Abstract

PD. Padalarang Jaya is a trading company that sells a variety of daily needs. The company develop an desktop application for point of sales and purchases goods to vendor and also Decision Support System for forecasting stock of goods using the "Double Exponential Smoothing" methods. This application will be applied on an SMS gateway to facilitate PD. Padalarang Jaya and customers get the information. This application build using C # languages and SQL Server database. For Testing the features using blackbox show that this application has been able to meet the expected features. Abstract

Senior high school of Persatuan Guru Islam Indonesia (senior high school of PGII) is one of the international schools located in the city of Bandung , West Java . PGII high school wants to develop an academic system .The academic system will be utilized by students and teacher to create the report of students values at the school. The main feature of this application is the recommendation for the student to represent a school. This recommendation was made using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method. SAW method is one Decision Support System (DSS) methods that uses a weighted sum of each alternative at every attributes.Keywords: academic system, SAW, senior high school.

Abstract

A restaurant is inseparable from the role of information systems. Restaurant X needs a system for displaying menu interactively, ordering foods, payment, table reservation, etc. The system is required to minimize errors and maintain coordination between the waiters, chefs, and cashiers. Users for this system are owners of the restaurant, customers, waiters, chefs, and cashiers. This system is made in two different platforms. Dekstop version will be used by owners, customers, chefs, and cashiers while the mobile version will be used by waiters. Adobe Flex is used for implementing Rich Internet Application (RIA) for this system while MySQL is used for storing its datas. Implementation of this system is proven to improve the quality of care and minimize human error in the restaurant X. Keywords: Menu, Order, Restaurant

Abstract

Down Syndrome is a condition of physical and mental development's retardation in children that caused by abnormalities in the development of the chromosome. However, behind the special needs held by children with Down syndrome, they have a chance to live like any other normal child.This study aims to create a web-base application that can assist parents to make early detection of the retardation level of Down Syndrome in children, as well as provide information about how to deal with Down Syndrome. One of the benefit of this application is to help parents who have Down syndromes children in order to make early treatment correctly. Other benefit for psychologist is to help them make notes about the progress of the Down syndromes patient. The results of the testing and evaluation declared that this web fit and feasible to detect the level of retardation in children with Down syndrome.Keywords: Down syndrome, detection, level of retardation, web

Abstract

Savings and credits are primary activities of PT. BPR Arismentari Ayu (Arisma). However, the management of data and information of savings and credit has not been integrated, which causes problems such as the difficulty of finding information and the loss of information due to missing files. A tool for the better management of savings and credit can be integrated and optimized. The purpose of this study is to optimize the business process savings and credit. The type of research is applied research. The data analysis technique employed was a qualitative approach to data sources derived from primary and secondary data. Sampling was conducted with purposive sampling technique, and the validity test of the data was triangulation. The research began with an analysis of current business processes to identify the needs and problem that existed. Furthermore, the analysis of the results are converted into information system design with Unified Modeling Language tool. In order to understand the user petrified design, the user interface was made as an information system. The last step was the design test of information systems using validating requirement. The information system is expected to improve the quality of management of savings and credit in PT. BPR Arisma. Keywords: Savings and Credit Information Systems, UML, System Design, Waterfall.

Abstract

Pizza Hut and PHD actually are in the same company. Pizza Hut is focusing their business in restaurant, serve their customer directly on the table and also take away orders.Running their business in some period they bring new great idea to grab more markets and excellence service, they built PHD. PHD is focusing their business on delivery pizza. They didnt provide table and restaurant, they provide only small kiosk or outlet, accept all customers orders by phone or website and send them to customers address as mentioned on the orders list. They help customers well. They put easy way to order to their customers mind set. Abstract

User requirement identification is the most important initial phase in developing an eductional game application. At this stage will be formulated characteristics, abilities, and users interest to an application. Targeted users for the game application that will be developed are preschool chidren range from 4 to 6 years. User requirement identification process involves 52 respondents that consists of parents,teachers, and children. Interview, observation, and questionaire are used as a method for data collection. This research produce the characteristics definition of an educational application and basic capabilities for children from 4 to 6 years.Keywords: Educational Game for Children, User Requirement Identification, Children and Computer Game.

Abstract

Recently technology developed and applied in our daily activities. Among them is the application of technology on advertising activities. The purpose of this application is to help the farmers to market harvest directly to customers so they can get cheaper price and there's no fraud in the broker's side or cropier's side. The application allows admin to promote Dinas Pertanian's (Agriculture Departments) events, manage users, manage categories, manage ads, report estimation, and allows farmers/entrepreneur to give comments, advertise products, search products, auction products, and pay via paypal. The application is added by time series method to predict the harvest needs in every region. The author used PHP programming language and MySQL database to build the application. The data sources were collected from literature study, internet browsing, and outdoor observation. The application can facilitate the advertising activities to run better and minimize the mistakes.Keywords: Advertising, Dinas Pertanian, PHP Programing, Time series.
