Abstract

PT. Bee Solution Partners is one of the IT solution company in Bandung. At present, PT. BSP does not have any system to display employee profile, and does not have any system to help project manager maintaining projects either. Project Management Information System is built for helping Human Resource Department (HRD) Staff in employee data management which can be improved as employee profile, and also helping project manager in project management. There are some features provided in Web Based Project Management Information System at PT. BSP such as CSV file upload, profile management, and generate project schedule

Abstract

Diabetic Retinopathy is a disease that strikes the retina of the eye in patients who have diabetes mellitus. Medical examination against sufferers of Diabetic Retinopathy is done with observation directly by eye surgeons. In this case, eye retinal images are taken using the camera the fundus. Retinal fundus Photographs resulted from fundus cameras usually are not able to give a clear picture against the retinal blood vessels. This makes it difficult for doctor to analyze images of the retina. It takes a relatively long time to find out the results of the examination. Overcoming these weaknesses, a system was built using a computational model to change the retina image pixel retina into a feature of the retina. So it can help the doctor to decide medical actions quickly and precisely. In this research a system that can detect and classify the diabetic retinopathy was created, using local binary pattern method to extract the characteristics and learning vector quantization method for the classification process. Local binary pattern will generate an image of a uniform which has the most image information. The image will be a characteristics vector as input to the method of classification learning vector quantization. The results of the testing show that the number of levels of extraction of characteristics affect the results of the classification, in this case the best accuracy results is 85%.Keywords— Diabetic Retinopathy, Fundus Image, Local Binary Pattern, Pre-Processing, Learning Vector Quantization.

Abstract

This study discusses the making of the animated infographics videos interactive which is based on the problem towards labour workers of Indonesia due to the low level of education and knowledge that causing fraud and human trafficking. With this following issues, there is a need of socialization media and information for the labour workers. This design is made with mixed method and linear strategies. The final result of this design is an animated infographics video that can be accessed through Android smartphone which is used as information and socialization media for labour workers in Indonesia to avoid fraud and human trafficking. Keywords— Android, Animation, Indonesian Worker, Interactive, Multimedia

Abstract

The use of computer network technology to meet the needs of information quickly and diverse, resulting in the increasingly widespread and increasing complexity of a computer network. Therefore, we need a supporting facility to be able to supervise the network element that is by using Network Management System (NMS). The NMS model established by ISO includes 5 conceptual areas, there are Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance and Security Management (FCAPS). One area that will be implemented in this research is Fault Management. The mechanism that will be used for error management is by detecting the occurrence of errors and sending notifications via email when the error appears, then logging report and make a diagnosis and to further recommend the solution to the error. The type of error reported in this system is errors when there is a failure of connectivity on the network device, errors due to services that are not running and not in accordance with the request, errors when high RAM usage, CPU load increases and the use of hard drives which started full. From the research results obtained, built NMS can send error notification and give solution recommendation via email to the network admin so if there is a network error, Fault Management activities can be done as early as possible so that the problem does not result in the deterioration of network quality. Kata kunci--Network Management; NMS; Fault Management; SNMP; System Information

Abstract

Genetic algorithm and TSP are  methods that can be solve optimization problem  of route or path. This paper discusses the application of genetic algorithms and Traveling Salesman Problem modeling (TSP) to those problems. The process of genetic algorithm is the principle of natural selection to find the shortest route, while TSP is Optimization issues to find the shortest journey for traveling traders who want to visit several cities. In addition, this paper compares genetic algorithms with TSP in finding the shortest route. The shortest route search is performed on the ODP device (Optical distribution point) on the FTTH access network passed by the salesman. The results is an optimal routes using genetic algorithms at 4.46 km, on 38 generations of 50 generations. While in TSP modelling is obtained an optimal route at 4.45 km on the second experiment of the twelve experiments. This route will affect the performance of the data transmission process on the FTTH access network, when this network attenuation is less than 28 dB (based on International Telecommunication Union standard). Keywords—  TSP, Genetic Algorithm, Optimization, FTTH.

Abstract

Text detection in natural image is something to do before performing character recognition. The process of text detection plays an important role in the acquisition of information in an image. This research aims to detect text automatically in natural image based on superpixels with Maximally Stable Extremal Regions (MSER) and Stroke Width Transform (SWT). The superpixel method used is Simple Linear Iterative Clustering (SLIC). The SLIC method is used for segmenting text images into superpixel spaces. Image segmentation to superpixel aims to group pixels into homogeneous regions that capture redundant images. SLIC is a technique that effectively divides images into homogeneous regions (superpixels). Furthermore MSER is used as a feature to locate the text candidate region in a segmented image with superpixel. Then edge detection is done to validate the text area that has been found. Next, the SWT method is used to distinguish both text and non-text image regions. The dataset used is ICDAR 2003. Based on test result, MSER with superpixel is able to detect region of text in natural image. SWT is also able to recover the region which is the candidate of the text in natural image.

Abstract

Ordering is one of the process done before doing data processing. The sorting algorithm has its own strengths and weaknesses. By taking strengths of each algorithm then combined can be a better algorithm. Quick Sort and Merge Sort are algorithms that divide the data into parts and each part divide again into sub-section until one element. Usually one element join with others and then sorted by. In this experiment data divide into parts that have size not more than threshold. This part then sorted by Insertion Sort, Bubble Sort and Selection Sort. This replacement process can be reduce time used to divide data into one element. Data size and data type may affect time so this experiment use 5 data sizes and 3 types of data. The algorithm dominates in experiment are Merge-Insertion Sort and Merge-Selection Sort.

Abstract

Abstract— PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Ambon Branch is one company that is engaged in the field of services is always trying to provide the best service to the community. With the competition being so tight tight, it should the company to do is continue to keep customers want and remain faithful to use his services. The purpose of this study is to find customer satisfaction of services provided from post office Ambon branch through the questionnaire data. This research uses a servqual model and lexicon based method. Servqual model is a method of descriptive models that describe the level of customer satisfaction. Servqual model consist of five servqual dimension and GAP analysis. Lexicon based method is a simple method for analysis of the questionnaire data to the reality of service that perceived by customers. The results of this paper will be used to make post office aware of their customer satisfaction and also to identify wich part of the services needs to be improved. Keywords— Customer, GAP Analysis, Lexicon Based, POS Indonesia, Servqual Model.

Abstract

X is a trading companies. Technological developments now make the information system needed by each company in order to compete with other trading companies. Choose the best supplier is not easy, therefore x store need information systems to help the owner to make desicion for procure material using Decision Support System using Analytical Hierarchy Process method for selecting the best suppliers and also implement information system of sales, purchasing, and accounting. Analytical Hierarchy Process is used to determine the best suppliers in terms of quality, delivery time, and price. By doing so, administrators can easily manage data sales, purchasing, accounting, and supplier selection.
