SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta, c) mengetahui pelaksanaan Desain Pengembangan Kinerja Ekstrakurikuler di Divisi Penelitian siswa SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta, d) belajar tentang manfaat dan dampak prestasi program bagi siswa dan sekolah.  Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  kualitatif  yang  menggunakan  studi  kasus  sebagai pendekatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Responden penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta, wakil kepala bidang kemahasiswaan, guru penasehat penelitian, siswa berprestasi, dan orang tua siswa. Data penelitian divalidasi dengan metode observasi teliti dan data triangulasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan a) reduksi data, b) penyajian data, c) penarikan kesimpulan sebagai alat untuk menganalisa data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a) bakat penelitian siswa ditunjukkan oleh jumlah siswa yang mengikuti Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, b) pencapaian Desain Pengembangan Kinerja Ekstrakurikuler di Divisi Penelitian Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (Studi Kasus di SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta) dibuktikan dengan pencapaian medali dan sertifikat, c) SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta menerapkan empat langkah dalam pelaksanaannya. Desain Pengembangan Kinerja Ekstrakurikuler di Divisi Penelitian Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Pertama, program ekstrakurikuler merekrut anggota baru setiap tahunnya. Tim ekstrakurikuler menggunakan formulir pendaftaran untuk melakukan rekrutmen. Pelatihan KIRPAD (Kelompok Ilmiah Remaja Padmanaba) diadakan setiap hari Rabu dan semakin intensif saat hari kompetisi semakin dekat. Proposal OPSI (Olimpiade Penelitian Siswa Indonesia) yang diajukan oleh siswa dievaluasi dan dinilai. Pelatihan terdiri dari pelatihan reguler di sekolah dan pelatihan intensif untuk kompetisi mulai dari regional hingga internasional, d) manfaatnya adalah 1) siswa dapat memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang lebih kontekstual sehingga pengalaman belajar menjadi lebih luar biasa, 2) siswa belajar untuk mengetahui fakta, konsep, dan prosedur mereka sendiri. Efek akibat hambatan  tersebut  adalah  1)  kesulitan  siswa  untuk  mengatur  waktu  belajar  sambil  melakukan penelitian dan 2) fasilitas laboratorium sekolah yang tidak memadai.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menjelaskan alasan yang mendorong perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS), peran kepala sekolah, guru, pustakawan, siswa, dan komite sekolah terhadap program (GLS), tercapainya implementasi program (GLS), dan hambatan dalam implemenasi program (GLS). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah SMPN 2 Pleret Bantul. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala tim, pemimpin baca tulis, guru, pustakawan, dan siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Validitas data dilakukan menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Analisis data dilakukan dalam tiga tahap. Tiga tahap ini yaitu reduksi, presentasi data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di SMPN 2 Pleret dapat menumbuhkan minat baca anggota sekolah. Produk program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di SMPN 2 Pleret adalah kegiatan membaca 20 menit setiap pagi, menerbitkan koran sekolah “Macaa”, majalah dinding “Macaa”, buletin sekolah “Akrilik”, puisi Puisi, dan Koleksi Cerita Pendek.Implementation of school literacy movement program to grow student’s reading interest The aim of this research is to find out and describe the reasons which prompted of planning and holding School Literacy Movement (GLS) program, the role of the principal, teachers, librarians, students, and School Commitee toward the program (GLS) , the achievement of the implementation of the program (GLS), and the obstacles of holding the program (GLS). This study used a qualitative approach. The research location was SMPN 2 Pleret Bantul. The subjects of the research were the principal, literacy team leader, teachers, librarians, and students. The object of this study was Implementation of School Literacy Movement (GLS) program. The data were collected through observation, in deep interviews, documen studying. This study used qualitative descriptive analyzing to analize the data. To verify data validity, the reseacher used resources triangulation and data collecting data technique triangulation.The data anlyzing was conducted into three stages. They were reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the study shows that Implementation of School Literacy Movement program in SMPN 2 Pleret is grow school member’s reading. The product of School Literacy Movement program in SMPN 2 Pleret are 20 minutes reading activity every morning, publishing “Macaa” school newspaper, “Macaa”wall magazine, “Akrilik” school bulletin, Poetry anthology, and Short Story Collection.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the planning, implementation and supervision results conducted by the superintendent of schools in order to improve the performance of principals and teachers in primary schools. This research is a descriptive study subjects research supervisors, principals and teachers throughout the cluster III timur. While   Kotagede the city of Yogyakarta region in the object of this study is the performance of schools in the district area superintendent Kotagede yogyakarta.Data city schools superintendent drawn about the performance of several schools in the cluster III Kotagede namely: SDN Kotagede I ,  SDN Kotagede IV, SDN  Kotagede V, SDN Dalem , and SDN baluwarti. Taking schools as research sites that have variations: their location, number of students, school conditions and school achievement. The results of this descriptive analysis shows that in terms of planning, monitoring public primary school education offices throughout the cluster III Kota Gede Yogyakarta, before carrying out supervision has drawn up an action plan that includes schedule supervision, academic supervision and supervision instrument managerial. Preparation of schedule implemented at the beginning of the semester by the supervisor. As for the schools under its assistance is determined by monitoring the implementation of the terms of the task letter .Refer to   supervision activities, school superintendent has been carrying out supervision activities, but there are some activities to supervise the implementation of the existing school which was aborted by the supervisor, it is because: (1) lack of time activities in conjunction with the education department to schedule a visit to the school supervision. (2) the sudden task of agencies and in conjunction with a scheduled visit to the school so that the supervisor must complete the first task of the department. The results that have been obtained as a form of performance that improved performance supervisory principal, which is indicated by an increase  school quality  in the form of school management. While improving the performance of teachers in the form of teachers’ ability to design programs of learning, use of learning strategies, conducting evaluations, carrying out the analysis of the evaluation results and implement improvements as well as enrichment lessons for students, thus increasing learning achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi motivasi belajar, kedisiplinan, dan tanggung jawab terhadap prestasi belajar fisika siswa secara simultan dan parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Siswa SMA Negeri 11 Purworejo.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 64 siswa karena teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner dan tes..Uji hipotesis secara bersama-sama menggunakan uji ANOVA (uji-F), dilanjutkan uji hipotesis secara parsial dengan uji-T.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa motivasi belajar, kedisiplinan, dan tanggung jawab secara bersama-sama berkontribusi positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar fisika siswa.Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan motivasi belajar, kedisiplinan, dan tanggung jawab secara parsial berkontribusi positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar fisika siswa. The contribution of learning motivation, discipline, and responsibility to the students’ physics achievement of senior high school AbstractThis research is intended to find the contribution of learning motivation, learning discipline, and responsibility to student learning achievement of physics simultaneously and partially. This research was conducted on the students of SMA Negeri 11 Purworejo. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study is all students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 11 Purworejo which is ready 64 students since the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Technical data were carried out with questionnaires and tests. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression using three independent variables. Hypothesis test simultantly using ANOVA test (F-test), and partial test with T-test. The results of this study indicate the motivation of learning, discipline of learning, and responsibility are mutually and partially beneficial and very significant to the students' physics learning achievement.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are: 1) to know the plan of infrastructure management in developing skill learning, 2) to get factual description of infrastructure management in developing skill learning breeding cow, 3) information monitoring and evaluate the infrastructure management implementation in developing skill learning cow breed in Special School (SLB) Darma Putra Semin Gunungkidul Regency, D I Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The location of the research is Special School (SLB) Darma Putra Semin Gunungkidul Regency, D I Yogyakarta. The subject of the research is the principal, vice principal in curriculum and teaching department, the infrastructure department, students care department, experts, and teachers. The technique of data collection uses observation technique, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses three ways. They are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This results of the research reference are: 1) the infrastructure management planning in developing skill learning breeding cow of Darma Putra Special School (SLB) Semin Gunungkidul Regency, D I Yogyakarta is arranged in an annual coordination meeting. The meeting is held at the beginning of the school year which is followed by the teachers and employees, experts team, and school committee led by the principal,The investigation calculation plan,  the expense donation, the expense commodity and  distribution  commodity  2  )  the  infrastructure  management  in  developing  skill  learning  breed cow of Darma Putra Special school (SLB) Semin Gunungkidul Regency, D I Yogyakarta, the responsibility of the principal and assisted by all the teachers. Development of skill breeding cow can be implemented optimal supported with adequate facilities and infrastructure. 3) The Infrastructure management in developing learning skills play a role in its easier for teachers who deliver learning materials, facilitate students in developing skills, providing sustenance skills so that children can self in the midst of the society. 4)The result of infrastructure management evaluation is up to normal subnormal children with their weaknesses are actually able to be developed by giving life skill in order to prepare the children early in entering their new world of working in the future.
