Abstract

Traffic flow forecasting is one important part in Intelligent Transportation System. There are many methods had been developed for time series and traffic flow forecasting such as: Autoregressive Moving Average (ARIMA), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and Support Vector Regression (SVR). SVR performance depend on kernel function and parameters of those kernel and data characteristic used in SVR as well. This research proposed hybrid method for traffic flow data clustering and forecasting. Fuzzy C-means is used in  order to minimize the variance in whole dataset. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is used in order to select the appropriate parameters for SVR. Experimental result shows the proposed method give MAPE below 4% in all test sites.

Abstract

Rapid advance of technology can be very helpful in improving the quality of education The need for technology in education has always been strongly linked with a big fund, so that often impede the use of technology in teaching and learning at the primary school level. The research objective is to facilitate teachers to create interactive presentations that engage and evoke the spirit and the attention of every student in the classroom with minimal funds. The development method of this learning application is Waterfall model by using the Microsoft Mouse Mischief and Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Conclusions drawn from the results of early qualitative analysis revealed three main benefits of interactive, collaborative and engaging learning with the Microsoft Mouse Mischief: (a) children showed higher levels of engagement, (b) children tend to be more active in the group, and (c) children prefer to play while learning on the big screen using the mouse input. Keywords— Microsoft Mouse Mischief, distributed computing, ICT in learning, open source system & technology

Abstract

Indonesian Language Lessons for 2nd grader of Elementary School with Standard of Competency 4 is the subject to discuss writing of short story with the correct words, capital words usage and the usage of correct full stop marker in the upright continued writing letters. The multiplatform application design is to seek solutions to problem learning method less attractive. This applications are operated in three operating systems, Windows, Android, and Ubuntu. This research employes approach of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by involving teachers and 2nd graders from Medalem II Public Elementary School in Tuban and Bangah 1 Public Elementary School in Sidoarjo. The data in research were colleted using questionnaires. In addition to using questionnaires, tests were conducted by giving Pre-Test and Post-Test that was, aimed at determininge the differences between the values obtained from the students before and after using the application. Keywords — E-Learning, Indonesian Language Lessons, Technology Acceptance Model

Abstract

Abstract —PD.Baru not using technology that can manage system in computerized, still keep data records in manual. So the risk is very easy to lose the data transaction and requires the calculation of the optimal measuring instrument purchase the following year and to know the point of safe supply stock to make a reservation back. Therefore, created a desktop application that has the features to manage sales, purchasing and inventory by using Economic Order Quantity and Re Order Point. Applications created using programming languages C# and using database SQL Server 2008. This application testing system using the method black box, by using the method black box this may indicate that the application has been able to meet the expected result. Abstract

XYZ University as the leading private universities in Indonesia is required to improve its quality of education to produce quality graduates. To produce quality graduates, students’ success in their study is very influential. Student study success can be judged from several aspects of assessments in the lecture. For information systems courses, student success can be viewed in several student assessment aspects such as assignments, Mid-Semester Exam, and End-Semester Exam. More in-depth analysis on the value of the portion of the pattern of student needs in order to know the hidden patterns and to discover the knowledge of students will predict course passing success. This pattern is expected to help increase the success of students study. This research used CRISP-DM methods as standard processes for data mining that can be applied to the general problem-solving strategies on business or to other research units. Election algorithm as an algorithm C4.5 decision tree is used to facilitate the establishment. The results of this research study is the prediction of the pattern of graduation students in taking the course. Abstract

Advancement of information systems and rapid technological support the advancement of an institution or agency. Applications of payment Administration vocational students Al Falah Songgom Brebes with Visual Basic is expected to provide benefits for the finance department to manage the administration of the student, so that the work can be completed quickly and to minimize mistakes that often occur in data processing and saves storage space. This study aims to build an administration payment student information system that is focused on the administration of student data processing payments. Applications of payment Administration vocational students Al Falah Songgom Brebes with Visual Basic was built by using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that is by using the waterfall model. Administration payment student information system is built by using Visual Basic 6.0, MySQL for its database design, as well as Active Dynamic Data Report. Administration payment student information system includes the design of the system login screen, main menu form, the form data input majors, student data input form, form registration, form registration details, form of payment details, form of payment types, forms and database backup reporting form includes reports monthly and daily. Abstract

Abstract — Information technology has become an important part in the organization, particularly for profit-oriented business organizations. PT Nikkatsu Electric Work is one of the companies that require information technology governance. Information technology governance need to be evaluated to establish the condition of the company in terms of IT performance management to control the quality.One of the important things that can help to evaluate the underlying performance of information technology is a framework for information technology governance that provides the basis for development of information technology governance based on COBIT. Analysis and evaluation are conducted by the COBIT 4.1 framework on ME1 domain. It is monitoring and evaluating the performance of information technology. Method or tool used is AHP calculation.Results of the analysis is that the evaluation of the level of maturity and performance of IT are at level 2. While the level of expectations of the company are at level 4. Recommended strategy of 6 aspects of the attributes of maturity is required to achieve the expected level.  Keywords— IT Governance, Level Maturity, COBIT 4.1

Abstract

Land trading as investment is sometimes find some barriers or problems. One of the problems is illegal or misclaimed of the land certificate. Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) and Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) as institutions and correlated parties in the process of land certificate making need a system to handle the problem of falsification land certificate. The purpose of this research is to make secure system of digital land certificate document with a data protection system to detect if there is a falsification activity from certain party. This research hopefully can help BPN and PPAT as authorized institution of land certificate making and to lower the number of falsification. Digital signature SHA 512 and RSA are used in this research as a solution to keep data integrity of land certificate in a digital format, in this case, in an electronic book with.pdf format. Digital signature derived from xref table in.pdf file. This program has been consulted with BPN and PPAT officer in Salatiga. Abstract

Abstract - Credit is the provision of money or bills that can be equated with it, based on consent or agreement between the bank and the borrowing other party require that borrowers pay off its debt after a certain period of time by the giving of flowers. Although the Lender has approved a credit proposed by the debtor, but the credit analysis to be done of debtors who have been approved so that the cause of non-performing loans can be examined and get a good classification for the determination of the appropriateness of granting credit. In granting credit need to analyse the needs of creditors, then that must be known in advance is the principles that need to be ditegakan in the framework of granting credit. Things that need to be considered in granting credit to customers is the principle 6 C's Analysis. With these problems, then there is need for troubleshooting existing solutions, by making a decision support System. Thus this decision support System will be able to meet the expectations to be achieved. The algorithm C 4.5 is algorithms used to create the decision tree. Decision tree classification method and prediction is a very powerful and famous.
