Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of performance-based budgeting to the public Accountability of government agencies at the Department of Public Works cultivated fields river town full clan . Sampling technique using sample becomes saturated criteria are all employees of the public works in the field of coaching clan as well as all the activities in performance-based budgeting . Number of questionnaires distributed as many as 32 pieces and all can be processed using simple linear regression analysis , the determinant coefficient , and t test and using SPSS 22.0. The results showed that the application of performance-based budgeting and significant positive effect on public Accountability in government agencies .

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Agricultural Sector and Processing Industry sector to Poverty in Kerinci Regency 2010-2014. Operational Variables in this study is the element of research that gives guidance as measured variables, while the variables referred to in this study are: Poverty Level (Variable Y), is a condition that is measured by comparing the number of population with the number of poor people in a certain year expressed in percent (%), Agricultural Sector (Variable X1), is the value of agricultural production which is donated to GRDP on the basis of current prices from 2010-2014 stated in rupiah, Manufacturing Processing Sector (Variable X2), is the value of industrial production processing in Kerinci Regency which is donated to GRDP over current prices from 2010-2014 stated in rupiah.

Abstract

The development of cosmetic products has resulted in increasingly tight competition in the cosmetics business world, so that each cosmetic manufacturer is competing to win the competition. Each company tries to create a marketing concept that is able to attract consumers to buy products offered. In addition, the company also develops its knowledge about consumer behavior. This is because consumer behavior is very influential on consumer interest to make repurchase decisions on products offered. Consumer decisions in determining or choosing a particular product brand are not things that just happen. Many considerations are taken by consumers before deciding to buy a product, such as product quality, price, and promotion of the product. This research was conducted in 2O14 in Kota Pariaman. The population of this study were women aged 15-35 years who had used brand beauty products, hand and body lation images around Pariaman. Based on the results of the calculation, the minimum number of samples is 96 respondents. But in this study will take a sample exceeding the minimum number of 100 respondents. The number of respondents as many as 100 people is considered to be representative because it is greater than the minimum sample size. The results showed that the quality of products, prices and television advertisements had a significant effect on the purchase decision of brand image cosmetics and hand and body lotion in Pariaman

Abstract

This study aims to test: 1) How the influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions in CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi, 2) How is the influence of brand image to purchase decision in CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi, 3) What is brand image acts as a moderator between consumer behavior and purchasing decisions. Population in this research is all consumer of Urea Powder Pink Powder CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambiwith a sample of 60 respondents with sampling technique incidental sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires with Likert Scale analyzed by qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive. The data analysis tools used are Response Achievement Level (RAL), Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), determination koefisien, t test and F test with SPSS for Windows software version 22.0. Based on the results of research and hypothesis test results show that: 1) Consumer behavior affect the purchase decision of pureed pink urea fertilizer CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambiwith significant value 0,001 < 0,05.2) Brand image have an effect on purchasing decision of urea pink bag of pink CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi with significant value 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Brand image act as a moderating variable between consumer behavior toward purchasing decision of urea pink bag of pink. CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi with significant value 0,025 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of the level of inequality and the relationship of inequality with economic growth or proof of Neo-Classical hypothesis in Riau Province in 2002-2016. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The use of secondary data from the publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analysis tools used are Williamson Index and Quadratic Regression. The result of the research shows that in the period of 2002-2016 the development gap in Riau Province is very fluctuating. The rate of change from year to year shows the tendency of the Williamson Index to decrease. Quadratic regression results in negative β2 values, so the Neo-Classical Hypothesis applies in Riau Province.

Abstract

Tourism is important for the economy of the community. Tourism is faced with the challenge of finding new strategies and methods to overcome competition. The tourism market is determined by tourism demand and tourism supply. An important feature of tourism's inflexibility, due to its basic supply element. In navigating the needs of the tourism market, the key role through its activities, especially through the marketing mix that can identify and distinguish tourism products offered. Marketing in tourism itself stems from the fact that products in tourism are services. With the help of marketing mix elements: products, prices, promotions, places, human resources, packaging and processes. The purpose of this study was to study the impact of tourism marketing with a marketing mix strategy that has an effect on power so as to improve the economy of the people around tourism objects and to determine the marketing elements that have the most impact on increasing tourism in Kerinci Regency. With the number of respondents is 132 people. The research model that will be used in this study is a tiered structure model and to test the proposed hypothesis used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques which are operated through AMOS 18. The results of data processing show that competitiveness has a positive effect on the economic improvement of actors and activists tourism in Kerinci Regency. The marketing strategy of the tourism marketing mix studied in this study resulted in the product strategy and promotion influencing competitiveness which had an impact on improving the economy of tourism activists in Kerinci Regency. While price, distribution and human resources have no effect.

Abstract

This research is in background, zakat that can encourage capital investment and cooperation in industry and commerce where the pushing factor is psychological motive and economic motive and the purpose of this research to know and analyze the muzakki response to UPZ formation in University of Lancang Kuning and what can be done By UPZ managers in collecting zakat. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results of to muzakki response to zakat collection unit (UPZ) with score score score 4.08 in high category. Of the seven items in question there are three items that are still in the category below average ie the clarity of the office pelayann zakat, uni way in collecting zakat and zakat collection system work. The obstacles faced by managers and officers in carrying out the mandate entrusted to the officers of the UPZ limited ability, lack of experience and time socialize and officers who time is limited.

Abstract

Leadership (leadership) can be said as a way of a leader (leader), in directing, encouraging, and regulating all the elements in an organization to realize a goal to be achieved, resulting in maximum employee performance. To achieve these goals must be sought on how a leader can provide encouragement to work morale to employees, so that the goals and objectives planned together can achieve the target. In addition, leaders can provide promotion for employees who have high achievements, creating job satisfaction for employees. By providing compensation, employees will have high job satisfaction and work morale to achieve a target. Job satisfaction is the emotional state of the employee where there is no meeting point between the value of the employee's work return from the company / organization and the level of remuneration that is desired by the employee. The research was conducted at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines. In conducting research the author uses multiple regression analysis methods and uses the coefficient of determination F test and T test to test hypotheses. Data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents of employees of PT. Lion Mentari Airlines. Of the three independent variables tested individually, the most dominant type of leadership in influencing employee satisfaction is the authoritarian leader type (X2).
