Abstract

Attribute Selection is very important for classification process. This research has been done by doing attribute selection using PSO method (Particle Swarm Optimization) on SVM algorithm (Support Vector Machine). The development of the classification model uses three parameters especially data attribute, influence of the transformation of various kernel function and penalty factor (C) toward the performance of SVM and PSO-SVM classification.  The analysis uses five kernels in mySVM library that existed in Rapidminer application namely dot, radial, polynomial, neural, and anova kernel. The training data used in the first model classification development is student interest data at ABC high school on 2013-2014 year academic.  The first model is evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and auc value test. The first result shows that the anova kernel on PSO-SVM is able to work with accuracy level 99.30% using penalty factor 0.1. The second model has been developed to predict student interest in XYZ high school. The second result shows that PSO-SVM with kernel anova is able to classify students interest with 99.29% accuracy level.  Keywords— Optimization, SVM, PSO-SVM, Student Interest.

Abstract

Nowadays information is a very important data. Disclosure of information is necessary so the information that  provided could be easily accessed by the public. We need a system where people can get access to information easily, and the system administrator can also process the data with valid information. The provided data must be quickly available to the public. Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (KPU DIY) aware of the importance of the availability of information for the public. KPU DIY already have a website to provide information for public, but they still have access constraints in processing the information independently. So it is necessary to make a change of website management. This research aims to assist KPU DIY in building their website so it can be better used by the public and KPU DIY can independently manage their website content. Results of the questionnaire show that users are more interested, have more same viewpoint, as well as more motivated using the new website. The new website is also considered to be more efficient and new, thus users can use the system properly. Keywords— Content, Independent, Information, System.

Abstract

Private Cloud Computing Services  is one of current technology advances that can meet the needs of companies and organizations, many cloud service providers to offer facilities at affordable costs. However, in addition to bringing the benefits, cloud services can be misused by insiders in the company to commit cyber crimes that hurt companies such as leakage of confidential data, take advantage of the company itself, data manipulation etc. Handling process in such cases it is necessary to use a digital forensic investigation to obtain information from the digital evidence. This research used EEDI (End to End Digital Investigation) in the process of investigation on the desktop side by getting the files and folders associated with crimes. The results of an investigation carried out in the form of information proving that the offender is committing a crime, The information then presented in the form of a forensic report which will be used during the trial.Keywords—Acquisition, Digital evidence, Digital forensic, investigation

Abstract

Abstrak - Seiring dengan meningkatnya minat masyarakat dengan hewan peliharaan, kasus penelantaran hewan juga meningkat. Dengan semakin banyak hewan diabaikan, orang-orang lebih mungkin tertular penyakit menular melalui hewan, seperti rabies, dll Meskipun sekarang banyak tempat penampungan vaksinasi dan menampung hewan terlantar, keterbatasan dana yang dimiliki oleh tempat penampungan adalah masalah lain. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi Ingon dibangun untuk memecahkan masalah. Dengan penerapan model SDLC Waterfall dalam pengembangan sistem, sistem ini dibangun langkah demi langkah. Mulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah, menentukan persyaratan sistem untuk implementasi sistem. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga berlaku crowdfunding sumbangan untuk menyumbangkan 20% dari keuntungan penjualan barang. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu masalah kekurangan dana yang dialami penampungan.Abstract — Along with the increasing interest of the people with pets, animal neglect cases has also increased. With more and more animals are ignored, the more likely people contracting the disease transmitted through animals, such as rabies, etc. Although now many shelters vaccinate and accommodate the displaced animals, the limited funds that are owned by the shelter is another problem. Therefore, INGON applications built to solve the problem. With the implementation of SDLC Waterfall models in the development of the system, the system is built step by step. Starting from identifying the problem, determining the system requirements to system implementation. In addition, this application also apply crowdfunding donations to donate 20% of the gain on sale of goods. This application is expected to help the problem of shortage of funds experienced shelter

Abstract

Financial report is on of the tools to help managing the companies. Financial report can give clear picture about how good executives manage the company. Financial ratio is the measurement to know how the company daily operation and help to analyze situation within the organizations.Case based reasoning is one of problem solving methods which use past data to help solve current or future problems. Nearest Neighbor is one of the method in Case based reasoning to test similarity within past data and tested data. In this research, Case based reasoning is tested and implemented to predict future financial reports.  This research use sample data from public company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Some financial ratios are used to help future company financial condition.This study found that Case based reasoning is one of the method to predict company financial ratio. Abstract

 Abstrak --- Hijab is a head covering for Muslim women. Hijab can be developed as an application that is implemented based on android. Applications hijab are scattered on android, but the application hijab which exist at present more an assortment of hijab models only. It is considered less supporting the needs of women who hijab. Because the woman was kept at this time included more selective in choosing the model that modern hijab, but in accordance with the Islamic Shari'a.Of these problems led to the idea to create applications based on android hijab, in which modern hijab model provides the appropriate guidance of Islam and to provide information based on the shape of the face veil user at the first capture the face. The methodology used in the making of this application is a method Prototype. The programming language is JAVA (Eclipse). While the method for classification process that distinguishes types of faces in this study using two methods Canny operator and Template Matching Correlation.On the Application hijab, Input as the image of the user's face to be conducted face detection process and display the results of a user's face detection process. Then display the corresponding information hijab Islamic guidance is also based on the shape of the face of the user face detection process. Face shapes used are rounded, long, oval and square with the characteristic that distinguishes every face shape as a reference. While the basics of hadith and verses in the Qur'an make reference to the appropriate information hjab Islamic guidance. Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are element or very important asset in the company. Human Resource Management is a process to deal with the issues on the scope of employees, managers and other workers to be able to support the activities to achieve the predetermined goals. The development of science and technology at this time brings a lot of benefits and services, for example, computer helps to perform data processing in a systematic, statistical data processing and others. Therefore, this research has built HRM aplication using waterfall method. The data collection uses interview and observation methods. This HRM application describes the interaction between user and application system, which each user has different access rights tailored to job functions. In addition, this application can be attributed to the Hardware Finger Print originating from a different place or location.The softwares used to build the systems were HTML, PHP, Javascript, css, and MySQL while the blackbox method was used to test the information system. The HRM application is expected to help the processing of employee data, so that the HRD division works more effectively and efficiently. HRM application can display employee data, employee history, length of employment, labor contracts, attendance data, payroll data, salary recapitulation, receipt of salary, employee benefits, salary increment, leave application, chunks of cash receipt and setting work hours. Keywords— HRM, Fingerprint, Salary.

Abstract

Abstract – Technical Implementation Unit for Mine’s Technology Assessment Jampang Kulon - LIPI, organizationally under and responsible to the Head of Geotechnology Research Center, Deputy of Earth Sciences, Indonesian Institute of Sciences. To support research and development activities, administration and cooperation is in need of Internet-based information systems. Quality of Service (QoS) is defined as a measure of how well the network and is an attempt to define the characteristics and nature of the service. In an Internet Protocol (IP), IP QoS refers to the performance of the -Package IP packets passing through one or more networks. QoS is designed to help end users become more productive by ensuring that end users get reliable performance of network-based applications. QoS refers to the ability of a network to provide better service at a specific network traffic through different technologies. Computer network performance can vary due to several problems, such as problems of bandwidth, latency and jitter, which can make the effect is large enough for many applications. Abstract

Congklak is one of the most popular traditional board games in Indonesia. It is said to train mathematical aspect of the player. Interestingly, nowadays more and more people are becoming less interested. Nowadays, people are paying less attention to traditional things and instead focus more to digital and electronic devices, including Indonesian. Traditional things are beginning to be forgotten from the minds of Indonesian. To re-capture Indonesian’s heart for traditional things, one of the ways is to digitize them. Hopefully by making a video game of Congklak more people, especially Indonesian, become more interested in Congklak as one of Indonesian traditional. Minimax Algorithm with its improvement, Alpha-Beta pruning is an option to make an intelligent computer player for Congklak. By applying Minimax Algorithm to the computer player, it becomes intelligent enough to play Congklak as a good opponent; making the game more fun.Keywords— congklak, minimax algorithm, alpha-beta pruning, artificial intelligence

Abstract

Trowulan heritage is a cultural heritage which is one of the relics from the Majapahit Kingdom . A lot of effort has been done by the local community to preserve the culture and engraving surrounding communities. But these efforts have not been maximized, " The awareness " in Indonesia and International and yet need to know what more could be offered through the Trowulan site can be strengthened. Increased awareness of these needs should be done in an attempt to face free competition MEA. This research aims to design an online media website and integrated with social media. The result of interview and survey indicated that Trowulan need a website which collaborated all the Trowulan's information using combination of social media.  By implementing and sharing this website hopefully level of awareness in society can be reached as well as the economic life of the community around Trowulan may increase. Keywords— Cultural Heritage, HTML, Majapahit History, Tourism, Wordpress.
